Abstract

The PR Marketing Program "Ada Susu Untuk Mereka" is an activity organized by PT Good Farmers in reaching out to help improve the nutrition of Indonesian children by providing free ready-to-drink milk for underprivileged children in slum areas in the DKI Jakarta area. In addition to providing milk, the “Ada Susu Untuk Mereka” activity also provides illustrated fairy tale books and education about the importance of drinking milk, its growth and nutritional benefits. During the growth period, children must be given a balanced diet. Giving milk aims to maintain the child's immune system and help the process of growth and development. The PR Marketing Program “Aku Ada Untuk Mereka” is PT Good Farmer's strategy in increasing brand awareness, brand image and product brand engagement. The purpose of this study was to find out how the PR Marketing program planning strategy of PT Good Farmer in increasing brand awareness, brand image and product brand engagement. Using a case study research method that requires data from various sources and various instruments in data collection. The results showed that the brand awareness, brand image and brand engagement strategies carried out by PT Good Formaer became a form of two-way communication and interaction between a brand and its consumers. With the establishment of brand awareness, brand image and brand engagement, there will also be high loyalty from customers.

Abstract

SMPT Darussalam menjadikan internet sebagai salah satu fasilitas sekolah yang dapat digunakan bersama oleh warga sekolah, yaitu guru, karyawan/staff, dan para siswa. Tentu saja fasilitas internet ini diperuntukkan untuk kegiatan belajar-mengajar, komunikasi, promosi dan juga berinteraksi dengan warga masyarakat melalui media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan di SMPT Darussalam, yang berlokasi di Jl. Reni Jaya Timur Blok a.4/1 Pondok Petir, Kec : Bojongsari, Depok, Jawa Barat. Facebook SMPT Darussalam terakhir memiliki aktifitas di wall nya pada tanggal 23 Mei 2021, yaitu tautan postingan mengenai kegiatan Halal Bihalal Keluarga Besar Yayasan Darussalam. Akun Instagram SMPT Darussalam dibuat pada bulan April 2020, yaitu satu bulan sejak pandemi Covid 19 mulai masuk ke Indonesia. Akun Youtube SMPT Darussalam dibuat pada tahun 2020 yaitu ketika pandemi Covid 19 mulai melanda Indonesia. Diantara ke tiga media sosial tersebut, youtube adalah media sosial yang paling aktif digunakan oleh sekolah untuk berkomunikasi kepada publiknya.Diharapkan agar SMPT Darussalam lebih aktif dalam beraktifitas di media sosial Instagram facebook dan youtube, sehingga tujuan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. Abstract

As a formal place for students to receive education and knowledge, schools are expected to provide quality and facilities that assist students in receiving the best education possible.The development of internet technology also helps students to get the knowledge and references needed to support learning. If students can get information from various sources, then as a school institution, SMP PGRI 363 is expected to be the main source for students to get education and knowledge. This study uses qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir, which is located on Jl. Reni Jaya Selatan, Pondok Lightning, Kec. Bojongsari, Depok City, West Java. Qualitative research uses a theoretical basis and also uses general questions, which then become a reference and more details on the phenomena that occur in the field. The promotion and publication strategies carried out by SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir during the Covid 19 pandemic included picking up the ball to the target school, providing brochures, pamphlets, installing banners, free building fees for wave 1, conducting a database of the student's homeroom cell phone number for the target school, make online registration video tutorials, and make video school activities videos. The promotion and publication strategy produced results at PPDB in 2021, it can be seen from the number of students who registered at 86 students, which increased by 43% from the previous year. SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir is expected to be able to further activate the school's social media for promotion and school publications. It can also be reached by local media in the city of Depok to be able to announce and inform about the advantages of SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 yang bermula dari Wuhan Cina dan menyebar ke lebih dari 200 negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Kejadian luar biasa yang terjadi pada masa modern ini sudah berlangsung hampir satu tahun sejak Cina melaporkan kasus – kasus pneumonia yang tidak dikenal ke WHO pada tgl 31 Desember 2019. Negara-negara di dunia membuat dan menerapkan beberapa peraturan demi mencegah penyebaran yang lebih luas. Pemberlakuan lockdown, jam malam, Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dilakukan di sejumlah negara. Di Indonesia sendiri beberapa wilayah / daerah memberlakukan Pemberlakukan Sosial Berskala Besar. Tentu saja tindakan tersebut menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, mengingat culture dan ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia yang dimana masih ada beberapa yang kesulitan dalam menerima dampak dari aturan tersebut. CSR sebagai salah satu bentuk aktifitas perusahaan, menjadi salah satu angin segar bagi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19. Dalam artikel ini akan dijelaskan beberapa perusahaan dengan kegiatan CSR di masa pandemi ini.

Abstract

The job or position of a manager in a company, one of that is Relationship Manager. This position is often understood as one of the sales positions in the company, but this position also has various job descriptions other than as a salesperson in the company. Relationship Manager or relationship manager is a person who has the duty and responsibility to build and maintain good relations between the company and the parties seen in it, such as partners and clients of the company. Research methods this research uses qualitative research methods, research conducted at Bank CIMB Niaga branch Pondok Indahactivities carried out RM CIMB Niaga in establishing good relations with customers include updating customer data, daily meetings through conference calls, meetings with bank partners, recognizing customers personally, Receiving suggestions and complaints from customers, giving gifts to customers, holding events and inviting customers to events the efforts made by bank CIMB Niaga and RM have been quite helpful for RM in establishing good communication with customers. With good communication it will create a harmonious relationship between the bank and the customer. The good and harmonious relationship created will help RM's work process in the future, namely in introducing and selling bank products.

