Abstract

This study ains to determine the influence of self-efficacy and work life balance on employee performance. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of KSP Delta Urya Purnama Pare branch and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test . In the Validity Test, it is known that all statement items (X1, Then in the Reliability Test it was discovered that the results of the Cronbach Alpha value were > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question were declared reliable. In the t test, it is known that all items (self efficacy and work life balance) influence employee performance. Then in the F test it is known that the Sig value. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of f_count > f_tabel is 13.470 > 3.28, it can be concluded that the variables self efficacy and work life balance simultaneously influence employee performance. In the Coefficient of Determination Test, it is known that the R square value is 0.449, it can be stated that X1 and X2 have an influence of 44.9%.

Abstract

One of the important factors in sustaining the company's existence in advancing quality and performance management is mastery of the capabilities possessed by Human Resources (HR) and the clarity of career development. A clean and healthy company is certainly due to good employee performance. Employee performance will improve if employees are given training to improve their abilities as well as a clear career development program. This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at CV Windita Putri Bahari. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual employees of CV Windita Putri Bahari. The population in this study were all employees of CV Windita Putri Bahari, totaling 100 employees. By using the Simple Random Sampling Technique using the Slovin formula, there were 50 sample respondents in the questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training and career development on employee performance in the first hypothesis is accepted, because it has a positive effect and the second hypothesis is rejected because career development has a negative effect on employee performance, for the third hypothesis and simultaneously it has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of financial compensation, external motivation and discipline on employee performance at CV. Alif Media Informatics. The analysis technique uses statistical tests through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests with SPSS version 16.0 tools. Sampling technique saturated sample, with the number of respondents 32 people. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from the multiple linear regression equation Y = -2.606 + 0.421X1 + 0.534X2 + 0.292X3. The results of the analysis carried out, the results of the study show that the financial compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the external motivational variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the disciplinary variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the results of financial compensation, external motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the value of R2 = 0.917 or 91.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effects of simultaneous and partial training and work experience on employee performance, as well as to determine the most dominant effect between training and work experience on employee performance. The research method used is the quantitative method. The population in this study is employees in the neighborhood of the Polda Metro Jaya State Police School as many as 235 employees. The sampling of 100 employees was done by simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. Research results show that simultaneous and partial job training and experience have an effect on employee performance, as well as a dominant variable in influencing employee performance, namely job experience.

Abstract

With its human resources potential, companies in Indonesia have a challenge managing human resources, especially the millennial generation. Increasing corporate growth and development in Indonesia has a positive impact on society with increased employment opportunities, which will reduce the unemployment rate. One of the efforts to retain employees is that the company should pay attention to the career development of each employee, especially for millennial generation employees who have good performance. There are some issues in the process of career development in the company that are the subject of research, such as the millenial generation employee who cannot develop his career at the company where he works, while the employees feel they have done their job well. Research methods in this research are e-learning methods and interviews, as well as providing questionnaires to research subjects. The research subject in this study is a millennial generation employee at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Learning is both a strategy and a solution for an organization or company, as well as for an individual, to adapt and take effective action to create a competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study examines the direct effect of healthy lifestyle and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a mediating variable. Primary data was collected using the survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who know NCT Dream as a brand ambassador and have bought and consumed Lemonilo instant noodles. Questionnaires were collected as many as 160 respondents using purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the data is then processed by the method of path analysis, it shows that a healthy lifestyle has an effect on purchase intentions, but brand ambassadors have no effect on purchase intentions. Meanwhile, healthy lifestyle and brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions. The results also show that a healthy lifestyle influences purchase decisions through purchase intention, but purchase intention does not become a mediating variable between brand ambassadors and purchase decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide input to Lemonilo companies to utilize marketing strategies to increase consumer purchase intentions, as well as offer various promotions that can increase purchasing decisions for Lemonilo instant noodles.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, business people continue to rack their brains to meet the desires and needs of consumers who are increasingly numerous and diverse. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Discipline on Employee Performance of the Kolaka Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office, (2) The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of the Kolaka Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office. The sample in this study amounted to 39 respondents using the sampling technique, namely the census. Research instrument testing using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.810 and P-Values of 0.002, variables and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statictic value of 1.828 and P-Values of 0.034.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work life balance on employee performance PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. (2) The Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. The sample for this study was 184 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work life balance variables as shown by the P-Value of 0.021. While the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance as shown by the P-Value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Quality of Work Life on commitment to female lecturers at USN Kolaka. (2) The effect of Quality of Work Life on job satisfaction of USN Kolaka female lecturers. (3) The effect of organizational culture moderates the effect of Quality of Work Life on the commitment of USN Kolaka female lecturers. (4) The effect of organizational culture moderates the Quality of Work life on job satisfaction of USN Kolaka female lecturers. This study used a quantitative method. The data collection was observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this study were all female lecturers at USN Kolaka, totaling 109 female lecturers. The sample of this study was 109 female lecturers. The instrument used were validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study was the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the study show that there it is a positive and significant influence between the Quality of Work Life variable on commitment as shown by the P-Value of 0.000. Like wise, the variable Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indikated by the P-Value of 0.019. Where as the moderation, organizational culture does not moderate Quality of Work Life towords commitment, this is indicated by the t-statistic value showing a value of 0.882 with a P-Value of 0.220. Furthermore, the moderation of organizational culture does not moderate Quality of Work Life on job satisfaction, this is indicated by the t-statistic value showing a value of 0.774 with a P-Value of 0.189.
