Abstract

Bagi seorang atlet yang baik kondisi fisik ialah kesatuan komponen yang wajib dimiliki baik saat berlatih maupun bertanding, hal tersebut berlaku juga untuk atlet gulat. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah adanya penurunan kondisi fisik yang dialami oleh atlet gulat Kabupaten Nganjuk khususnya kategori Junior usia (17-20 tahun). Kondisi fisik dominan gulat terdiri dari komponen fisik power/daya ledak lengan, power/daya ledak tungkai, kelentukan/fleksibilitas, keseimbangan, kecepatan dan daya tahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik dominan atlet gulat Kabupaten Nganjuk dengan memberikan program latihan sirkuit. Rancangan Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Olahraga (PTO). Penelitian ini mengguanakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus, yang mana pada tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 5-6 pertemuan. Pelaksanaannya bertempat di Aula SMP Negeri 1 Patianrowo yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Ngepung Desa Sukorejo Kecamatan Patianrowo sebagai tempat latihan atlet gulat Kabupaten Nganjuk. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa keseluruhan dari 6 komponen kondisi fisik dominan yang di tes kan telah berhasil memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yaitu komponen power lengan sebesar 83,33%, power tungkai sebesar 75%, kelentukan sebesar 91,67%, keseimbangan sebesar 100%, kecepatan sebesar 83,33%, dan daya tahan sebesar 83,33%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan dari peneliti untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik atlet gulat junior kabupaten Nganjuk sudah tercapai sehingga penelitian bisa disudahi sampai siklus II.Kata kunci: Kondisi Fisik Dominan; Atlet; Gulat

Abstract

The low critical thinking of students while learning can be seen from several aspects such as the inability of students to identify a problem properly, so that the solution in learning is not resolved properly. The purpose of this study is to see the improvement of critical thinking skills through a problem-based learning model in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) learning. The research design used in this study is Quasi Experimental Design, which is a development of True Experimental Design. This research was carried out at MTsN Model Banda Aceh with the research subjects of Class VIII-1 students totaling 32 students with purposive sampling sample collection techniques. The instrument used in terms of seeing students' critical thinking skills uses a written test with true-false question types. The results of this study show that the problem base learning model is able to improve students' critical thinking skills well in physical education learning. It can be seen in the descriptive statistics of the average value of the problem base learning model of 0.91, while in conventional learning of 0.86, it means that the problem base learning model is better than conventional learning in terms of improving students' critical thinking skills in physical education.Keywords: Problem Base Learning, Critical Thinking, PJOK lessons

Abstract

The purpose of the study. To empirically describe the Analysis of the Sport Development Index in Silat Hilir Subdistrict, Kapuas Hulu Regency.Materials and methods. The method used by the researcher is a quantitative descriptive method. The research type employed is a survey. Data collection techniques utilized in this research include direct observation, interviews, and measurement techniques. The population in this study consists of the entire population in Silat Hilir Subdistrict, Kapuas Hulu Regency, including 2 villages, namely Desa Baru and Desa Perigi, with individuals aged above 7 years, totaling 3453 people in Silat Hilir Subdistrict. Data analysis employs a quantitative approach using the Sport Development Index (SDI) analysis from the dimensions of participation and physical fitness. The sample size in this research is 30 individuals, selected from Baru Village and Perigi Village, with the criteria of 10 children (5 boys and 5 girls), 10 teenagers (5 boys and 5 girls), and 10 adults (5 men and 5 women). The age categories are 7-14 years for children, 15-24 years for teenagers, and 25-50 years for adults. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling.Results. The research results indicate that the level of community participation in sports activities in Silat Hilir Subdistrict, Kapuas Hulu District, particularly in Perigi Village and Baru Village, as assessed by the Sport Development Index, is 0.0512188, categorizing it as "Moderate." The level of physical fitness of the community in Perigi Village and Baru Village, Silat Hilir Subdistrict, Kapuas Hulu District, as evaluated by the Sports Development Index, is 0.907, falling into the "High" category.Conclusions.It can be concluded that sports activities have an impact on the physica

