Abstract

Inland waters are waters that are found on the surface of the land and are generally located above sea level. Most of the water on the land comes from rainwater. Inland waters are widely used by humans to support their survival, such as for eating, drinking, cooking, bathing, and irrigation. This study aims to monitor the quality of lentic waters in the Delingan Reservoir and to know the sampling technique and analysis of physical parameters, chemistry, and biology of lentic waters. The data analysis performed was beginning with conducting research in the Delingan Reservoir, Java Province Center, then the results obtained are processed into information. The results obtained from this study are known water quality parameters and their values ​​consisting of pH, Dissolved oxygen, conductivity, salinity, TDS, turbidity, depth, and oxidation-reduction potential at four different coordinates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of zakat on agricultural products and the welfare of farmers in Bungtiang Village, Sakra Barat District. This research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants in this study using triangulation. The informants in this study consisted of 1 expert informant and 5 main informants and 2 additional informants. The results showed that from a study of the implementation of agricultural zakat, it was found that most people were aware of the obligation to issue agricultural zakat, but still channeled their zakat in a traditional consumptive manner, so that the amount of zakat issued was not in accordance with Islamic law, farmers only issued zakat as much as 10 % using either irrigation water or rainwater. From a study of the economic welfare of the community, it has been able to meet the needs of dharuriyyat (hifzu-dien, hifzun-nafs, hifzun-'Aql, hifzun-nasl and hifzun-maal) and hajiyyat.

Abstract

The industry needs to maintain the trust and loyalty of users to ensure that their services are chosen as the primary option. Perceived service quality is one of the factors that influence trust and loyalty. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate how perceptions of service quality can affect the trust and loyalty of Gojek application users. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected using a Likert scale from 100 respondents who are students of UIN Walisongo Semarang randomly selected (random sampling). The analysis technique used is a simple correlation. The simple regression results of variable X on Y1 are 0.00, while variable X on Y2 is 0.004. It can be concluded that UIN WALISONGO Semarang students positively evaluate the service quality of Gojek and positively influence their trust and loyalty towards the application.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a feeling that is owned by someone either happy or disappointed. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction with Traveloka services contained in the reward zone feature. This research uses a qualitative approach with the focus group discussion method which takes place on Google Meet. The subjects of this study were 11 students of UIN Walisongo Semarang. This research was conducted for 1 month. The results of the study show that consumer satisfaction with the reward zone feature is quite significant. The results of consumer satisfaction research on the reward zone feature are determined by consumers, consumers also give an average rating of 6.7/10 from several consumers and give reasons.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Grab-Bike online transportation users. The number of samples in this study were 100 people. Data analysis in this study used inferential quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression. In accordance with the data obtained, the results of the study show that service quality has no positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Grab-Bike online transportation users. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Grab-Bike online transportation users. Service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Grab-Bike online transportation users. Based on this evidence, the ability of the independent variables, namely service quality and customer satisfaction, has an effect of 35.1%, while the remaining 64,9% can be influenced by other variables not examined and analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of service quality and ease of ticket payment significantly influence KAI Access user satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method by spreading the scale using the Google form on KAI Access users on the island of Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 100 samples with multiple linear regression data processing techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that perceptions of service quality and ease of payment have a positive and significant effect on KAI Access user satisfaction. Therefore, companies must pay attention to and improve service quality and ease of payment to increase KAI Access user satisfaction. The significance value of service quality is 0.014 <0.05. This means that service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction of the KAI Access application. Then, the significance value of ease of payment is 0.000 <0.05. This means that the ease of payment has a significant effect on user satisfaction of the KAI Access application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budget planning, budget execution and human resources on the absorption of the budget in the Government of Dompu District. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with questionnaire data collection techniques. The population of this study were all SKPDs in Dompu Regency and the samples used were the BAPPEDA and LITBANG of Dompu Regency, the BPKAD of Dompu Regency and the Secretary of the DPRD of Dompu Regency. The test conducted in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that both partially and simultaneously the variables of budget planning, budget execution and human resources have a significant effect on the absorption of the Dompu Regency budget.

Abstract

This study uses a method: quantitative data collection using a questionnaire. Based on this research, it can be concluded that: 1) Based on this research, it can be concluded that: 1) it is known that as many as 90.7% of the 54 respondents stated that the variety of languages in Scarlett's marketing on Instagram social media has a mixed variety of languages between standard and official languages; 2) it was known that 81.6% of the 54 respondents stated that the variety of languages used by Scarlett included: relaxed and friendly language, language of offers and promotions, descriptive language, inspirational language, humorous language; 3) it is known that 92.6% of 54 respondents stated that a variety of good and appropriate language is very important so that people can more easily understand products about their benefits and uses and can adapt them to the needs of each consumer. And with good language, it will also build a good brand image so that it can increase public trust in Scarlett's skincare products.

Abstract

The author focuses on observational studies at the Sekolah Alam Bukittinggi with a descriptive qualitative approach using literature study research methods. Opportunities found related to the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at Sekolah Alam Bukittinggi are first, the participation of teachers (facilitators) in their Curriculum Workshop activities. Second, the relevance of the era between the Merdeka Curriculum and the Sekolah Alam Bukittinggi’s Special Curriculum, as well as the role of the school principal and the curriculum team in motivating teachers (facilitators) regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Meanwhile, the challenge faced by Sekolah Alam Bukittinggi in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka is the complexity of the understanding of educational actors in interpreting the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka; competence and creativity of teachers (facilitators) in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka, as well as supervising the implementation of such curriculum. It is hoped that findings regarding the opportunities and challenges of implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka in Sekolah Alam or Nature Schools will become a consideration for schools, teachers, and the government in making appropriate policies so that the objectives of the Kurikulum Merdeka can be achieved effectively. This discovery is also expected to be useful as additional knowledge in further educational research.

Abstract

The specific objectives of implementing this PkM activity are: (1) Forming study groups among youth in making animation, (2) Providing input, insight, and knowledge about youth, (3) Reducing the level of juvenile delinquency which continues to increase from year to year, and (4) Equipping youth with entrepreneurial skills by using social media to reduce their free time. For the sake of the continuity of this community service activity, a method that can be digested and absorbed directly by the sons and daughters of teenagers in Turida Babakan Village, Mataram City, namely; The "Tricks and Tips for Designing a Business in Entrepreneurship" Method. This method of implementation is not only socialization but direct practice inviting the sons and daughters of Turida Village to the Al-Azhar Islamic University Business Incubator as partners of this activity. In this Business Incubator, training is immediately given on marketing strategies through social media, product management and product packaging. With the hope that they will produce the right strategy while at the same time fostering interest in learning, namely strategies to increase creativity, strategies for generating ideas and ideas, not stopping here and becoming an entrepreneurship.
