Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background, gender, work experience, and auditor performance incentives on audit quality. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The number of samples in this study were 44 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the statistical test t. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis with using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 22.0 for windowS. The results of this study indicate that educational background, gener, work experience, and auditor performance incentives have a significant effect on audit quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what al is used by Tahā Husain in the novel Mā Warā' an-Nahr and the function of ism that begins after being arranged in a sentence. The question in this study is how the levels of al-nucleus after the melting occurred. This research is a structural research and uses the agih method. The technique used is the basic technique, namely the i'rāb technique, and the advanced technique is the lesap technique. This study concludes that al contained in the novel Mā Warā' an-Nahr is al-ashliyyah, while al-maushūlah is not found in the novel. From the i'rāb technique, it is found that the position of the ism that exists in Mā Warā' an-Nahr's novel functions as musyāru ilaih, maf'ūl bih, fā'il, zarf, mudāf ilaih, and ism inna. becomes ungrammatical and cannot be interpreted, because al has a high level of core so that its existence absolutely must be in the sentence. However, there are also sentences that still remain grammatical after the al is removed, but the position of the ism that is discarded has changed and the meaning has also changed, so that it is not in accordance with the author's intended purpose.

Abstract

Language in arabic has more than one meaning, so it is often confusing. When comunicating, certainly everyone uses vocabulary. Many of vocabulary words have been ascertained that the person often speaks. However, this situation influences on the development of language today. To know this, there needs to be deeper knowledge, about the use of words that are used more than one meaning and also know and understand the use of the same word but when someone says it gives a different meaning. A word is able to different meanings which is called polysemi. Polysemi is a lexeme that has multiple meanings. Because of the misunderstanding of such meaning, the listener or reader is hesitant to interpret the meaning of lexeme or the sentence he hears or reads.

