Abstract

Objective: Insilico study using molecular docking with Hex had already surpassed all of the other previous approach in assessment of molecular binding to scaffold. The combination of insilico study to investigate the molecular binding to scaffold and electron microscope to assess the population density of adipocyte derivative stem cells by measuring the number of cluster cells could show the inter cell communication between adipocyte derived stem cell and scaffold. The aim of this study is to prove the attachment of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) from stromal vascular fraction (SVF) to scaffold. Methods: The research is true experimental research using molecular docking with HEX version 8.0. Electron microscope used to measure the density and number of cluster cells of adipocyte derivative stem cells. Results: The strongest bound to scaffold is between MSC from SVF to hydroxyapatite in both receptor which was Integrin Alpha V to Hydroxyapatite which need a total energy of -89.24 (J/Mol) and Integrin Beta 2 to Hydroxyapatite which need a total energy of -177.8 (J/Mol). The highest impact obtained from hydroxyapatite-calcium phosphate with an average value of 12.66 cluster cells counting per 100 µm2 scaffold material observed by electron microscope. Conclusion: This study showed that MSC from SVF could attach to scaffold with stronger binding between Integrin Alpha V and Integrin Beta 2 to hydroxyapatite. From microscope electron study we can prove that MSC can make a cluster cell in those scaffolds with hydroxyapatite-calcium sulphate having the biggest cluster cell counting. Keywords: Hydroxyapatite; Integrin Alpha V; Integrin Beta 2; Mesenchymal stem cell; Scanning electron microscope; Stromal vascular fraction.

Abstract

The research titled "The film and the public according to the biology of communication and expression" deals with an important issue that characterized our current world, namely, the relationship between means of communication and expression and its relation to the recipients as goals and functions, if the corner of the title of the research share some of the features in that art is a means of communication and vitality, but they diverge greatly if we know that the fine arts are the means of expression that affect the normal composition of the functional person through the link to the core aspect, while the means of communication are public means aimed at influencing for specific interests. If the film is a shroud of the question of looking for divorcees, the means of communication are looking for partial and specific ones, and on this basis we do not accuse the media of being inferior or praising them for being taller. A qualitative difference between what McLuhan says: The cold media and the warm means of communication. As cinema is not aesthetically engaging, communication is on the sidelines, whether classical cinema (which McLuhan prepares as a warm communication medium) because it follows automatic rules in plotting and montage, for example, or the Godard Cinema because it violates rules. Everything related to communication and its means emanated from McLuhan, who believed that he had the final word in this and forgot that many waters passed in the river, and we are about a changing water and so is the world, what has ceased to be sent and what is sinking but the basis between them calls McLuhan warm and cold is: All awareness Hence, the problem of research was: "When is the film purely aesthetic expression and does not lose its role as a means of communication?" The importance of the research came from the importance that the film emphasizes its aesthetic authenticity, so as not to lose its fans. , While the objectives of the research has been manifested in the search for the values of the aesthetic value of the film when combined with the value of proliferation and public success. The limits of the research objective boundaries that relate to the subject of research, and temporally the second decade of the twenty-first century, either spatial limit includes the entire world cinema. The theoretical framework consisted of three investigations, the first of which was McLuhan and the theory of modern communication, it talked about McLuhan's ideas. The second topic is the film and the new era,it talks about the fate of the film in the era of electronic and biological explosion. The third topic was about the aesthetics of the film as a means of communication. The research covered the third chapter, where the research procedures were included. The fourth chapter also included findings, conclusions and a list of sources. Keywords: Film, Public, Biology, Communication and expression.

