Abstract

Consumer decision making when buying or using a product or service cannot be considered the same, it could be because of the price perception according to the consumer himself. This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions on how much it influences the decision to use Maxim's online transportation service. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data used in this research is primary data. This study used a non-probability sampling method and an accidental sampling method with a total sample of 103 respondents. The results of the research based on simple linear regression analysis show that the price perception variable has a positive effect on user decisions. From the calculation results, the consistent value of the user's decision variable is 2,951 and the value of the price perception regression coefficient is 0,71. The regression coefficient is positive so that it can be said that the direction of the influence of the X and Y variables is positive. In this case the ability of the independent variable, namely price perception, has an influence of 77.5% while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the contribution and relevance of brand equity and service quality on the Blibli platform to the purchasing decisions of Blibli users. This research uses a quantitative approach. In this study, data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data is assessed using a Likert scale with four alternative answers. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. With a calculated t value of 6.639 > 1.984 from t table and a p value of 0.001 <0.05, the multiple linear regression analysis test shows that brand equity has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. With a calculated t value of 6.011 > 1.984 from t table and a p value of 0.001 <0.05, service quality makes a significant contribution to purchasing decisions by 84.3%. The results of the Anova test show that brand equity and service quality variables contribute to purchasing decisions on the Blibli platform. This explains how important brand equity and service quality are for a company or product. Frequent evaluations, especially on factors such as brand equity and service quality, can help business development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the impact of income and community environmental conditions on housing development in Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The number of samples was 50 people, where the respondents studied were workers who worked or were carrying out housing construction in Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. The results of this study indicate that income has a positive and significant effect on housing development, where income has a positive effect because the variable in the same direction or the x variable increases, the y variable also increases, while the significant effect is that it has the same meaning on the x and y variables. In addition, environmental conditions (land area) also have a positive and significant influence on housing development. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, the R-Square value is 0.689, meaning that the variable income and environmental conditions (land area) together affect the housing variable by 68.9%. While the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

In order for students to understand disasters properly and completely, disaster education in schools must be integrated into several subjects. The Cianjur Development Agricultural Vocational Middle School is a school located in the Cibeber area, Cilaku Regency. Cianjur, with a total of 561 students (293 male students and 268 female students). As an educational institution, the Cianjur Development Agricultural Vocational School is responsible for organizing education so that students can develop their potential and build a culture, including a disaster preparedness culture. According to the Cianjur Regency Regional Disaster Risk Map, Cibeber is very vulnerable to the risk of hurricanes, floods and earthquakes. The knowledge of educators on disaster management regarding attitudes/actions, school policies, preparedness planning, and resource mobilization still needs to be improved. This partner problem can be overcome through assistance and training at disaster preparedness schools or disaster education units. The implementation team and relevant experts provide support and training. In this early stage of community service, preparedness training will be carried out for class VII students, and will describe the initial knowledge of school residents on disaster preparedness by conducting a survey. An ongoing program to prepare disaster preparedness schools needs to be carried out.

Abstract

Indramayu Regency has a land area of 209,942 ha, consisting of 115,897 ha of paddy fields, 56,937 ha of non-paddy fields, and 37,108 ha of non-agricultural land. However, in the use of agricultural land, farmers in Indramayu Regency still need direction in the proper use of land for corn crops. Because the average farmer in Indramayu has not paid attention to land suitability and government policies regarding land suitability for corn commodities. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and uses a matching process (matching) data on the condition of the area with the criteria for land suitability classes compiled using Arc GIS 10.3. The parameters observed were regional characteristics (climate, soil fertility and topography) and criteria for sustainable agriculture (availability of water in the form of rainfall) for maize. The purpose of this research was to determine the suitability of land and the sustainability of corn farming in Indramayu Regency. The results of the analysis of the suitability class of sustainable maize plants in Indramayu Regency with predetermined criteria, obtained results with a very suitable land area (S1) of 0 ha, quite suitable (S2) 89,106 ha, marginally suitable (S3) 26,791 ha not according to (N) an area of 0 ha.

Abstract

One of the main problems associated with hearing loss is chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM). The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of conduction of the auditory ossicles in patients with benign type chronic suppurative otitis media and malignant type otitis. Chronic suppurative media (CSOM) is a chronic infection of the mucosa and periosteum of the middle ear which is characterized by continuous discharge of fluid from the ear canal and perforation of the tympanic membrane. CSOM is divided into two types, namely the safe type or what is called benign and the dangerous or malignant type. Patients suffering from CSOM can experience conductive hearing loss which has a fairly high incidence rate. Chronic suppurative otitis media is one of the most common diseases in the world, especially in developing countries, which if not treated quickly can lead to seriousness. So the researchers wanted to examine the comparison of hearing bone conduction in patients with benign and malignant type of chronic suppurative otitis media. In addition, there are significant differences in the distribution of types of hearing loss between benign and malignant types of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM) patients. The benign type of CSOM is dominated by conductive deafness, while the malignant type of CSOM tends to have conductive and mixed deafness.
