Abstract

This research will be conducted to find out how to internalize signs and symbols that can increase diversity and Pancasila values at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. In conducting this research, researchers used a type of qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by making direct observations at schools. Observational data obtained through direct observation activities. Based on the results of observations that have been made that signs and symbols in schools can increase the morality of students. Diversity as a school symbol is seen in the absence of discrimination and racism from students. Culture at school can shape Pancasila values and its application in the school environment makes students have the characteristics of a Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

This literature review aims to describe the Appreciation and Passion of Indonesian Human Identity in the School Environment. Indonesian human identity includes, diversity, Pancasila values, and religious values. The methods used are literature review, questionnaire and observation. These values that are implemented will be adjusted to the learning outcomes in schools. Then it is used to keep up with the times with various kinds of the latest issues that develop in people's lives. This will shape the character of students so that they are accustomed to facing the diversity that exists in society later. The learning process about the appreciation and passion of Indonesian Human Identity at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang is by giving symbols in the school environment and applying them, especially to Pancasila and religious values. The three Indonesian Human Identities are closely related to the learning process in accordance with the thinking of Ki Hajar Dewantara, that education must follow the nature of nature and the nature of the times for students.

Abstract

Internalization of Indonesian culture is an effort made to instill a person's character and character so that it reflects a behavior that describes his identity as an Indonesian citizen. Indonesian youth who live in other countries generally have a mixed culture between Indonesian culture and the culture of the country where they live. Indonesian overseas schools or commonly abbreviated as SILN is one of the state's responsibilities and a form of state concern for the younger generation who live and temporarily settle abroad so that they can continue to receive the same education as in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to provide information about the cultural values ​​and behavior of nationalism instilled in foreign Indonesian schools, especially in the Netherlands, Singapore and Malaysia. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results showed that cultural values ​​and nationalism were instilled in Indonesian schools in Malaysia, Singapore and the Netherlands through extracurricular activities in the form of Indonesian traditional arts, traditional musical instruments and traditional dances, and learning in the classroom including politeness, hospitality, and democratic attitudes.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Nurses working in emergency rooms are on standby 24 hours a day, mostly in direct contact with patients and have to wear full personal protective equipment which is uncomfortable and can cause workload. Nurses experience psychological and physical pressure to care for patients which is stressful due to increased workload. Exhaustion at work, both physical and mental is called burnout. The purpose of this literature review is to see the burnout level that occurs in emergency nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The article search used 3 databases: PubMed; Garuda portal; and Google Scholar. A total of 924 articles were identified and 5 articles were used as references in writing this literature review. The majority of articles concluded that the level of burnout that occurred to nurses on duty in the emergency room during the Covid-19 pandemic that broke out in Indonesia was at a moderate level. However, this cannot be used as a comprehensive conclusion because other studies are needed that look at burnout levels in other regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of Pancasila values ​​has many positive impacts, especially for the next generation, in this case they are students. The aim of this study is to find out how the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the Senior high school 11 Palembang city school environment. The research method used the observation method. The observation method was done by interviewing and observing the object directly. In addition to the observation method, this research also used the study literature method. The implementation of Pancasila values ​​observetion was Pancasila precepts 1 to 5. The results and conclusions of the research that has been conducted at Senior high sechool 11 Palembang city that the school had implemented Pancasila values ​​in the school environment. This is reflected in the process of learning and interaction between students that takes place in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of signs and symbols that contain the values ​​of Diversity in Diversity and Pancasila as Indonesian human identities applied at SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. This research is a qualitative research using observation method. Data collection techniques were used by means of interviews with the schools involved, direct observation and distributing Google-Forms that students had to fill out. Research results show that SMA Negeri 11 Palembang has implemented the values ​​of diversity and Pancasila well, which can be seen from the absence of discrimination between educators and students as well as students and other students as well as mutual respect and mutual respect tolerance between religions, races, ethnicities, cultures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam memberikan kesejahteraan keluarga di Selagalas Kota Mataram, Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pelatihan informan penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 informan kunci, 3 informan utama, dan 6 informan tambahan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik triangulasi (triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi teori). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan program PKH di Kelurahan Selagalas belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dilihat dari tujuan utama program PKH dalam mengurangi angka kemiskinan, menyelesaikan rantai reruntuhan serta peningkatan kualitas SDM yang belum tercapai. Mekanisme pelaksanaan program PKH yang tidak sepenuhnya dilakukan seperti pertemuan awal yang dilakukan sosialisasi dengan KPM dan tahap validasi data KPM tidak berjalan sesuai ketentuan. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dikatakan belum mampu mensejahterakan masyarakat miskin dilihat dari pendapatan, konsumsi atau pengeluaran keluarga, keadaan tempat tinggal, fasilitas tempat tinggal, kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan dan pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the tourism development strategy for Kesik Village, East Lombok, in an effort to restore the economy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through results of interviews with informants and documentation from the village of Kesik. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that from a cultural point of view, Kesik Village is a cultural tourism, because it has several cultural icons that other villages do not have. Kesik Village continues to improve in developing every potential that exists, both infrastructure and tourism potential that it has. Kesik Village desire to build a national standard swimming pool was triggered by its enthusiasm to contribute even more to the region and be able to increase local revenue, especially for coaching youth and athletes as well, as well as the hope that later the pool can become a place of competition at both the district level, Province to National. The development of Tirta Ratu Tourism has not been able to realize the tourism conditions it is proud of, due to various unresolved inhibiting factors such as inadequate quality of supporting facilities and result of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the values of Pancasila and Unity in Diversity as the basis for implementing learning and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. This study uses a librarian study approach that examines and discusses literature review from various sources, both sources from books, journals and relevant previous studies and the method used is a qualitative method which is used to describe or describe this research. The results showed that at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang, the values of Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the school ecosystem or environment play a role in overcoming diversity, including religion, race, culture, gender and social status within the school environment, and students who have Pancasila personality as a result of education in schools will become the next generation of a strong nation so that later it will be able to face negative influences from outside and negative influences from globalization. so that the values of Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika will produce students who are based on the attitudes of Pancasila student profiles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Native Income and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2012-2021. The type of research used is quantitative research that emphasizes analysis of data with statistical methods. The data collection technique in this study is to use observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. This study took data on the report on the realization of local original income, general allocation funds and annual capital expenditures at the Central Statistics Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province during the 2012-2021 period. The results of this study indicate that Regional Own Revenue and General Allocation Fund partially have no significant effect on Capital Expenditure. Simultaneous testing shows that Regional Own Revenue and General Allocation Funds do not have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure.
