<![CDATA[The Indonesian government has issued Presidential Decree Number 14 of 2021 concerning the procurement of COVID-19 vaccines as part of its efforts to reduce the infectivity and spread of COVID-19. Wanaraja Village is among the villages where the government provides free vaccinations. Despite the vaccination campaign, there is still resistance among many people who are unwilling to be vaccinated.The aim of this study was to assess community participation in the COVID-19 vaccination program in Wanaraja Village, Wanaraja District, Garut Regency. The research method used for this study is descriptive qualitative analysis, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and discussions.The evaluation of community participation in the COVID-19 vaccination program is based on Cohen and Uphoff's theory, which comprises indicators such as participation in implementation, utilization, and evaluation. The findings reveal that public participation in the COVID-19 vaccination remains low due to the perception among some individuals that the virus is a government propaganda or conspiracy, concerns about the safety of vaccine ingredients, and the circulation of misinformation and hoaxes in the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the adoption of digital innovation through the utilization of the Sirancak system in the provision of child identity card services in Padang City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative research methodology. The study was carried out from January to March of the year 2023. This study encompassed interviews with 12 participants, comprising parents or guardians of children using the Sirancak system to issue child identity cards. Additionally, employees from the Population and Civil Registration Office of Padang City, who play a role in the implementation of the Sirancak system, were also included in the interviews. Data on participants' experiences, attitudes, and satisfaction with the services offered by the Sirancak system were gathered through interviews. This study demonstrates that implementing the Sirancak system enhances service efficacy by facilitating the accessibility and processing of information about issuing child identity cards. The study also showed that implementing the Sirancak system yields improved accessibility for the community. This digital platform enables individuals to submit applications for a child identity card remotely, eliminating the need for in-person visits to the service office. In summary, this study enhances our comprehension of the advantages associated with digital innovation in child identity card services. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the implementation of the functions of the Village Consultative Body in Motabang Village, Lolak District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. By using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, this study aims to answer research questions effectively. The results showed that members of the Village Consultative Body in Motabang Village, Lolak District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency did not carry out their duties and functions optimally. Several factors contribute to this situation, such as the limited involvement of the Village Consultative Body in the formulation and drafting of Village Regulations, unfulfilled community aspirations, and challenges in monitoring the performance of the Village Consultative Body due to tight schedules and personal relationships between its members and the Village Head. As a result, the Village Consultative Body in Motabang Village, Lolak District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency faced limitations in fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the government's efforts to minimize the complexity of youth problems such as the lack of participation in the youth workforce, weak entrepreneurial skills, incompatible youth policies at the national and regional levels, and the high rate of youth open unemployment in Bekasi Regency, in addition to a myriad of other social pathologies among youth. This study uses the basis of government role analysis from Diva (2009) consisting of the role of regulator, facilitator and catalyst. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the government through the Beginner Young Entrepreneur Program in Bekasi Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, then data collection techniques use literature, observation, interviews. The results of the research show that the government's role through the Beginner Young Entrepreneur Program is not optimal. Viewed based on the role of regulators who have not been able to create a conducive climate, it is manifested from the very small participation quota which is exacerbated by the low interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the role of the facilitator, there is still no access to capital and assistance. Finally, in terms of the role of the catalyst, it is carried out through the provision of knowledge and motivation, but there are deficiencies such as weak empowerment, no awards, and the program's sustainability impact is still questionable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the research development on Political Education for Students at University. This study uses the scoping review method. The finding of this study is that research publications with this theme have yet to develop significantly over the past ten years. This is indicated by each year the publication has a very static trend in terms of number. This finding is a concern that the theme of this matter is outside the lyrics or interest of scientists or researchers, even though the benefits are significant for young people, especially university students. Then, the United States and the United Kingdom contributed the most to developing this theme, b terms of countries and affiliations contained therein. Furthermore, the key takeaways from the theme of this research publication are that Students in higher education (HE) are frequently seen as significant political players in the larger society, an expectation that students should be politically active. To ensure that young people participate in and have an impact on democratic politics, a vital component of this education in democratic nations is teaching them to comprehend and engage in democratic processes.]]>

