Abstract

Current global industrial developments are faced with the limitations of fossil fuels and the increasing impact of global warming due to air pollution. In August 2025, Indonesia was recorded as one of the countries with the highest air pollution levels in the world, driving the urgency for the implementation of more environmentally friendly transportation. Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) have become a strategic solution supported by government policies. This study aims to analyze the role of government regulations in increasing electric car sales in Indonesia, particularly during the August 2025 period. The research method employed is a qualitative library research method with a descriptive approach, conducted through a review of academic literature, statutory regulations, industry reports, and electric vehicle sales data. The results indicate that government regulations in the form of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives—such as exemptions from Luxury Goods Sales Tax (PPnBM), Government-Borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentives, import duty exemptions, the development of Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) infrastructure, and support for the electric vehicle industry and supply chain—have a significant impact on increasing electric car sales. Sales data showed consistent monthly and annual growth in August 2025. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly regarding import dependence and the fulfillment of the Domestic Component Level (TKDN). Overall, government regulations play a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of electric cars in Indonesia.

Research shows that West Java's Bawaslu utilizes cyber monitoring and information campaigns to address election violations and boost public involvement. These initiatives are designed to shape community attitudes and behaviors regarding election supervision in the region. This maintenance process through the stages of analysis, strategic design, development and testing, implementation, and evaluation. Thus, this communication strategy other than a political activity as well as an arena of ideas and beliefs people have are systematically related to actual, spiritual and material conditions of existence. Based on the research findings, it is known that digital campaigns are increasing, yet cyber oversight regulations remain inadequate. Furthermore, the technological capacity and human resources (HR) for monitoring are still limited. Another factor is that public awareness regarding participation in cyber oversight and violation reporting remains low. Similarly, coordination between institutions and digital platforms has not yet been optimized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Generation Z’s perceptions of digital testimonials used in Nee’s Coffee’s Instagram storytelling strategy. As a generation that is highly immersed in social media, Generation Z tends to prioritize authenticity, emotional closeness, and the real experiences of other users when evaluating a brand. Unlike previous studies that primarily emphasize the role of influencers or paid advertising in shaping audience trust on social media, this study specifically highlights how digital testimonials based on authentic user experiences, presented through Instagram storytelling, shape Generation Z’s understanding and perceptions of brand credibility. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and Generation Z consumers, supported by observations of Instagram content and documentation of digital activities. The findings indicate that digital testimonials conveyed through Instagram storytelling play an important role in shaping Generation Z’s positive perceptions of brand credibility, emotional appeal, and consumption experience. Testimonials that are authentic, use personal language, and are supported by visual narratives are perceived as more convincing and relevant. In addition, user-generated content encourages the formation of digital word-of-mouth communication and increases audience engagement. This study confirms that digital testimonials within social media storytelling represent an effective communication strategy for reaching and building relationships with Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Tempodotco, through the program “Bocor Alus Politik,” constructs the representation of communication management in the Prabowo Subianto administration, specifically through the episode titled “Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin di Antara Manuver Politik dan Komunikasi Ruwet Prabowo.” The approach employed is qualitative content analysis, examining narrative messages, diction, framing, and political symbols presented in the episode. The focus of the analysis is on how Tempodotco narrates the dynamics of political communication within the elite circles of government, including communication strategies, discourse conflicts, and the leadership image of Prabowo constructed through digital political journalism narratives. The findings indicate that “Bocor Alus Politik” does not merely provide information but functions as a discursive space framing the government as an entity characterized by intrigue and complex internal communication. The framing presented by Tempodotco constructs the image of the Prabowo administration as a figure with fragmented yet strategic communication, revealing the dialectics between loyalty, pragmatism, and efforts to maintain post-election political stability. This study contributes to the study of digital media political communication by highlighting the role of media in shaping public perception of the governance and communication management of a new administration.