Abstract

Volleyball development is part of the development of quality human resources. It is a responsibility for all of us to pay special attention to education, especially in basic education, because it is the initial milestone in the formation of the character of students. This study aims to determine the level of Samsh's ability of volleyball extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 17 Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are tests and measurements. The population in this study was all volleyball extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 17 Banda Aceh with a total of 9 people. The sample in this study was all volleyball extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 17 Banda Aceh with a total of 9 people. The instrument used in this study is by means of a test, namely the Smash test according to the Ministry of Education and National Education book. The data analysis technique used is percentage descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of Smash ability category was either 0 students or 0%, either 4 students or 44%, medium 3 students or 34%, less 2 students or 22% and less once 0 students or0%.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Scout program in increasing student independence at SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to the Scout program and student independence. The research results show that the Scout program is effective in increasing student independence through developing social skills, leadership and practical knowledge. Students who are active in Scouting activities have a higher level of independence in overcoming challenges, working in teams, and taking initiative. The importance of the Scout program in the school curriculum is to strengthen students' character learning and independence.Keywords: Effectiveness, Scouts, Independence.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a number of information, understanding in order to improve the agility and dominant physical condition of Acehnese sprinters, especially ahead of the grand opening of the sports field. This type of research is descriptive evaluative, namely: a study that tries to describe various phenomena, events and events and symptoms that exist in the present. The research method used is the experimental method by performing agility abilities and physical condition abilities of sprinter athletes. The population in this study were 15 special athletes built ahead of PON. The sample was taken using random sampling technique which amounted to 10 people. Data collection techniques are carried out using three test items, namely: agility, leg muscle explosive power, speed, and 100 meter running ability. The results obtained in this study are tests and analyzes the ability of 100 meter runners PON running athletes, with an average score of 96.7 in the high (good) category with the following details: (1) as many as 10 respondents were in the high category with a percentage level of 90.12%, (2) as many as 6 respondents were in the medium category with a percentage level of 60.4%. Conclusion, thus the high ability to run the 100 meter distance of Aceh PON sprinters is at the level of agility and the dominant physical component of 100 meter runners, so overall it is in the very good category, with details: agility, leg muscle explosiveness of 100 meter runners of PON athletics is in the very good category, agility, speed of 100 meter runners, is in the very good category, the ability to run 100 meters of 100 meter runners can be said to be in the very good category and very ready to compete, especially at national scale events. So that it can be categorized as an agility category, the dominant physical condition of 100 meter runners PON athletics athletes is said to be in the very good category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kepuasan konsumen Siliwangi Futsal Centre di Kota Tasikmalaya pada konsumen Siliwangi Futsal Centre di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Siliwangi Futsal Centre di Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang diberikan Siliwangi Futsal Centre berada pada kategori puas sebesar 72,25%. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan faktor tangibles berada pada kategori puas 69,05%, tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan faktor reliability pada kategori sangat puas 70,70%, tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan faktor responsiveness pada kategori puas 80,00%, tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan faktor assurance berada pada kategori puas 71,93%, dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdsasarkan faktor empaty pada kategori puas 84,80%.

Abstract

The implementation of KTSP at Aceh Besar District Public High Schools needs to be evaluated in order to improve and strengthen the quality of student learning. Teachers as educators are expected to be able to develop learning models. The aim of this research is to determine the Context, Input, Process and product in the Implementation of KTSP physical education learning at State High Schools in Aceh Besar Regency. Type of evaluation research with a qualitative approach. Research subjects of Aceh Besar District High School. The population and sample in this study were 3 school principals, 3 physical education teachers and 39 students, while data collection used observation, interview and documentation instruments. Data analysis uses data reduction, display and verification. The results of research on the application of the Cipp model in the implementation of KTSP physical education learning at State High Schools in Aceh Besar Regency have gone well (systematic, planned, regular and continuous).Keywords: Evaluation, CIPP Model, Physical Education Learning

Abstract

Motivation is the impulse that arises from oneself to make a good change in action. There are 5 types of motivation, namely Instrinsic Motivation, Identified Regulation, Introjected Regulation, External Regulation, and Amotivation. Currently, there are still many students who have poor learning motivation. Therefore, hybrid learning is conducted to improve students' learning motivation by combining TGfU and SEM learning models. Abroad, many studies have been conducted on the hybrid learning model of TGfU and SEM. However, in Indonesia it is still rare to conduct research between these learning models. So this research was conducted to find out how the effect of TGfU and SEM hybrid learning models on PJOK learning motivation. The method used is quantitative method. The number of samples was 70 students divided into control groups and experimental groups.The results of the study in the control group showed that the sig-2 tailed value 0.05, namely intrinsic motivation, introjected regulation, external regulation, and amotivation which means there is no difference and one type has a sig-2 tailed value 0.05, namely identified regulation which means it has a difference. While in the experimental group all types of motivation have a sig-2 tailed value 0.05 which means there is a difference. The conclusion of this study is that the TGfU-SEM hybrid model has an influence on the learning motivation of PJOK students.Keywords: hybrid; TGfU-SEM; motivation; physical education

Abstract

This research aims to observe the physical motoric development of elementary age children achieved by providing learning methods using traditional sports equipment and games.. Teachers and parents have an important role in honing and monitoring children's physical-motor development so that they can grow and develop well. Motoric development is divided into two, namely gross motor skills and fine motor skills. Motoric development and physical development cannot be separated, because physical development can provide stimulation for motoric development which is related to movement skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to obtain data by observation and documentation. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri 20 Aceh Besar. The sample for this research was all students in class V-1 with a theoretical study of students' physical-motor development. The results of the study show that the physical-motor development of all class V-1 students is developing well because teachers use a variety of learning methods to develop students' physical-motor development well.
