Abstract

The advantages and disadvantages in unjust enrichment itself are defined as a reciprocal system, in the sense that if on the one hand there is a loss, then on the other hand there will be an advantage. Unlike the concept of loss and gain in contractual relationships or unlawful acts, the criteria for profit and loss in unjust enrichment are more than just a value that can be calculated mathematically.

Abstract

EDI is a process of transferring business data/documents electronically between several machines within an organization in a format that can be recognized on each of these machines. One example of using EDI is that when we transact online via a computer, we will submit an order and the computer system from there will reply to it with an invoice for our total shopping. EDI has standardized the coding of trade transactions, so that commercial organizations can communicate directly from one computer system to another without the need for hardcopy, invoices, and avoid delays, unintentional errors in file handling and human intervention.

Abstract

Whereas in analyzing the Model Law on Electronic Commerce and Electronic signatures, the author can see that there is a suggestion that must be conveyed carefully. In this modern era, the Indonesian government needs to review the provisions of its electronic commerce. That although the Model Laws are not a role model for regulations that need to be obeyed absolutely, they are a reflection to fill the legal void or ambiguity in our national law (rechtsvacuum). It is better for the government to continue to fill the void by being given a role model first, which can be used as a spur in producing better e-commerce provision products in the future.

Abstract

Pharmacovigilance is an activity that provides protection to patients and public health. Problems related to pharmacovigilance include: substandard drugs and counterfeit drugs, medication errors, reports of lack of drug efficacy, use of drugs with unapproved indications so that case reports of acute and chronic poisoning do not have a strong scientific basis, assessment of mortality due to drug use , drug abuse, and interactions with other drugs and foods. Pharmacovigilance reporting includes: spontaneous reporting, Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR), Periodic Safety Update Report (PSUR) / Periodic Benefit Risk Evaluation Report (PBRER). Furthermore, what is also important is the Summary of Risk Management Planning (RMP). The RMP provides key information related to research plans and other activities to gain more knowledge about drug safety and efficacy.

Abstract

At this time the progress of the times is growing in addition to development, there are also high human resources, this is because several cities, regions and districts already have universities, especially in this writing in the Sambas district. With the presence of universities, both private and public, in Sambas Regency, it is very interesting for the community to gain knowledge easily without spending a lot of money (for the people of the Sambas Regency area). In this regard, many students are also outside the Sambas district to gain knowledge, therefore it is not surprising that some students rent houses and among these students make unwritten agreements or in other words only speak orally. The contract agreement is a legal umbrella with its function as protection and legal certainty for the interests of both parties. In the case of house occupancy by way of renting a house, it has also been regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 44 of 1994 concerning Occupancy of a House by Non-Owners. An unwritten agreement is an agreement that is often used in house rental transactions among students, the existence of an unwritten agreement is weaker when compared to a written agreement, especially in proving when a dispute/problem occurs. Based on this, the purpose of writing is to analyze the formation and implementation of unwritten agreements reviewed in civil law. In the discussion of the unwritten agreement, it is a valid agreement in the perspective of civil law as long as it does not conflict with government regulations contained in the civil law law. Unwritten agreements have the advantage of being efficient in the time used to reach mutual agreements and the use of trust in the formation and implementation, while the weakness is that if problems or problems occur in the future, there is no evidence on the basis of what both parties want to defend.

Abstract

Brotherhood that exists between Muslims is called ukhuwah Islamiyah. As social beings, humans cannot be separated from interactions with other humans. In Islam, interactions among Muslims as well as interactions with non-Muslims have been regulated by the Qur'an and hadith as guidelines and instructions. A well-established ukhuwah will form an environment or society that is just, peaceful and prosperous. On the other hand, if the ukhuwah is not well established because it feels that the individual or group is the strongest and most powerful, it will lead to friction, hostility, revenge, and even war. Ukhuwah as taught in Islam is to accept every difference, and educate each individual to maintain harmony, help each other and complement each other. Differences that occur in humans are sunnatullah that must always be grateful for. This paper discusses ukhuwah Islamiyah in the view of the Qur'an. The main problem discussed in this paper is the concept of ukhuwh Islamiyah in the Qur'an surah al-Hujarat verses 10-13. The results and discussion show that ukhuwah Islamiyah is a great brotherhood or ownership of a strong bond between one another so that it feels like one body or one building. With ukhuwah will bring harmony, attachment and eliminate differences and enmity. The wisdom of ukhuwah Islamiyah is the formation of a sense of unity, justice, peace, harmony, security, justice and prosperity in social life.

Abstract

In order to create the welfare of rural communities throughout Indonesia, the government gives trust to business entities to be able to manage natural resources in the village to serve as a form of business that can improve the welfare of the village community. This study aims to analyze the performance of Bumdes in order to improve the welfare of rural communities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the study indicate that the performance of Bumdes has not been able to run optimally because the human resources driving the BUMDes are inexperienced and professional in managing the business, this is indicated by the fact that there are still many poor people in the village.

Abstract

Islam is a religion which is shalihun likulli zamanin makanin (always pious and develops in harmony in every era). Maqasid al-syariah is the initial gate that must be passed so that Islam may exist throughout the ages and everywhere. Maqasid al-syariah is a way to contextualize Islamic teachings in a scope surrounding Muslims. Then with maqasid al-syariah it is also able to provide solutions for any problems that may arise in the midst of the Muslim people. This qualitative research describes the differences and similarities of the theory of maqasid al-syariah of Imam al Ghazali and Ibnu Qoyyim al Jauziyah. Abstract

The position of the marriage agreement which is held in each region in this country is according to the Marriage Law no. 1 of 1974 article 29, which states that a marriage agreement is an agreement that regulates the consequences of a marriage bond. In Indonesia, marriage agreements are allowed to be made and implemented since the enactment of the Civil Code. The marriage agreement in article 29 does not only regulate the issue of property and the consequences of marriage, but also includes the rights/obligations that must be fulfilled by both parties as long as the agreement does not conflict with legal, religious and moral boundaries. The arrangement of the agreement in marriage is explained in Chapter VII articles 139 -154, in this case the important point is that the marriage agreement is valid and binding on the parties/bride in marriage. In this study it was found that the position of the agreement in marriage according to the Civil Code is an agreement made by a prospective husband and wife before the marriage takes place, containing the consequences of marriage on assets that have three types of agreements, namely togetherness of profit and loss, togetherness of results and the elimination of togetherness of property. The marriage agreement is made by a notary and its contents cannot be changed.

Abstract

The research as outlined in this Final Project aims to determine the analysis of financial performance at the company PT Bukit Bahari Indah. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach, which is to analyze financial performance with the financial report media for the period 2018-2020 using the current ratio approach. , debt to equity ratio and net profit margin. The results of the research on the financial performance of PT Bukit Bahari Indah, the results obtained for the current ratio for the period 2018-2019 experienced an increasing trend, while in 2019-2020 there was a downward trend. The debt to equity ratio for three years, namely the period 2018-2020, experienced a significant downward trend, while net profit margins also experienced a downward trend for three years.