Abstract

Leadership in an organization is the ability to influence others. In school institutions, the Principal must be able to lead himself by having emotional and spiritual skills so that the Principal can run his school well. The principal must also be able to lead his team, namely teachers, employees and other school residents. Finally, the Principal must also be able to lead the organization, must be able to understand the vision and mission of the school well and have responsibility for the school he leads. The research method used in this study is a literature study. In this study, researchers search for data and information on various written sources including through archives, magazines, books, articles, news, journals or documents relevant to the problem studied. By conducting a literature study, researchers can have a broader and deeper deepening of the problem to be researched. In this study, researchers aim to determine efforts to improve the quality of schools and the quality of educators through transformational leadership. Main Duties and Functions of the Principal, which include planning and implementing work programs, supervising and evaluating, implementing leadership and implementing school information systems. All the main duties and functions carried out by the principal above, have the aim of improving the quality of the school. The principal as a transformational leader is someone who helps the organization and the people under his supervision to make good and positive changes in school activities. Change in an organization can occur slowly and also quickly. A teacher who works hard, will produce excellent work and results, and the quality of a good teacher can be seen from optimal work. Principals with transformational leadership will improve the quality of the school and also the quality of educators or teachers.

Abstract

BC working for an insurance company, namely AIA Financial, must be able to locate and present themselves at the partner bank where the BC is placed. With all this work, BC often experiences a decline in performance and motivation. So, the task of an Area Business Manager is to monitor and motivate the BCs. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, which was carried out in one of the AIA areas in 5 CIMB Niaga bank branches in Jakarta. The efforts made by ABM to BC so far have been quite successful in motivating BC, as can be seen from BC's active communication and good relations with bank staff so that the referrals provided are active every day. In the first week, BC received data on customers who will be offered AIA products; apart from that, BC is also active in following up on data on customers who have joined AIA to resell. The training carried out by AIA management also had a positive impact on BC's motivation, increasing their ability to know products, sell well, and understand the sales process without incorrect data.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan mitra tim penggerak PKK Kelurahan Bambu Apus Jakarta. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini guna memberikan pembekalan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan public speaking. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung berlokasi di RPTRA Gebangsari kelurahan Bambu Apus. Kapasitas kemampuan berbicara bagi sebagian orang di depan publik merupakan suatu keahlian tersendiri yang mencerminkan kapabilitas dan kredibilitas seseorang, perlu adanya usaha sehingga kemampuan tersebut dapat meningkat terutama bagi mereka-mereka yang selalu berhadapan dengan orang guna menyampaikan suatu informasi di depan publik. Minimnya pengetahuan dan teknik public speaking yang baik menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu pelatihan yang mengenalkan teknik berbicara di depan publik yang benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 90% peserta PkM menjadi paham akan konsep public speaking, mampu mendeskripsikan kemampuan diri untuk menjadi public speaker serta mampu mempraktekkannya dari sebelum dilakukannya pelatihan dalam kegiatan PkM ini yang hanya berkisar 75%-80% saja.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan mitra Kelompok PKK Kelurahan Cibubur. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini guna memberikan pemahaman dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana branding baik secara individu maupun institusi/organisasi serta meningkatkan keterampilan peserta PkM dalam membuat konten-konten yang menarik dan memiliki nilai jual. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka langsung dan mengambil lokasi di RPTRA Cibubur Berseri Kelurahan Cibubur Jakarta. Pengembangan suatu organisasi maupun individu akan berbagai keunggulan yang dimiliki dapat dilakukan dengan mem-branding-nya pada suatu media sosial. Tujuanya tidak lain agar kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dapat terekspos ke publik. Hal ini tentunya akan memberikan dampak yang signifian bagi perkembangan individu ataupun organisasi. Minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang branding dan media sosial menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu pelatihan yang mengenalkan teknik-tenik branding dan optimalisasi media sosial secara benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 90% peserta PkM menjadi paham akan konsep branding melalui medsos, 87% mampu memilih tema-tema branding yang dapat diterapkan di medsos dan hampir 90% mampu mempraktekkan kemampuan membuat konten sebagai sarana branding di medsos.

Abstract

In this era of rapid globalization, human resource issues are a challenge for organizations or agencies because this development demands the importance of having good management and quality human resources for the progress of the organization. The data collection method in this study was obtained from primary data and secondary data Primary Data Primary data is data or information that is carried out directly by researchers, this primary data collection is usually done through questionnaires. The results of this study based on the results of the T test in the table above can be explained that the significance of the influence of X1 on Y gets a value of 0.009 where it is more <0.05 and gets a t count value of 2.737> 2.009 (t table). It can be concluded that Ha can be accepted which shows that there is an influence of mutation on member performance. Meanwhile, for the significant promotion, it gets a value of 0.503> 0.05 and gets a calculated value of 0.674 <2.009 (t table), it can be concluded that H0 can be accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the promotion variable has no effect on performance. The results of the F test in the table above can be described in the f count pool getting a value of 12.550> 3.18 (f table) and getting a significant value of 0.000 <0.005, therefore it can be concluded that H3 can be accepted, which shows that there is an influence between variables X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y.
