Abstract

This article aims to discuss clothing, namely the robe and the Koteka in the religious expressions of the Papuan people, especially in the mountainous regions. The robe as a representation of western or Middle Eastern culture, the Romans, Greeks, which exist in the Catholic religious tradition. On the other hand, the Koteka is the traditional clothing for men of the Papuan people of the mountains. But these two objects can be used on one occasion, for example in the Eucharistic Celebration which is considered a big and important celebration. Also during the usual Eucharistic celebrations in the Church. The robes are worn by religious and laity as liturgical officers, while the koteka is worn by lay people who also participate in the Eucharistic Celebration. On the one hand, it displays the uniqueness of the local culture, on the other hand, it shows the richness of the church in inculturation. The methodology in this writing uses qualitative methods, by examining previous books and journals according to the topics discussed. The data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive phenomenological approach. Writing does not make a comparative study between the koteka and the robe, but a phenomenological study of religious culture. In this writing it is found that robes and koteka are two garments from different cultures. But both of them have a very holy and noble value in the celebration of the Eucharist and in everyday life. So that koteka is not something that is primitive and underdeveloped but has a sacred meaning

Abstract

This paper focuses on deepening the theme of dialogic society within the framework of building communitarian character in the Indonesian nation's political education. The method used in this writing is the method of literature by using the book Philosophy of Politics and Relationality by Armada Riyanto. The author's argument discusses dialogically in the context of young Indonesians. Today's young people are faced with developments in technology and communication. Various means can be used to interact with each other. However, sometimes young people fall into miscommunication with others. In other words, young people fall into individuality and neglect living together. Living together or community has an important role for the growth and development of the young people themselves. For that, young people need to build their communitarian character within themselves. The writer finds that there are still young people who often spend their time in their own room or space. In addition, the author also sees that the deepening of the theme of dialogue society in young people brings fresh air to their lives and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat suatu tempat ziarah yang lahir dari kerinduan, dinamika internal batin, dan peziarahan iman umat yang hidup dari kekayaan kultur simboliknya, yakni Sumur Kitiran Mas, Pakem. Penelitian ini memaparkan proses inkulturatif kelahiran Sumur Kitiran Mas dalam konteks umat lokal. Penjelasan juga diberikan terkait dengan upaya umat Pakem dan luar Pakem dalam melestarikan kenangan akan identitas sebagai peziarah melalui inkulturasi. Penelitian ini ingin menjelaskan pengaruh Sumur Kitiran Mas dalam membantu para pendoa di sana untuk mengalami peziarahan bersama Maria dalam hidup sehari-hari menuju pada Yesus Kristus. Setelah mengadakan penelitian dan dengan pemaknaan teologis, penulis merefleksikan bahwa dengan menimba air kehidupan di tepi Sumur Kitiran Mas dan memaknai simbol di dalamnya, seseorang berziarah dalam hidup sehari-hari bersama Maria untuk mencari dan menemukan kehendak Allah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam perspektif ilmu sosial. Masalah sosial tidak pernah lepas dari kehidupan manusia. Masalah sosial yang terjadi akan menjadi bermanfaat bila direfleksikan dalam terang Injil berdasarkan dari peristiwa Yesus. Untuk menganalisa situasi sosial, penulis menggunakan lingkaran pastoral. Lingkaran tersebut menunjukkan hubungan yang erat antara empat perantara pengalaman yang dimulai dari pemetaan masalah, analisis sosial, refleksi teologis dan terakhir perencanaan sosial.

Abstract

Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Penangkalan Radikalisme di Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Agama di Kota Kupang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat Religiusitas terhadap Penangkalan Radikalisme, pengaruh Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Penangkalan Radikalisme, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Religiusitas dan Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi secara simultan terhadap Penangkalan Radikalisme di Perguruan Tinggi berbasis agama di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian di Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang, Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira Kupang, dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 175 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angket. Sedangkan, teknik analisa datanya adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Tingkat Religiusitas mahasiswa terhadap penangkalan Radikalisme di Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Agama di Kota Kupang dengan pengaruh sebesar 17,7%; ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara perkembangan Teknologi Informasi terhadap penangkalan Radikalisme di Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Agama di Kota Kupang dengan pengaruh sebesar 6,6%; ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara tingkat Religiusitas mahasiswa dan Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi terhadap penangkalan Radikalisme di Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Agama di Kota Kupang, dengan pengaruh sebesar 19,6%.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja guru dipengaruhi oleh gaji dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian bertujuan mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengaruh gaji dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Lewolema. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survey. Data terkumpul melalui kuesioner yang diturunkan dari teori penelitian. Variabel penelitian yakni gaji dan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi atau variabel eksogen produktivitas sebagai faktor yang dipengaruhi atau variabel endogen. Populasi berjumlah 121 guru dan sampel 93 orang guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Lewolema. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi sederhana memakai aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1). Ada dampak yang langsung positif dari gaji terhadap produktivitas dengan hasil uji statistik senilai 0,498 dan nilai konstan sebesar 0,383. (2). Ada dampak langsung yang positif dari kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai hasil uji statistik senilai 0,476 dan nilai konstan senilai 0,351. (3). Ada dampak langsung yang positif dari gaji terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hasil uji statistik senilai 0,327 dan nilai konstan sebesar 0,327.

Abstract

This research is a library research that aims to analyze and describe the strategy for developing teaching materials for Catholic Religious Education in underdeveloped areas. The research method used is descriptive research. The author uses descriptive research with an emphasis on the power of analysis of sources and available data to be interpreted and described which leads to a focus discussion. The results of the study found that the condition of education in underdeveloped areas requires more teaching materials with self-instructional characteristics which are packaged in small/specific activity units, with easy-to-understand language, containing examples or illustrations, practice questions and material summaries as well as assessment instruments. Therefore an PAK teacher in developing teaching materials needs to start from an analysis of the needs and characteristics of students and choose the type of printed teaching materials which can be in the form of comic Pop-up books by highlighting local wisdom and natural media.