Abstract

التجريد يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة اختلافات بين طالبات البرنامج المميز و البرنامج متعدد اللغات في مهارة الاستماع والكلام والقراءة والكتابة. هذا البحث بحث كمّي، عن طريق أخذ 60 عينات في الفصل العاشر. طريقة جمع البيانات بطريقة الاختبار. تحليل البيانات و هو تحليل المقارنة في هذا البحث بالإختبار "ت" للعينة المستقلّة. أما نتائج هذا البحث يدل على: 1) ليس لطالبات البرنامج المميز و البرنامج متعدد اللغات فرق في مهارة الاستماع. عدد أهمية مهارة الاستماع 0،721<0، 05 Ho (فرضية باطلة) مقبولة. و النتائج من إستشارة "ت" o _0، 359> "ت" جدول 2،00.لذلك Ho (فرضية باطلة) مقبولة, و هذا يعنى ان فرق المتوسط بين العينتين ليس فرق أهمية لكن الفرق الذى يجري اتفاقا بسبب العينات المخطئة. 2) أن لطالبات البرنامج المميز و البرنامج متعدد اللغات فرق في مهارة الكلام. عدد أهمية مهارة الكلام 0،005 > 0،05 Ho (فرضية باطلة) مردودة. و النتائج من إستشارة "ت" o2،899 < "ت" جدول 2،00, لذلك Ho (فرضية باطلة) مردودة و فرضية بدليل (Ha) مقبولة. هذا يعني ان فرق المتوسط بين العينتين فرق أهمية. 3) ليس لطالبات البرنامج المميز و البرنامج متعدد اللغات فرق في مهارة القراءة. عدد أهمية مهارة 0،117< 0،05 Ho (فرضية باطلة) مقبولة. و النتائج من إستشارة "ت" o1،590> "ت" جدول 2،00 لذلك Ho (فرضية باطلة) مقبولة, و هذا يعنى ان فرق المتوسط بين العينتين ليس فرق أهمية لكن الفرق الذى يجري اتفاقا بسبب العينات المخطئة. 4) أن لطالبات البرنامج المميز و البرنامج متعدد اللغات فرق في مهارة الكتابة. عدد أهمية مهارة الكتابة 0،032> 0،05 Ho (فرضية باطلة) مردودة. و النتائج من إستشارة "ت" o2،198 < "ت" جدول 2،00، 00، لذلك Ho (فرضية باطلة) مردودة و فرضية بدليل (Ha) مقبولة. هذا يعني ان فرق المتوسط بين العينتين فرق أهمية. كلمت المرور: دراسة مقارنة، مهارة اللغة العربية.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to: a) determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, b) determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, c) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at The Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency and d) find out which variables have a more dominant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted from March 2021 to June 2021 at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The sample consisted of 41 employees. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style Variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the decision-making system for multipurpose credit creation at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Pelita Makassar Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative where the author describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Research conducted at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Pelita Makassar Branch from April to July 2021. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations and direct interviews. After conducting research and analyzing the discussion, it was found that: 1) The results showed that the credit decision-making system at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Pelita Makassar branch, namely creative credit consisted of a multipurpose creation credit decision-making mechanism divided into a credit limit of IDR 1,000,000.00 up to IDR 10,000,000.00 flat interest rate is 1.25% per month while the credit limit is IDR 10.100.000,00 up to IDR 50,000,000.00 flat interest rate of 1.15% per month and the decision maker is a micro analysis; 1) The mechanism for making credit decisions for multipurpose creations with a credit limit of IDR 50.100.000,00 up to IDR 100,000,000.00 flat interest rate is 1.05% per month and the decision maker is Asmen micro; 3) The purpose of granting multiguan creative credit is to assist individual customer businesses that require funds as working capital so that debtors can develop and expand their business.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of communication on teacher work performance at MI DDI Tandassura school, Limboro district, Polewali Mandar district, 2) determine the effect of workload on teacher work performance at MI DDI Tandassura school, Limboro district, Polewali Mandar district, and 3) find out which variable is more dominant in influencing teacher work performance at MI DDI Tandassura school, Limboro sub-district, Polewali Mandar district. This study uses a quantitative approach, with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research was carried out for 4 months from March 2021 to June 2021. The results showed that: 1) communication had an effect on teacher performance at MI DDI Tandassura School, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency, 2) Workload had no effect on teacher work performance at MI DDI Tandassura School, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency. And 3) communication has a more significant effect on the Work Achievement of MI DDI Tandassura School Teachers, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Indeed, Islamic religious education has a very important role in shaping the character and behavior of students. Because Islamic education has an important function (necessary function) to actualize Islamic values in changing attitudes and behavior of students' lives that are currently happening. If studied more deeply, it was found that Islamic religious education at all levels of education has not shown a significant success in terms of inculcating attitudes and behavior in building the morals and ethics of students. This becomes a big question mark, which must be analyzed as soon as the main cause of all this. Thus, this paper will examine how the concept of integrating Islamic values is appropriate in learning Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Indeed, innovation and modernization of Islamic education is very necessary and must be carried out continuously. Because with the innovation and modernization in Islamic education, it will provide a positive value for an Islamic educational institution itself, including boarding schools. Studies on innovation and modernization of Islamic education in boarding schools are often found in various forms. The study of innovation and modernization of Islamic education in boarding schools is very interesting because it contains several important elements, first, it is a study that is relevant to the goals of Indonesian education which is in the process of developing education and modernization; second, it can give its own color in Indonesian education; third, it will give birth to an ideal education model for the Indonesian people because it integrates the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. In this case, boarding schools have an important role in the innovation and modernization of Islamic education. Because until now they have not stopped innovating and modernizing, so that boarding schools can continue to adapt to innovation and modernization of education in Indonesia. There is a fundamental difference between innovation and modernization which emphasizes the characteristics of each. Innovation emphasizes the characteristics of something that is observed as something new for individuals or society, while modernization emphasizes the process of change from traditional to modern, or from undeveloped to modern. already advanced. In the current context of Islamic education, there are at least three important aspects in relation to modernization, innovation, namely in the aspects of methods, content and management.

Abstract

Character education has become a hot discourse in the world of Indonesian education, including in institutions of Islamic education. Although the original idea of ​​character is an old idea as old as the history of education, the emergence of the idea of ​​"character building" interrupts our nation, especially those that are closely related to the problems being experienced. Problems that occur such as violence, corruption, manipulation, practices of lies in the world of education ranging from the simplest characters to the biggest ones. Actually everything is inseparable from the character problem. In addition, there are still many generations of our students who sit in school like in educational institutions, definitely really need character education so that in the future they become people who are not only intellectually intelligent but also have good character (good attitude). The world of education is expected to be a driving force in terms of the realization of good character. So in this case it is necessary to implement an appropriate character education system in the world of Islamic education in particular. Character education also has a noble goal, namely to build character and manners in life. Character restrictions fall into two areas. He is believed to exist as a natural human trait, while on the other hand he is believed to be "formed" through education, one of which is through character education in schools. Character education in schools such as the As-Syafi'iyah Islamic High School Pulo Air Sukabumi is also closely related to the management system or school management. Management in question is how character education is planned (planning), implemented (actuating), and controlled (evaluation) in educational activities in schools adequately. Such management includes values ​​that need to be instilled, curriculum content, learning, assessment, educators and education staff or other related components. Thus the purpose of character education will be realized properly if the character education system is good. Because the purpose of character education is to encourage the birth of good children, once they grow up in good character, children will grow up with the capacity and commitment to do the best things and do everything right, and tend to have an effective character education life goal found in a school environment that allows all students to show all their potential to achieve very important goals (Kepennas, 2010:11).
