Abstract

The ergonomics problem related to the casual laborers which here focus on rock breakers as their job, covers some aspects such as their muscle usage, working hours, postures, tools and environments. The ergonomics problem created health problems where the workers are having Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and fatigue. This study intends to prove that exercising nerve-tendon mobilization and short break through ergonomics approach will be able to reduce the volume CTS complaints and the fatigue of the rock breakers. This study involves 7 samples from the controlling group and 7 samples from the intervention group. The CTS complaints are measured by using Symptom Severity Scale (SSS) from Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire (BCTQ) and the fatigue was surveyed through 30 questionnaires from Item of Rating Scale of Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC). The Data were analyzed by applying Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The goals of this study is to give nerve-tendon mobilization exercise and short break through ergonomics approach related to the problem of muscle usage, working hours, postures, tools and environments would lessen the CTS complaints about 12,71% while the fatigue level in the amount of 5,69% that has been experienced by the rock breakers.

Abstract

EDS is an atypical manifestation of dengue infection that affects a variety of organ systems including gastrointestinal, hepatic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, and renal. It is one of the leading causes of hospitalization and death in children. A number of hypotheses have been proposed, but multifactorial pathogenesis. Severe cases can be expressed with petechiae, epistaxis, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, ascites, pleural effuse, heart attack, hypotension, tachycardia, changes in consciousness, fulminant hepatitis, and myocarditis. EDS-shaped organ dysfunction may require multidisciplinary management support for aggressive and effective action. The baby girl, An.P, 10 months old, came to the ER with a high fever since 4 days before KRS. High fever accompanied by vomiting and diarrhea. From a physical examination, the general condition of mentis compost, pulse, and breathing within normal limits. There are no epistaxis. The laboratory showed platelets of 100,000 μ/L, hematocrit 35.5%, hemoglobin (Hb) 12.3g/dL. Patients are diagnosed with dengue fever. in the same case that occurs in Mexico this is a case where patients with fever and headache. Patients exhibit neurological damage in which cranial Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT) reveals severe cerebral edema. Platelets 143,000 μ /L, Hb 10.6 g / dL, reported serologic NS1 positive. Patients die five days after hospital admission.Low incidence of EDS due to asymptomatic and easily missed diagnosis. This case has multi-organ failure. neurological manifestations such as seizures and decreased consciousness, gastrointestinal manifestations such as ascites and gastrointestinal bleeding, lung manifestations such as dyspnea. Conditions worsen in a fast time.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the affinity and molecular mechanism of Annona muricata to COX-2 target protein, which can be used to test the potential of Annona muricata as an anticancer drug using the molecular docking in silico method (computer modeling). By identifying and optimizing guide molecules in the drug discovery process, this computational chemical technique can be utilized to accelerate the selection of compounds to be isolated and synthesized. The research use descriptive quantitative as a research design and the experimental factorial design as an approach. The results of this study indicate that curcumin and its analogues have potential to became anticancer, and can be used for further drug development related to anticancer.

Abstract

Pilkada after pilkada continue to roll and are still dwelling on the same pattern of problems from the previous Pilkada which actually experienced a significant increase in the journey of regional heads who came from the Political Dynasty. When viewed by gender, in the 2020 Simultaneous Pilkada it can be seen that 57 women = 10.7%, of which 29 are female candidates who are wives of the previous regional head. This qualitative research prioritizes secondary data sources with 4M writing techniques, namely Describing, Analyzing, Concluding and Describing the phenomenon of Airin Rachmy Diany as Mayor of South Tangerang, Ana Sophanah as Regent of Indramayu and Haryanti as Regent of Kediri who are in the vortex of political dynasties & oligarchy, with big questions. Is this a form of participation or exploitation? Based on this phenomenon, it can be concluded that both Airin Rachmy Diany and Ana Sophanah and also Haryanti have been exploited by oligarchs who are in-laws, or husbands in order to strengthen political dynasties and oligarchic networks in their respective regions, rather than in the form of political participation themselves. As a Regional Head, he is exploited for the defense industry his power is also correlated with the defense of wealth which makes him not independent in running the wheels of government in the region. The influence of male masculinity or family power still prevails in the government even if the position of the wife or daughter is higher than that of her father or husband as members of ordinary society.

Abstract

Promises ethics in service triangle context on higher education can be met if performance improves superior performance and be given the implications for competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine promising ethics in service marketing triangle and competitive advantage of higher education. The research method used is survey method, namely descriptive and explanatory. The number of respondents in the study is 330 students of the polytechnic in West Java, which is determined by sampling technique, which is cluster proportional random sampling. The hypothesis testing was done using a multivariate statistical test of the Partial Least Square (PLS). The data processing was done with smartPLS 2.0 programs and Statistical Programs of Social Science (SPSS) for Windows. The results show that: The promising ethics in service triangle context and competitive advantage influence as well but not quite good. The promising ethics in service marketing triangle context can be met also if performance improves international collaboration on higher education as well, so that promises ethics can be achieved optimally and be given the implications for competitive advantage of higher education.
