Abstract

Analysis of disaster hazards and vulnerability of the economy are thetwo essential components of disaster risk level assessments thatprovide an overview of the dangers and threats against potentiallosses when a disaster occurs in an area. Flood was a natural eventthat routinely occur each year in the Bone Regency in rainy season,when the events occurred on land or an area that is worth aproductive course would cause economic losses. The purpose of thisresearch is to find out and analyze the threat of flood hazard areasand the potential magnitude of dollars of economic losses that will becaused. Methods used in the analysis to follow general guidelines fordisaster risk assessment set by the BNPB. In the process of analysisof the danger of flooding on productive land use geographicinformation system (GIS)-based spatial data with ease in the analysisof keruangan as well as tervisualisasi served. The results of thisresearch show the danger of flood extents reach 95,247 ha. Thepotential danger of flooding to occur in Bone Regency categorizedgrades are in the area that have a spread of high danger exists inSibulue Subdistrict, Cenrana and two Boccoe. The total potential lossof the rupiah ranged from 9.5 trillion rupiah or reach 31% of the totalGDP Bone Regency with potential losses on productive landamounted to 3.3 trillion rupiah. The highest loss sector found onagricultural land amounted to 2.9 trillion rupiah.

Abstract

An automatic handwashing deviceis a handwashing devicethat works automatically by utilizing an infrared sensor as a hand detector and using the Arduino Uno as the main controller. In this study, the authors discussed the design of an Automatic Handwashing Devicethat is placed on the hand-sanitizer faucet using the InfraRed sensor (detecting hand movements) based on Arduino Uno. This system includes the design of hardware (Hardware) and software (Software). Researchers use descriptive analysis techniques that are presented in table form. In this study, the authors conducted an analysis and design of the devices used to build the input and output processes including System Algorithms, Research Design, and Research Flowcharts. The results showed that the Hands Sanitizer deviceautomatically runs well and can be assembled using Arduino Uno microcontroller components and IR (Infrared) sensors. In making this program, the Arduino Uno application software is needed.

Abstract

This paper raises problems related to the absence of regulation regarding kecubungwhich contains alkaloid substances known as anesthetics and is an addictive substance for Narcotics, substances which when consumed in excess can cause decreased and altered consciousness, loss of taste, eliminate or reduce pain and cause dependence. severe or excruciating pain. The absence of regulations regarding amethyst has resulted in a legal vacuum and this is very unfortunate. This journal research uses normative juridical research supported by empirical juridical, the research approach method used is the statute approach (statutory approach), the conceptual approach (conceptual approach) and the case approach (case approach) and the data analysis technique of this research uses interpretation techniques. systematic, grammatical interpretation and theological interpretation. The results of the study concluded that regulation of the use of Kecubung is very much needed, where later this regulation can be used as a basis for law enforcement officials, especially the Police and BNN to process the law against the new types of Narcotics abuse as referred to in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Permenkes Number 44 of 2019 concerning changes in the classification of Narcotics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of education and the attitude of concern for the environment with the behavior of tourists in maintaining environmental cleanliness in the area of ​​the Kabawetan Tea Plantation tourism object, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. Research that has been carried out using a quantitative approach, with descriptive methods. Based on data on average annual visits, the total population visited was 138 people. The sample of this research is random visitors who meet researchers who are willing to fill out a complete questionnaire. Behavior that can be observed as many as 53 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the relationship between knowledge about environmental protection and the behavior of maintaining environmental hygiene is very close, with a product torque correlation value of 0.787. This proves that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) There is a positive relationship between the level of education in maintaining environmental hygiene and behavior; 2) There is a positive relationship between environmental care and environmental protection behavior. environmental Hygiene; There is a positive correlation between attentiveness and hygiene behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of parenting patterns, the benefits felt by students, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of assimilation at SMAN Titian Teras Jambi Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. Checking the validity of the data in this study is the credibility test. The results showed that spiritual development consists of the habadah habit. Academic coaching, namely the existence of a subject clinic service at night, the English Club. Non-academic / skill development includes extracurricular activities, development of talents and interests, and defending the country. The benefits felt by the students were that students were accustomed to being diligent in worshiping, understanding the meaning of the Koran, and memorizing the Koran to increase. Students can live independently and have many friends, the student's academic score increases, students gain skills.

