Abstract

The writing of this document is intended for guidance and documentation of all activities that will be carried out during the development of desktop-based software, which within the scope of DJBC IT is called a module, starting from the user requirement stage, analysis and design, implementation to testing. The purpose of developing this module is to automate the implementation of the export of goods through or from the Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) or what is often referred to as BC3.3. This BC3.3 module is used by Exporters who have registered in the Permit Decree as Organizers of Bonded Logistics Centers and Entrepreneurs in the Bonded Logistics Center. The form of automation carried out includes the making of BC3.3 documents, sending data to the DJBC server and retrieving responses, along with other functions that are used to support the document making process BC3.3. This writing is said to be successful if the module in question can handle all user needs and business processes listed in this document.

Abstract

Design a Management Warehouse Information System and Multi Outlet Based Hybrid Technology at Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop Jakarta. Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop is a company engaged in the retail souvenirs who make transactions directly. The company was built in 1998 and has branches in several cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Solo and Surabaya. To improve efficiency in working, Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop performs improvement process to achieve work efficiency. One effort is to design and build a warehouse management information system and multi outlets. In the system before the repair is done, the process of reporting the sale and the process of updating the stock of goods at the outlet still using manual way that takes 3 days to 1 week, so the process is not efficient and real time. Then after the development of warehouse systems and multi outlets, the process of reporting and selling stock updates can be done in real time, because it is integrated with applications connected to the Internet network. So that can do efifiesnsi time up to 72 hours or if in conversion with operational cost can reach Rp. 1.260.000, -.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini, telah melesat di berbagai bidang. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang paling populer saat ini menggunakan sistem berbasis web. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi ini. Suatu informasi diperoleh dengan mudah, lebih cepat, lebih mudah untuk berbagi informasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Direktorat Informasi Kepabeanan dan Cukai merupakan salah satu subdirektorat di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Proses pengelolaan SOP (standar operasional prosedur), user manual, video tutorial dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan aplikasi masih menemui beberapa kendala seperti pengelolaan oleh pegawai yang berbeda, sehingga sulit untuk memperoleh informasi pengetahuan, distribusi informasi yang tidak merata kepada setiap pegawai, disposisi pekerjaan pembaruan pengetahuan yang tidak efisien dan tidak berdokumen. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis Merancang dan Membangun Pusat Pengetahuan Berbasis Web di Direktorat Informasi Kepabeanan dan Cukai. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun Pusat Pengetahuan Berbasis Web di Direktorat Informasi Kepabeanan dan Cukai.

Abstract

Information system for library can enhance its services such as process of borrowing and returning collection quickly and accurately. In this article, we present a system which is developed by implementation of Model-View-Control architecture in order to make components within the system more independent to each other. The system was developed for the existing process business in the library of Al-Azhar 1 Junior High School. The existing system is so rigid that further development for additional features is almost impossible. The currently developed system by adopting MVC design pattern provides better reusability in object-oriented programming paradigm hence adding a new feature is much more feasible.Keywords: Model-View-Controller (MVC), Sistem Perpustakaan

Abstract

Attendance system at PT Ray Propertindo currently uses RFID card as an employee identification to conduct the presenting process. The company also has a policy of wage cuts in accordance with the accumulated time delays. But the problem is found that there is a tap RFID card by others so that employees who actually come late not recorded the delay. Another problem is, the existing system can notdirectly calculate the amount of wage deductions according to the needs of the company. Based on the problem, it required a fingerprint attendance system to avoid the process of attendance by others. In addition, a system that can read data from the fingerprint machine to calculate the appropriate wage deductions. Data collection methods used in this study using field studies in the form of interviews and observations as well as literature studies of journals related to the issues discussed. The SWOT method is used to determine the problem analysis. For the design method used UML as visual modeling. With the creation of this system, it can minimize the fraud on the attendance machine. Employees can see the performance of their attendance at any time. HRD staff can see directly how much the wage earned by each employee.

Abstract

The development of the fast growing information technology needs of the times following the very need for speed and accuracy in all respects. User Acceptance Tests consist of a set of test steps, which verify if specific requirements are working for the user. If the customer and the supplier agree on the product, the software development is done. Legally. And practically. The development follows the terms of the hardware, software and in terms of human resources to operate. At this time almost all areas of life need information technology and human behavior are used to operate the application of information technology in everyday life. With computers we can manage data and data storage can be more effective and efficient. This clinic provides the drugs to be taken by Pertamina workers. Currently the process of recording reservations, purchases to suppliers as well as data recording medications taken by the patient still manually record all data recording medication to book resulting data are not neatly arranged so that it will run into difficulties when searching the necessary data. To overcome these problems, would be built applications that can be accessed only by pharmacists these applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL database. The method used is the waterfall. After testing, the application will run as a web application in Polyclinic Primary. The author hopes this application can provide convenience to Clinic Primary. Abstract

ABSTRACT CV. Satria Jaya is a trade company which is engaged in sales of office stationery. Goods stock tabulation activity in CV. Satria Jaya still using manual program. With the expantion of transfer supply activity which is more rise, it is appear some problem such as some mistakes in doing the registration about transfer goods supply, less accurate report and need long time to entry data service or goods transfer report, and searching file which is need delays. Goods stock design program is a solution which is can solve the problem in this company. Abstract

Information on tracking postal items and import duties on products or goods received by customsstakeholder is very necessary to be presented transparently. Therefore the Directorate General ofCustoms and Excise provides facilities for easy access to this information by using an iOS-basedmobile customs system. The method used in designing and developing iOS-based Mobile CustomsSystem is the waterfall method which in every process is corrected. Data source collection and fieldobservations were also conducted to understand business processes and problems that occurredbefore the implementation of the iOS-based Mobile Customs System. The results of the design anddeveloping of applications can run in accordance with the design that has been made by still payingattention to the applicable laws.

Abstract

The rapid progress of the development of international trade, both concerning activities in the field of import and export, demands a more effective and efficient system and customs procedures and can improve the smooth flow of goods and documents. With the increasing number of international trade players and the development of information technology, the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise launches an official the new website that aims to publish information relating to the existence of the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise in a fast, transparent, accurate and service-oriented manner. Regarding strengthening the public relations function in accordance with the development of information technology and the increasingly fast and dynamic needs of the community, in 2017 the website was refined both in terms of layout and information presented as a means of publication, education and services related to customs and excise. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between website quality and user satisfaction. From distributing questionnaires, variable testing is done by testing the validity and reliability, data normality and assumption testing as a condition for implementing steps for multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the variable quality of use (usability), information quality (information quality) and quality of interaction (interaction quality) is quite influential on user satisfaction (website satisfaction) of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise website.