Abstract

Background Intense stomach area traditionally alludes to torment inside the belly that has introduced for less than 7 days from the season of introduction. The utilization of CT check in the assessment of intense stomach agony has been expanded to an enormous degree because of high precision of CT in the analysis of explicit infections like a ruptured appendix and diverticulitis, particularly with the utilization of multi detector CT scanners. It has been demonstrated that the utilization of intravenous differentiation media builds the indicative exactness of CT check examination. The exactness of CT output imaging in patients with intense stomach conditions does not influenced by the absence of entral differentiate material.Aims of StudyTo decide the reason for intense stomach conditions in those with dubious conclusion by physical examination, U/S or plain X-beam.To assess the demonstrative precision of difference improved CT check versus unenhanced CT filter examination in the determination of intense stomach conditions.Patients and TechniquesThis planned report had been directed at Al-Sader medicinal city from the first of January 2013 to the first of December 2013.This examination incorporated all patients introduced to the crisis division with non-awful intense stomach conditions with dubious basic reason where the specialist unfit to recognize the careful hidden pathology inspite of nitty gritty history, appropriate physical examinations, stomach U/S, and plain stomach XR as the discoveries of radiological examinations were negative or uncertain. This examination included (40) patients, (22 male &18 female). Non improved CT output was performed first for all patients which was adequate to achieve the determination in (11) patients (27.5%), differentiate material was not utilized in light of the fact that blood urea was raised in 3 patients (7.5%). In (4) a patient (10%), CT angiography convention was performed for patients with suspected mesenteric vessels pathology. In the rest of the (22) patients (55%), intravenous complexity was given physically by means of a wide bore cannula (measure 18) and post difference sweep done in the entrance stage (postpone time 45-50 second).ResultsIn this examination, which was performed on (40) patients with undiscovered intense stomach conditions, we found that intense pancreatitis (10 patients) (25%) was the most widely recognized reason for undiscovered intense stomach torment pursued by intestinal hindrance (6 patients) (15%), while intense cholecystitis (4patients) (10%), entry or mesenteric vein thrombosis (4 patients) (10%), punctured viscus, (3 patients) (7.5%), mesenteric blood vessel thrombosis (2 patients) (5%), left gastric supply route aneurysm (1patient) (2.5%), intense appendicitis(1tolerant) (2.5%)diverticulitis (1patient) (2.5%) and ectopic pregnancy (1patient) (2.5%). In (7 patients) (17.5%), no particular pathology could be recognized. Keywords: Multi detector CT; Patients’ undiagnosed acute abdominal conditions.

Abstract

Mudskippers (Pseudapocryptes elongatus) are widely distributed in the brackish water, rivers, creeks and lagoons and are usually seen during low tide. Mudskipper (P. elongatus) is a potential species for coastal aquaculture and easy to farm in intensive or semi-intensive systems during rainy season in the Soc Trang province  (Vietnam). This species is considered as an alternative species to shrimp farming in rainy season. They are good sources of proteins, macro-nutrients, minerals and some vitamins. The mineral elemental levels and vitamins of this species is a function of the availability preferential accumulation. Aquaculture of P. elongatus in the Soc Trang province (Vietnam) has developed rapidly during the past decade due to relatively high demand and high market value. Drying stills continues to be the most widely used method for preservation of several foods including fish. Effectiveness of drying as a means of increasing the shelf life of fish is due to reducing growth of microorganism by reducing the availability of water.  Objective of this study focused on the effect of different aspects such as ethanol treatment to eliminate fishy ordor; addition of salt, sorbitol, as well as drying temperature that affected to to water activity, enterobacteriaceae load, and sensory score of dry-salted mudskipper. Shelf-life of the dried product was also evaluated during preservation. Results showed that 40% ethanol at ratio 25:75 for primary treatment; 2.5% of salt soaking; 1.25% of sorbitol addition; 48oC of drying were appropriate to maintain water activity (aw=0.65). By preserving under vacuum in PA bag, the dry-salted mudskipper still extended the product shelf-life for 12 months without any deterioration. Keywords: Mudskipper, Pseudapocryptes elongatus, Ethanol, Salt, Sorbitol, Drying, Enterobacteriaceae, Vacuum.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Azadi teaching hospital, Kirkuk hospital and children hospital in Kirkuk city, Iraq. A 150 urine samples were collected from both genders and different ages of patients with suspected urinary tract infections according to the clinical manifestations and symptoms diagnosed by the examining physician then, these samples have been examined by an optical microscopy and bacterial cell detection which was a clear evidence of the existence of pathogenic bacteria. The positive samples were cultured and were kept for the purpose of detecting genes encoding for certain virulence factors by a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and also to test the antibiotic sensitivity of these isolates. Out of 150 samples, 93 of them were positive pathogenic bacteria. 51 (34%) of which infected with E. coli. 37(72.5%) out of 51 were from patients suffering from Cystitis and the other 14(27.4%) were from patients suffering from Pyelonephritis. The isolates were identified by selective media culture and biochemical test and API 20 E. Our study showed that females 39 isolates (76.4%) were infected more than males 12 isolate (23.5%), especially in the age group between (19-47 years). The DNA was extracted from Escherichia coli isolates by gene aid DNA isolation kit. Polymerase Chain Reaction was used for detecting the virulence genes (fimH, kpsMTII, papC and hlyA ). The result showed that 51 (100%) isolates were carrying fimH gene, 39 (76.4%) isolates were carrying kpsMTII gene, 23 (45%) isolates were carrying papC gene and 13 (25.4%) isolates were carrying hlyA gene.