Abstract

This study aims to explain transactional leadership, organizational justice and employee empowerment towards employee organizational commitment in the Yogyakarta Social Service office. In this study, the research uses a quantitative approach because the analysis is based on existing theories and is related to the research topic. The theories used by researchers are Transactional leadership theory, Organizational Justice, Employee Empowerment and Organizational Commitment. The sample used was as many as 50 people who were determined by the saturated sample method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that (1) variable, transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (2) organizational justice has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment (3) employee empowerment has an effect positive and significant towards organizational commitment. Companies should pay attention to transactional leadership, organizational justice and employee empowerment to increase organizational commitment (4) taransactional leadership, organizational justice and employee empowerment simultaneously towards organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study cyber crime in e-commerce transactions from the perspective of Islamic criminal law and how to deal with cyber crimes that harm consumers in e-commerce transactions according to the analysis of Islamic criminal law. This research is a normative legal research where laws are conceptualized as written regulations, or laws are conceptualized as rules or norms, the latter being a benchmark for human behavior, and considered appropriate to review written regulations. The results showed that cybercrime is a form of crime in the modern era. Therefore, according to the analysis of Islamic criminal law, cyber crimes can be punished by Ta'zir. For Syrians, ta'zir is a sanction based on disobedience, because it does not explicitly state the crimes contained in the Koran and Hadith.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of the variable production quantity, international prices, exchange rates, inflation on the volume of Indonesian rubber exports from 1980 to 2018. The research method uses quantitative methods. Sources of research data from publications of data collected by government officials or departments include the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), the Ministry of Agriculture's Data and Information Center (Pusdatin), Index Mundi. The research location was conducted in Indonesia. The data method used in this study is the non-behavioral observation method. Multiple linear regression is the type of data used in this study as an econometric tool to describe this research and also uses data analysis such as descriptive statistical tests, classical assumptions test, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t-test). The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the amount of production, international prices, exchange rates, and both simultaneously and simultaneously have a significant effect on the volume of Indonesian rubber exports during the years 1980-2018. Partially the amount of production has a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian rubber exports in 1980-2018, while international prices, exchange rates and inflation have no significant effect on the volume of Indonesian rubber exports in 1980-2018.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between organizational culture, compensation and spiritual intelligence on work productivity in the special area health office in Yogyakarta simultaneously and partially to work productivity in the special area health office in Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research population sample shows that the Yogyakarta Special Region Health Service has 48 employees. The sample data collection technique is a probability sampling technique (saturated sampling) by taking a sample of 48 employees. The data collection method was using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational culture has a positive effect on work productivity (2) compensation has a positive effect on work productivity (3) spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on work productivity (4) ) organizational culture, compensation, spiritual intelligence simultaneously influence work productivity.

Abstract

Time seris data from the World Bank shows that since Soekarno’s regime to current regime, now in 2020, Indonesia has been having fluctuation of economic growth. Moreover, the pattern of economic growth is on the same rythm with the pattern of Indonesia Stock Exchange’s market capitals. The patterns shows unique correlations, since the investors in Stock Market tend to invest on financially well-performanced companies.  Hence, through this correlation research, the researcher tries to inquire how economic growth influences corporations’ financial performances in Indonesia. Rely on state of the arts, the researcher use ROA and ROE of ten percent samples or 59 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange as dependent variables in simple linear regression analysis on answering the research questions. Surprisingly, the researcher found unique results from 118 hypotheses, of those all hypotheses, 110 are significant, Seven insignificant, and one is unfulfilled Linearity Test. Astonishingly, of those Seven insignificant results, two companies performed better than economic growth since they able to maintain their finansial performance while whether economy is in crisis or not..