<![CDATA[In the Betawi cultural tradition, ondel-ondel has long been considered an icon and is also believed to be a repellent in traditional rituals. However, now is the ondel-ondel ngamen phenomenon that has caught the public's attention. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through nonparticipant observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and online data searches. The results showed that the Betawi ondel-ondel art underwent a significant change in meaning from magical and ritualistic aspects to becoming a medium of entertainment to advance the city of Jakarta as a tourist destination. This change has occurred since 1966, when ondel-ondel was modified into a large doll with a friendly face and various clothes, increasing its attractiveness to visitors. This transformation includes removing the scary impression by no longer using canine teeth, replacing ondel-ondel wasp music with Betawi songs without incantations or offerings, and changing ondel-ondel's movements to become more regular and by the rhythm of the song. However, even though ondel-ondel has turned into a more popular medium of entertainment by taking to the streets to busk as a source of income, the current state of ondel-ondel art is not in harmony with its function as an entertainment medium. Its appearance is simple and does not comply with standard regulations, making ondel-ondel art less attractive, thus changing the function of entertainment into an economic function. The mistake of using ondel-ondel for busking has caused concern and resentment among the Betawi people. Many of them consider ondel-ondel as part of Betawi culture, icons and arts that should be preserved and appreciated. The use of ondel-ondel for busking is considered to reduce the meaning and artistic value. Most Betawi people do not support the use of ondel-ondel as a busking tool and tend not to give money to ondel-ondel singers.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the implementation of food program resilience in Simbang Village, Pamboang District, Majene Regency, the analysis used uses Sabatier's policy theory (1986: 268) that there are six main variables which further influence the success of an implementation, namely clear and consistent policy goals or objectives , Strong theoretical support in formulating policies, Process implementation has a clear legal basis, Commitment and membership of policy implementers, stakeholder support and stability of social, economic and political conditions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analytical method, where data analysis includes open data collection based on general questions and information analysis, as well as writing short notes throughout the research. The results of this research show that the implementation of the food security program in Simbang village which is sourced from village funds in 2022 has been carried out well. Of the six key variables that influence the success of implementing the food security program in Simbang Village, namely, the fifth variable is related to dominant stakeholder support in determining the success of implementing the food security program in Simbang Village, where the Simbang Village Government receives full support from various community stakeholders so that the impact What is felt from the Community Food Security Program policy in the village is that the community is helped in strengthening food security.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of e-Government policies in improving the quality of public services in Bandung City. Methods taken using secondary data taken from previous journals, books, articles, theses, theses, dissertations and news on the internet that have been researched using a qualitative approach with the method of literature study or literature review. The results of this study are E-Government in Bandung City, its information system services are quite good but in terms of resource indicators and disposition are still lacking. The impact is that services in the city of Bandung have become at least effective with the e-Government policy. The conclusion is that the development of E-Government in Bandung City in its information system services is quite good but it needs to be noted again that there are still many people who do not know how to use it.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of the use of the regional financial information system (SIKD) at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Biak Numfor Regency. This research method uses a case study technique with qualitative descriptive research, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Financial Information System at the Regional Financial Management Agency in the Biak Numfor region has not been implemented optimally where the System Quality indicator is inadequate where the existing facilities are inadequate so that it becomes a factor hindering the regional financial management process, on the Information Quality indicator it appears sufficient However, improvements still need to be made so that the accuracy and timely delivery of information is more optimal, the Service Quality indicator is seen to be not optimal due to the lack of network quality support in the use of regional financial information systems, then the User Satisfaction indicator is seen to be quite optimal because it is easily accessible and responded, this is based on previous experience in running existing application systems.]]>

<![CDATA[Tambaksari Tourism Village, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency has various tourism potentials, but the management of tourism potential is still not optimal; improvements are needed in the arrangement of the area. This research aims to explain the phenomenon related to the pattern of involvement of penta-helix elements in the development of the Tambaksari Tourism Village. The method used in the study is the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected from 10 informants using purposive sampling techniques for sampling. Data collection techniques use library research and field studies, namely observation and interviews. The research revealed that Tambaksari village only involved business, community, and government. Academics are not yet fully involved, while the media involved is not optimal. Tourism potential can develop if all the multi-parties (pentahelix) in Tambaksari Village, Wanareja District, work together.]]>
