Abstract

The security of a company's data information system security plan consists of a strategy and a division of responsibilities, the main objective of which is to reduce risks that have the potential to become a threat to the company's operations. British Petroleum in Indonesia is the Largest Offshore O & G’s operator, as well as the main distributor for domestic natural gas needs. The formulation is the Information Security Management System (ISMS) is a unified system that is structured based on a risk approach for the development, implementation, operation, supervision, maintenance and improvement of corporate information security. The research methodology reviewing literature studies covering BP Tangguh's security management. In its implementation, the company's security protection uses PDCA. British Petroleum (BP) ensures that the safety and identification aspects that are hazard and high risk have been taken directly, assessment security is a series of actions aimed at maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of the evaluation or assessment process. The security management system result at BP Tangguh, it is concluded the implementation and application of the security management system at BP Tangguh is optimal because it has a security management system that is very efficient, organized and has a clear legal basis.

Abstract

. PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk's financial performance was evaluated using financial statement analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine how PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The issue under investigation is the state of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.'s financial performance from 2020 to 2021. Financial ratio analysis, which employs the time series analysis method for businesses, is the analytical instrument employed. It comprises liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. This study uses calculations on quantitative data from year-end closing financial statements (secondary data) from 2020 to 2021 in a qualitative quantitative descriptive approach.

Abstract

Financial reports can be used as an illustration to assess how a company is performing, including in terms of investment. This study aims to determine the effect of return on investment (ROI), debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices. The population in this study are technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. Selection of the sample using purposive sampling, namely using a sample with certain criteria. The number of samples is 18 companies. The data analysis method used is linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Return On Investment has a significant effect on stock prices, Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of the advanced 2 financial accounting method in Indonesia and the effect of implementing SAK-ETAP on its use, especially for small and medium entities. This method can improve the efficiency of the company's financial management, but also faces several challenges and constraints, especially for SMEs which are still limited in human and technological resources. To overcome this, SMEs can develop adequate human resources, utilize available technology, and follow the requirements and accounting principles set out in SAK-ETAP. Thus, SMEs can take advantage of the application of advanced financial accounting methods 2 and SAK-ETAP as a tool to improve financial management and overall business performance.

Abstract

The activities of a company will have an impact on the environment. The application of green accounting in companies can improve the company's environmental performance which ends in an increase in financial performance with environmental benefits that can be managed and preserved properly according to government regulations. This study aims to analyze the application of green accounting by companies and determine the effect of green accounting on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The level of education affects financial management as seen from indicators of understanding work and also business actors understand the prospects for the business to be carried out in the future, so that financial understanding is needed. Lack of financial literacy or understanding of MSME actors about finance makes MSME actors wrong in financial management or financial planning still low. In making financial decisions effectively and efficiently a business actor is required to have good knowledge of financial management, this ability is known as financial literacy. This study aims to determine the effect, level of education, income, understanding of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the behavior of financial managers in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors have several different definitions in each literature according to agencies or institutions and even laws. After conducting an interview with one of the MSMEs, it can be compared with the theoretical basis obtained from some of the literature that supports this writing. So the existence of financial literacy for MSMEs can help in managing MSME finances in terms of their profits and expenses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a simultaneous and partial influence between the independent variables, namely Servicescape (X1), Lifestyle (X2), Word Of Mouth (X3), and Quality of Service (X4), on the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y), in the context of a company engaged in the sports shop. This study involved 78 respondents who filled out a questionnaire using the Likert scale method. Quantitative methods are used using multiple linear regression and SPSS 22 applications to analyze the effect simultaneously and partially. The results showed that simultaneously, the four independent variables, namely Servicescape, Lifestyle, Word of Mouth, and Service Quality, had an influence on the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction. However, partially, there are three independent variables, namely Servicescape, Lifestyle, and Word Of Mouth, which have no significant effect on the dependent variable. Only the variable Service Quality has an effect on Customer Satisfaction at Bintang Army Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource job satisfaction on employee performance at UMKM Urban Kayoe. Many factors affect employee performance, but factors that are rarely measured are the importance of performance and the quality of human resources. This study used a descriptive approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples in this study were 20 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive data. The results showed that the quality of human resources had a significant positive effect on the importance performance of Urban Kayoe SMEs. The Quality of Human Resources has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Satisfaction at Urban Kayoe SMEs. Importance performance has a significant positive effect on employee performance and satisfaction at Urban Kayoe SMEs. The findings show that Urban Kayoe's performance in key areas is significantly influenced by the quality of its human resources. At UMKM Urban Kayoe, the quality of human resources significantly improves employee performance and satisfaction. Critical performance has a very beneficial impact.

Abstract

The tiktok application is a social media that has been widely used by Indonesian people, including students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang class of 2020. As students who both use the tiktok application, of course, they have heard of the phenomena that occur in this application, because a content that is posted on the tiktok application is very fast viral. The features in the tiktok application can be used to market a product such as in E-commerce and also content about products that are currently viral on fyp tiktok can influence buying interest among students. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of using the tiktok application on buying interest in Management Study Program students at Buana Perjuangan Karawang University Class of 2020. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research study focuses on how the impact caused by the use of the Tiktok application on the buying interest of students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang Class of 2020. The results showed that there were positive and negative impacts from using the tiktok application on student buying interest , the positive impact is that it is easy for students to find information about products, can buy products at lower prices because of promos on tiktok live streaming. The negative impact that is caused is the emergence of consumptive behavior because spending money without careful consideration.

Abstract

A marketing strategy based on Digital Marketing is an effective marketing strategy because it can provide a very large role for the progress of the development of a company. With the trend of using the internet in Indonesia which is already very large, companies are increasingly taking advantage of digital developments which are increasing over time by implementing their marketing strategy as one of their tactics to increase company traffic and achieve the expected targets. This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of digitalbased marketing strategies has on service quality at BKKBISA. This research method is a qualitative approach using a case study model and a phenomenological method. Respondents in this study were BKKBISA users throughout the island of Java, Indonesia. The study population was 382,199 people and a sample of 100 respondents using BKKBISA. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews on a Likert scale and distributed via Google form. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing plays a major role in BKKBISA's marketing strategy which is carried out digitally so that it affects the quality of services available at BKKBISA.
