Abstract

Analisis sentimen adalah teknik komputasi untuk mengidentifikasi opini, sikap, emosi, dan maksud seseorang terhadap suatu subjek melalui ulasan yang diberikan. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan teknik analisis sentimen menggunakan machine learning, seperti metode klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM) telah terbukti efektif dalam mengklasifikasi opini. Penerapan metode seleksi fitur dapat meningkatkan performa model dan efisiensi model. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan untuk seleksi fitur adalah metode Chi-Square. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model SVM dari data teks yang telah melewati tahap seleksi fitur Chi-Square. Analisis sentimen dilakukan dengan kerangka kerja yang terdiri dari text preprocessing, representasi kata Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), seleksi fitur Chi-Square, klasifikasi menggunakan metode SVM, evaluasi performa model, dan hyperparameter tuning.

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan menjadi topik yang sering diperbincangkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Salah satu implementasi kecerdasan buatan adalah pembuatan sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi. Adanya sistem rekomendasi yang bisa memberikan saran seperti pada rekomendasi restoran, kursus daring, mata kuliah, dan lain sebagainya. Pilihan-pilihan yang direkomendasikan tersebut akan membantu user terutama untuk cakupan pilihan yang sangat banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perhitungan nilai kemiripan antar item dalam bahasa pemrograman Swift, perhitungan prediksi nilai rating dalam bahasa pemrograman Swift, dan implementasi sistem rekomendasi dalam aplikasi mobile iOS.

Abstract

Traveloka is an online travel platform that provides booking services for transportation tickets, accommodation, tourist attraction entrance tickets, and others. This research will conduct sentiment analysis using five methods and conduct a comparative analysis between these methods. The goal is to find out how to do sentiment analysis and do a comparison analysis and get the best results for Traveloka sentiment analysis on Twitter. This research uses Twitter to get data and only focuses on tweets about Traveloka. Sentiment analysis also provides benefits for Traveloka in monitoring and analyzing user responses to their products and services from reviews and feedback posted by users on social media such as Twitter, Traveloka can gain valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of their services. This dataset consists of 85.6% positive sentiments and 14.4% negative sentiments. In this analysis, the library used is Scikitlearn. Five classification methods were used, namely, Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and XGBOOST. The steps in this research are data crawling, data preprocessing, data weighting, classification, model testing, model evaluation, comparison analysis, and result analysis. The results show that SVM has better accuracy based on metric evaluation with a value of 90%. However, through model testing using AUC, XGBOOST obtained the highest value of 71%.

Abstract

Agency administration plays an important role in various information services and data management, which often causes a waste of time and energy. Currently, many government agencies and organizations have implemented E-office, FTI (Faculty of Technology and Informatics) as one of the faculty at the University of Informatics and Business Indonesia (UNIBI) also faces challenges in carrying out administrative processes. The purpose of this research is to simplify the administrative process that runs in FTI by designing and building E-Office applications. The design stage uses the Waterfall method with 6 (six) UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely use case, class, package, component, sequence, and activity. The development stage uses the Laravel 10 framework and MySQL. Testing this application using Black-Box Testing. The result of this research is the making of a web-based E-Office application that can simplify the administrative process that runs at FTI.

Abstract

Information technology has been implemented in almost all fields and can have a positive impact on many variables. Its implementation in sales can support performance and competitiveness, which is directly related to profits. Companies need to develop conventional systems into information systems to present real-time information. Online trading has become a popular trend in recent years due to its ability to reach the target market more effectively than offline trading. DANISA Collection is a business that provides various kinds of clothing. The current sales system and data processing of goods are still done conventionally. This can cause obstacles if buyers cannot visit the store directly because currently orders are made through conversations via WhatsApp or in-store. To overcome this problem, there is a need to migrate the conventional data management system to a website-based sales information system. The purpose of this research is to help MSMEs to increase sales efficiency. This research uses the SDLC Waterfall model, which is referred to as the linear sequential or classical life flow model, offering a structured approach to software development. The result of this research is DANISA Collection implements a website-based sales information system, this system has been tested which results in all functioning properly.

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) has had a huge impact on various aspects of human life. Information technology has been used in various fields such as education, health, economics and other fields. One example of the use of information technology in the education sector is the ELISA website owned by Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University (UNIQHBA). The ELISA website makes it very easy for all academics to carry out various online interactions and activities such as student attendance, quizzes, collecting assignments, and accessing lecture materials can also be done using the ELISA website. However, in its performance of course there are still things that do not meet the expectations of users, in this case the academic community such as students who have difficulty accessing website services. Therefore, analysis is needed to test the quality of the ELISA website, one of which is by using research instruments that can be answered directly by users. This research took a sample of 7 students from each faculty at Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University (UNIQHBA) (n=120). The instrument distributed and filled out online consists of 2 parts (performance and expectations) with 20 questions in each part, on a scale of 1 to 4. The rtable value obtained according to n=120 is 0.1857. The results of validity testing with the IBM SPSS Statistics application show that all indicators of the research instrument have an rcount that is greater than the rtable, which means all the indicators are valid. For reliability testing, the Cronbach's alpha value for the performance aspect is 0.948 and for the hope aspect is 0.932, both of which are greater than the critical value (0.6) which shows that all indicators of the research instrument are declared reliable. This shows that the ELISA website service is good and suitable for use. For internet access, UNIQHBA IT will increase internet bandwidth.

