Abstract

Pancasila adalah dasar untuk mewujudkan persatuan dan kesatuan Bangsa Indonesia yang juga sebagai ideologi bangsa memuat cita-cita berdasarkan apa yang telah disusun oleh para pendiri bangsa. Saat ini masih jarang dilaksanakan penguatan Pancasila khusunya di wilayah perdesaan, sehingga pemahaman masyarakat akan nilai-nilai pancasila masih kurang, Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah merujuk dari situasi yang terjadi didukung dengan hasil observasi yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Ideologi Pancasila dan Nasionalisme kepada para young generation atau generasi muda pedesaan di Desa Betteng Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene,  Pengabdian ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa universitas sulawesi barat, dengan tahapan 1) Persiapan; 2) Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa; 3) Pembekalan mahasiswa; 4) Melaksanakan kegiatan penanaman nilai yang terkandung di dalam Pancasila dan penanaman semangat nasionalisme. Adapun hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah mendorong peningkatan pemahaman Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dan sikap nasionalisme yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari oleh generasi muda pedesaan di Desa Betteng.

Abstract

Perencanaan Desa saat ini diharuskan mengacu kepada SDGs Desa. Dokumen RKP Desa adalah salah satu dokumen penting yang disusun setiap tahunnya oleh pemerintah desa, Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan adanya pendampingan dan memfasilitasi penyusunan dokumen RKP Desa yang berbasis SDGs Desa di Desa Betteng Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene. Pengabdian ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka dan dosen Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Adapun tahapan yang dijalankan sebagai berikut 1) Persiapan dan Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa; 2) Pelaksanaan sosialisasi SDGs Desa; 3) Mengadakan pelaksanaan kegiatan Focus Group Diskusi; 4) Fasilitasi Penyusunan Dokumen RKP Desa yang berbasis SDGs kepada wilayah pedesaan. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang diadakan maka diperoleh hasil yang diharapkan dapat memberikan fasilitasi kepada pemerintah desa Betteng dalam menyusun RKP desa yang berbasis SDGs Desa. Selain itu, ada harapan agar pemerintahan yang ada di desa mampu memahami bagaimana menyusun sekaligus mengaplikasikan SDGs Desa di wilayah pedesaan Betteng, Kecamatan Pamboang, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.

Abstract

Tim 11 Merupakan tim yang menyusun dokumen RKP Desa, dimana RKP Desa ini wajib mengacu pada SDGs Desa, dokumen RKP Desa merupakan salah satu dokumen penting yang disusun setiap tahunnya oleh pemerintah desa. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu Tim 11 dalam penyusunan dokumen RKP Desa dalam upaya pencapaian SDGs Desa di Desa Pamboborang, Kecamatan Banggae, Kabupaten Majene, Layanan ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa di lingkungan Universitas Sulawesi Barat, dan dengan tahapan 1) Penyusunan dan Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa; 2) pelaksanaan penyuluhan SDGs Desa; 3) Melakukan Focus Group Discussion dengan Tim 11; 4) Fasilitasi Dokumen RKP Desa berbasis SDGs. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pendampingan kepada Tim 11 di desa Pamboborang dalam menyusun RKP desa dalam mencapai SDGs Desa, pemerintah desa memahami bagaimana menyusun dan menerapkan SDGs Desa di Desa Pamboborang, Kecamatan Banggae, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Team 11 Is a team that compiles the Village RKP document, where this Village RKP is required to refer to the Village SDGs, the Village RKP document is one of the important documents compiled annually by the village government. The purpose of this community service is to assist Team 11 in preparing the Village RKP document in an effort to achieve Village SDGs in Pamboborang Village, Banggae District, Majene Regency, This service involves lecturers and students at the University of West Sulawesi, and with stages 1) Preparation and Coordination with the Village Government; 2) implementation of Village SDGs outreach; 3) Conduct Focus Group Discussion with Team 11; 4) Facilitation of Village SDGs-based Village RKP Documents. The results obtained in this activity are expected to provide assistance to Team 11 in Pamboborang village in compiling the village RKP in achieving the Village SDGs, the village government understands how to compile and apply the Village SDGs in Pamboborang Village, Banggae District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of food program resilience in Simbang Village, Pamboang District, Majene Regency, the analysis used uses Sabatier's policy theory (1986: 268) that there are six main variables which further influence the success of an implementation, namely clear and consistent policy goals or objectives , Strong theoretical support in formulating policies, Process implementation has a clear legal basis, Commitment and membership of policy implementers, stakeholder support and stability of social, economic and political conditions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analytical method, where data analysis includes open data collection based on general questions and information analysis, as well as writing short notes throughout the research. The results of this research show that the implementation of the food security program in Simbang village which is sourced from village funds in 2022 has been carried out well. Of the six key variables that influence the success of implementing the food security program in Simbang Village, namely, the fifth variable is related to dominant stakeholder support in determining the success of implementing the food security program in Simbang Village, where the Simbang Village Government receives full support from various community stakeholders so that the impact What is felt from the Community Food Security Program policy in the village is that the community is helped in strengthening food security.

