Abstract

This study aims to determine the settlement of non-performing loans based on the credit restructuring method through rescheduling. The collection of data used in this paper uses interviews and documentation. This type of data uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of observations it was concluded that the credit restructuring policy at KSP Kopdit Obor Mas in an effort to save credit through rescheduling had positive results because it did not burden members or cooperatives and had an impact on reducing problem loans / NPL (Non Performing Loans). The SOP for the Credit Collection and Rescue Policy Pattern contains a Default Credit Collection Framework, in which the final settlement of problem loans is based on the decision of the management meeting which can be in the form of Credit Restructuring, Credit Switching, Collateral Sales, or Charge Off.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the barriers to intercultural communication in the Nias Tribe Society (Study in Penyengat Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency). This study used a qualitative method by conducting interviews and observations of six research subject informants with different cultural backgrounds. This study uses the theory of accommodation which explains how the two different cultures can adjust to one another starting from behavior when interacting with one another and can reduce conflict or disagreement when talking to one another. The results of this study explain what are the obstacles to intercultural communication between the Nias people and the people of Penyengat Village, namely the barriers (language, perception, experience, nonverbal, culture and prejudice) from the languages of the two cultures, both of them do not understand Indonesian. and with wrong mention/delivery or body language, negative Prejudice Barriers arise. and differences of opinion in different tribes can cause communication barriers, adjusting to social life in a new environment. fear that results in prejudice against different cultures, especially the people of Penyengat Village have a fear of the Nias Tribe Causing Problems in Penyengat Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in providing family welfare in Selagalas Village, Sandubaya District, Mataram City. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. Maintenance of informants in this study used snowball and purposive techniques. The informants from this study consisted of 1 key informant, 3 main informants, and 6 additional informants. The technique of checking the validity of the data used by the authors in this study is to use triangulation techniques (source triangulation, method triangulation, and theoretical triangulation). Based on the results obtained from the research the implementation of the PKH program in Selagalas Village has not run optimally, this can be seen from the main objectives of the PKH program in reducing poverty, breaking the poverty chain and improving the quality of human resources which have not been achieved

Abstract

This article analyzes the distribution of however in research articles written by Indonesian writers. The source of the data was 50 research articles from International journals of social sciences indexed by Scopus written by Indonesian writers from 2020-2022. This study used qualitative method since this study classified and described the place of however in sentences in the data. The result showed that however was commonly applied in initial sentences. It was never applied at the end of sentences. This implies that Indonesian researchers do not apply sentence connectors at the end of sentences as in Indonesian language, no conjunctions are placed at the end of the sentence. Thus, this study gives evidence that there is L1 transfer in L2 writing.

Abstract

Computergsimulation is an alternative and effective solution in understanding physics concepts that are difficult to describe through laboratory experiments. One of the platforms that provide experiments in the form of simulations is a virtual laboratory. One of the virtual laboratory applications is PhET Simulation. In this study, based on research on the application of virtual lab-based learning media PhET Simulation for students in class X-6 SMA Negeri Ambulu on the topic of Global Warming. This study uses two parameters, namely the experimental class and the control class. The data of this study were obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest using the Learners' Worksheet which was tested using normalized gain. Based on the research that has been done, the results of the normalized gain value of the experimental class are 0.64. While the control class normalized gain value is 0.14. From this N-gain value it can be concluded that student learning in experimental classes with the help of virtual lab PhET Simulation can increase more significantly than student learning in control classes that do not use virtual lab PhET Simulation.

Abstract

Based on research on the application of the cooperative learning model with the jigsaw type of grade X-6 students of SMA Negeri Ambulu on the topic environmental pollution, the results obtained consisted of three cycles, namely cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the improvement of students in solving problems in the form of student success in the value of the cognitive aspect and the value of the affective aspect. In cycle I, the results were obtained on the cognitive and affective aspects, each with an average value of 62.5 and 67.25. Whereas in cycle II the results were obtained on the cognitive and affective aspects with an average value of 66.67 and 70.67, respectively. While in cycle III the results were obtained on the cognitive and affective aspects with an average value of 75.32 and 77.32, respectively. So it can be concluded that in each learning cycle there is an increase in learning outcomes and the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model can run effectively and optimally.

Abstract

This research focuses on determining how the application of differentiated learning can increase students' motivation in learning Physics. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis research methodology and is conducted in three stages, including pre-learning, the first cycle of learning, and the second cycle of learning. 35 students from SMA Negeri 1 Situbondo's class XI MIPA 3 served as the study's subjects. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and observation by categorizing students into five categories of learning motivation based on the scores obtained from the questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant increase in student learning motivation after applying differentiated learning in learning Physics in high school that was proven by the significant increase of the percentage in learning motivation category that was very high from the pre-cycle percentage of 0.00%, then in the first cycle learning increased to 11.43%, and in the second cycle learning increased to 40%. This increase shows that students are enthusiastic and motivated in participating in differentiated learning activities.