Abstract

Peramalan harga saham yang tepat diperlukan oleh para investor. Beberapa metode dapat dilakukan dalam peramalan harga saham, seperti model trend, Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average, Double Moving Average, dan Exponential Smoothing. Selain itu, terdapat pula model yang lebih kompleks, seperti model Gerak Brown Geometrik (GBG) dan model Gerak Brown Fraksional Geometrik (GBFG). Model GBG dan GBFG memiliki beberapa keunggulan, diantaranya dapat meramalkan harga saham dengan periode waktu pendek, kesesuaian model dengan pergerakan harga saham yang selalu bernilai positif dan tidak memerlukan banyak pengujian data. Selain itu, model GBFG juga dapat mengatasi masalah data aktual saham yang sebagian besar tidak saling bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan peramalan harga saham PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) mengunakan model Gerak Brown Fraksional Geometrik (GBFG). Indeks Hurst pada model GBFG diestimasi menggunakan Rescaled Range (R/S) dengan bantuan pemrograman Python. Hasil dari peramalan pergerakan harga saham PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) menggunakan model GBFG memberikan nilai yang sangat akurat berdasarkan nilai MAPE.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuju era digital merupakan suatu inovasi yang mengubah sistem dan mempengaruhi perilaku juga harapan masyarakat terhadap tersedianya berbagai layanan informasi dan fitur layanan elektronik. salah satu nya adalah layanan pospay yang mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pembayaran berbagai macam tagihan seperti listrik, telepon, air, kredit motor, dan kartu kredit. Pospay menggunakan Sistem Online Payment Point (SOPP) dan diterapkan di PT. Pos Indonesia sehingga dengan menggunakan layanan Pospay masyarakat tidak lagi repot untuk membayar beberapa tagihan di tempat yang berbeda, cukup dengan satu loket yang berada di salah satu cabang kantor pos maka pelanggan dapat merasakan kemudahan dalam melakukan beberapa tranksaksi pembayaran yang dilakukan secara online. Namun pada proses layanan Pospay tidak lepas dari resiko yang pasti akan dihadapi, oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan antara lain yaitu melaksanakan audit manajemen resiko teknologi informasi pada Pospay dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan melalui kuisioner dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain EDM03 dan APO12 didapatkan hasil bahwa capability existing level 2 dengan capability yang diharapkan yaitu level 5. Oleh karena itu, capability gap yang diperoleh pada kondisi tersebut yaitu 3 level.

Abstract

In the context of modern education, efficient management of enrollment data is crucial for educational institutions. As a progressive educational institution, Karya Duta Education introduces innovation by implementing an online registration system. Currently, the institution or admin has difficulty recapping new student data due to the absence of an admin website provided by the institution. Admins still recap data manually in recapitulating new student data. However, to support the success of this implementation, it is necessary to design an optimal user interface (UI) for the admin panel. This study aims to design an efficient and intuitive UI for the online registration admin panel at Karya Duta Education. They are using the Design Thinking method. Modern UI design principles and best practices in user experience are applied to ensure smooth management of enrollment data. This UI design is expected to speed up the registration administration process, increase efficiency, and reduce the potential for human error. Thus, a well-designed online enrollment administration system will be the foundation for Karya Duta Education to provide more responsive and quality education services to prospective students.

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat telah mencakup hampir seluruh bidang kehidupan, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran di SDK Yaperna Tuamese masih mengalami kendala dalam menyiapkan media pembelajaran dan mengatasi siswa yang ketertinggalan materi karena sakit atau ada kegiatan di luar sekolah. Proses belajar hanya menggunakan buku paket di depan ruang kelas dengan jumlah buku paket yang begitu sedikit, sehingga siswa merasa bosan dan malas belajar. Jadi sementara konsentrasi pada siswa harus diarahkan terkhusus pada mata pelajaran IPA. Melalui aplikasi multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android, pelajar dapat mendalami materi secara mandiri. Media yang dirancang meliputi teks, gambar, audio, dan video untuk membantu guru menyiapkan media pembelajaran dan menjaga perhatian dan konsentrasi siswa pada pelajaran. Rappid Application Development (RAD) dengan mode 4D adalah metode Konfigurasi yang digunakan. Melalui hasil yang sudah diuji, pengguna merasa lebih tertarik dan lebih mudah memahami materi dengan multimedia interaktif dari pada terbiasa menggunakan buku pelajaran.