Abstract

The pattern of relations between nations and increasingly complex foreign policies have also encouraged the development of transnational crime. These developments require countries around the world to have universally recognized legal instruments based on international practice within the framework of implementing national law and promoting international security to combat and eliminate transnational crime. One legal instrument that is universally recognized is the extradition treaty, which in this case will be studied regarding its form of implementation in the Southeast Asia region. This research uses qualitative methods to explain the implementation of the extradition treaty in dealing with transnational crimes in the Southeast Asia region. The concept of multilateral cooperation is used to analyze this study. The research results show several ASEAN efforts in dealing with transnational crimes such as drug trafficking, human trafficking and terrorism crimes through various multilateral cooperation related to handling these crimes. The author concludes that these various efforts have not been achieved optimally considering that ASEAN has the principle of non-intervention so that regional cooperation regarding transnational crime cannot be fully implemented. The author also sees that economic factors influence whether transnational crime cases are large or not considering that these crimes are committed mostly because of economic factors.

Abstract

As an effort to improve the quality and success of the simultaneous regional head elections (PILKADA) to be held in 2024, it is hoped that leaders can be elected who can bring progress to regions in West Sulawesi Province and Majene Regency. The success of a regional head election process cannot be separated from the level of community participation involved, and to increase public participation, it is necessary to strengthen political awareness to the community, including the younger generation, where almost 60% of the number of voters are the younger generation, so it is very important to be given strengthening political awareness to the younger generation, especially in Majene Regency. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen political awareness for the younger generation in facing the 2024 regional elections in Majene district. This service is in partnership with the National and Political Unity Agency (BAKESBANGPOL) and the Majene Regency KPU, involving lecturers and students of open universities and the University of West Sulawesi, with stages 1) Preparation; 2) Coordination with strategic partners; 3) Implementation of Focus Group Discusion 4) Carrying out socialization to strengthen political awareness among the younger generation in facing the 2024 regional elections in Majene district. The results obtained in this activity are expected to increase political awareness in the younger generation in facing the 2024 regional elections.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the comparative export values of key commodities between Central Sulawesi Province and West Sulawesi Province in the context of global trade. Both provinces are located in the same region, namely Sulawesi Island, and are geographically adjacent. However, they possess distinct economic characteristics and leading sectors, as reflected in the main commodities they export to international markets. This research uses secondary data obtained from various official sources, such as publications by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), relevant government institutions, and credible online sources. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on export data over a five-year period from 2018 to 2022. The data are analyzed and presented in tables and graphs to provide a clear illustration of trends and comparative export values between the provinces. The findings reveal that Central Sulawesi Province has a comparative advantage in Iron and Steel commodities, which account for approximately 65% of the province's total export value. In contrast, West Sulawesi Province demonstrates a dominant export in Animal or Vegetable Fats and Oils, contributing 90.62% of its total exports. In terms of value, the average exports of Central Sulawesi during the study period reached US$ 9,927 million, significantly surpassing West Sulawesi’s average of only US$ 502 million. These findings highlight a significant difference in export structure and economic potential between the two provinces in the landscape of global trade.

Abstract

Desa Betteng merupakan salah satu desa di kecamatan pamboang kabupaten majene yang memiliki potensi wisata desa yaitu Wisata Desa Pattumea, berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa, Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) untuk mengoptimalkan wisata desa Butu Pattumea yang terletak di Desa Betteng Kecamatan Pamboang, Kabupaten Majene. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan  adalah: 1) Melakukan Persiapan dengan koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa Betteng dan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majene. 2) Melaksanakan Forum Group Discussion (FGD)  3) Memfasilitasi Pemerintah desa dalam membentuk Pokdarwis tingkat desa 4) melaksanakan sosisalisasi guna meningkatkan kapasitas kepengurusan Pokdarwis. hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkatnya pemahaman pemerintah desa dan masyarakat terkait Pokdarwis, dengan adanya kelompok  sadar wisata dapat mengoptimalkan wisata desa Butu Pattumea di desa Betteng. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema penguatan nilai-nilai anti korupsi pada generasi muda di SMA Negeri 3 Majene bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada generasi muda sebagai pemegang estafet kepemimpinan bangsa tentang bahaya korupsi dan upaya pencegahannya agar berpartisipasi aktif dalam mencegah perilaku koruptif sehingga nantinya bisa menjadi bekal baik untuk diri sendiri maupun ketika masuk dalam dunia kerja. Metode dan langkah yang yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu: 1) Melakukan Persiapan dengan koordinasi dengan Pihak sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Majene. 2) Melaksanakan Sosialisasi Penguatan Antikorupsi pada generasi muda khususnya siswa siswa SMA Negeri 3 Majene, 3) melaksanakan afirmasi kepada peserta dalam upaya mengukur keberhasilan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkatnya pemahaman siswa SMA Negeri 3 Majene terkait nilai-nilai anti korupsi yang harus di pedomani oleh para pelajar sebagai generasi penerus dan pelurus bangsa, yang nantinya dapat berperan aktif dalam mencegah korupsi di Indonesia. Kami Juga berharap kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran bahaya budaya korupsi di lingkungan masyarakat lebih tepatnya di lingkungan keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the food security program in Simbang Village, Pamboang District, Majene Regency. The analysis used Soren Winter's theory by identifying several key variables that can influence the success of the implementation of a program, namely the policy formulation process, the organizational behavior of the implementing actors, the behavior of bureaucrats at the lower level (Street Level Bureaucrats) and the response of the target group. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method, where data analysis involves collecting open data based on general questions and information analysis, as well as writing short notes during the study. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the food security program in Simbang Village, which is sourced from village funds in 2024, has been carried out well. Of the four key variables that influence the success of the food security program implementation in Simbang Village, the third variable is related to the street-level bureaucracy which is dominant in determining the success of the implementation of the food security program. The conclusion of this study, the Simbang Village government provides freedom for food security program activities in Simbang Village in achieving the welfare of the local community.
