This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming. This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months from November 2018 to January 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, as many as 30 farmers. Primary data collection used in this study using survey methods by means of direct interviews with the help of questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained by the Sinsingon Village office. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis and is presented in tabular form. To see the level of economic benefits of scallions will be used analysis of revenue, costs, income, then proceed with the analysis of the return cost ratio. The results showed that the the average revenue of leek farming per farmer is Rp. 24,400,020 per planting season and the total average cost per farmer is Rp. 11,229,083, resulting in an average income per farmer of Rp. 13,170,937 per growing sesion. The R / C was 2.17 which that the onion farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District was profitable.*eprm

This study aims to determine how much profit from Yu Chia Kiosk yellow rice business in Banjer Village, Tikala District, Manado City. This research was conducted during November 2019. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with business owners. Data collection methods used in this study were direct interviews with yellow rice business owners in the form of cost, price, and quantity of yellow rice products. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive data analysis and presented in the form of tables and profit analysis. The results of the study showed that the profit gained from this business was Rp. 628,915 per day. *eprm*

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Esa Ate Farmer Group in Corn Farming in Mapanget Barat Village, Mapanget District, Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The research conducted from July 2019 to September 2019. Respondent selection method was Census which is all members of the Esa Ate Farmer Group, as respondent, consisting of administrators and members with a total of 15 people. Primary data collection methods were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The research method used is a Likert scale analysis method. Whereas secondary data was obtained from the Mapanget West Kelurahan Office of Mapanget Sub-District, Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The results showed that the Interval Criteria were on a scale of 45 to 135 or with a role status with a percentage interpretation of 60%. This shows that the Esa Ate Farmer Group still has a role both as the Learning Class and the Cooperative Forum and also has a role in procuring production facilities within the Esa Ate Farmer Group.*eprm*Â

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much profit from the Sucipto Tape business in Kelurahan Kleak, Manado City. The study was conducted in Kelurahan Kleak Lingkungan 4, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting in September 2019 until November 2019. Primary data were collected by direct interview with the owner of the Sucipto Tape business. Data collected in the form of data on the selling price of tape products, production of tape produced in one month of production, production costs involve fixed costs (electricity costs and depreciation costs) and variable costs (transportation costs, costs of main raw materials, costs of supporting materials, fuel costs , packaging costs, labor costs). The data collected was then analyzed using Profit Analysis and Revenue Cost Ratio Analysis. The results showed that the Sucipto tape business in the Kleak Kelurahan of Manado City earned a monthly profit of Rp. 1.990.332,33. The R / C value of the Sucipto Tape Business in September 2019 of 1.52 shows a number> 1, so it can be concluded that this business was profitable.*eprm*

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the "Dabu-Dabu Lemong" restaurant. This research was conducted from December to February 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study uses accidental sampling. Primary Data is data obtained through interviews and direct observations or observations. Interviews were conducted with management and customers. Questionnaires were distributed to customers as respondents. Secondary Data is the collection of data from other parties in the form of data obtained from various sources of linear study including books, internet, journals, and the results of previous research. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the overall level of customer satisfaction with service at "Dabu-dabu Lemong" Boulevard Boulevard Karangria classified as very satisfied with the consumer satisfaction index figure of 80.9%.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the participation of members in the Masawangan farmer group activities in Taratara Dua Village, West Tomohon District. The study was conducted in September to November 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from government agencies related to the research topic. Sampling in this study was carried out by census technique that is all members of the Masawangan Farmer Group, totaling 10 respondents so that all members were interviewed using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis using a Likert Scale. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the income of rice farmers based on: (1) land tenure status and (2) ethnicity in Dumoga Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Primary data collection in this study was in the form of data obtained from the results of direct interviews with farmers from each ethnic group of Bolaang-Mongondow, Minahasa, Bali and Java. Secondary data were obtained from documents from related institutions and journal articles and documents from libraries and the internet relating to the title of this study. Determination of the location of the study was done intentionally (purposive sampling) that is the area that is the center of the rice paddy plants. Sampling was done accidentally (accidently sampling) to the owner's farmers, tenant farmers, and tenant farmers based on land tenure and ethnicity status. Each ethnic of paddy rice farmers in the location was taken by 15 respondents so that the total number of respondents from all ethnic groups was 60 respondent farmers. The calculated variables are land area, total production, fixed costs and variable costs, revenue and income. To analyze the comparison of rice income based on ethnicity and land tenure status of rice farmers. Data analysis in the form of acceptance, income and descriptive analysis. The results showed the largest amount of income based on the status of land ownership owned by farmers in each ethnic owner. The biggest income based on ethnicity is owned by rice farmers who come from Ethnic Mongondow.*eprm*

The purpose of this research is to analyze the value added of raw peanuts to roasted peanuts. This research was conducted at UD. â€œMerpatiâ€ at Tombasian Atas Village, West Kawangkoan Sub-district. Primary data collection is done through direct interviews, with the help of a list of questions, to the owner who is a entrepreneur and manager of the roasted peanuts processing industry and to employees. Added value is the difference in the value of output with the value of the main raw materials and the contribution of other inputs (IDR/ kg). This study aims to determine the value of land that has been released whether it affects the value of land and determine the use of money from land acquisition in Tonsewer Selatan Village, Tompaso Barat Sub-district. This research was conducted in three months, from September to November 2019. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique or census sampling. The samples used in this study were 13 respondents, namely all farmers who own agricultural land who have sold their land so that land conversion has occurred. In this study using primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The results showed that the value of the land acquired was higher in value than the present land value. This means that the value of land that has been acquired affects the current value of land. The money from the land acquisition has been used for various purposes, namely: for business capital, buying new land, saving, buying vehicles, renovating houses, and for daily needs.*eprm*

The purpose of this study was to determine the D'MOOAT Tourism development strategy in Moat Village, Moat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months, from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with 51 people consisting of Dâ€™MOOAT owners, employees, Sangadi (Head of Village) and visitors who came to the tourist attractions. This study uses a SWOT analysis model (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the D'MOOAT tourist attraction has a very attractive tourist attraction that offers a natural panorama of the moat lake where the playground for children also offers a view of the strawberry garden and ornamental flowers which are an attraction for tourists who come to these attractions.*eprm*
