Abstract

This study aims to analyze business management based on business methods and the effect of capital on the profits of MSME restaurants. This research was conducted in March to June 2019 in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The selection of respondents is done deliberately (purposive sampling). Primary data collection was carried out by interviewing 50 SME restaurant business owners. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies and journal articles. The analysis is carried out by analyzing the capital management of the profits of the restaurant business (business method of business) per year and analyzing the effect of capital on profits affected by costs and revenues (using SPSS Ver.22). The results showed that the capital and wealth per year, the smallest amounted to Rp 200,000.- and the highest capital and wealth Rp 107,100,000. While the average capital and wealth of micro and small restaurant businesses is Rp.10,862,360.- per year. Costs incurred per year, the lowest amounted to Rp. 800,000.- and costs incurred the highest Rp. 161,920,000. While the average annual costs incurred by micro small and medium restaurant businesses are Rp. 31,897,600. - The lowest receipts received were Rp. 24,675,000. - and the highest received receipts were Rp. 33,000,000,000. - While the average annual revenue received by micro and small restaurant restaurants was Rp. 1,463,471,300, - Profits obtained per year, the lowest is Rp. 60,300,000. - and the highest profit is Rp. 6,000,000,000. 800, - The calculation results from the data collected produce Regression Equation Y = 863,536.6,537 + 5,011X1 + 3,690X2 + 0,146X3. This states that the hypothesis is accepted that capital and wealth, costs and revenues have a very significant effect on profits (confidence level of 99%).*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to describe the local wisdom of “Poma Aaduhunu” that occurs in Soamaetek Village, Kao Barat District, North Halmahera Regency in terms of the cultural aspects of cooperation in the field of coconut farming, marriage culture, the culture of building a house or place of residence. This research was conducted from June to August 2019. Respondent was selected used purposive sampling method. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews, based on a list of questions that had been provided in the form of a questionnaire, with 20 household heads (KK) as respondents, who came from community members in Soamaetek Village. Secondary data were obtained from the village office and the officesof agencies related to the research. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method, the data is presented in tabular form and described descriptively. The results showed that the local wisdom of “Poma Aaduhunu” in Soamaetek Village, Kao Barat District, North Halmahera Regency is cooperation or mutual assistance which is still very strong in practice, namely in the field of coconut farming in land preparation and harvesting; the culture of the marriage at the marriage proposal ceremony (“maso minta”), making the “sabua” at the venue, preparing consumption for the wedding ceremony; house construction on land preparation and house building process. The people of Soamaetek Village still adhere to this local wisdom because they consider the localwisdom culture of “Poma Aaduhunu” to be very helpful in their daily lives.” Poma Aaduhunu's” local wisdom has taken root and has become a culture inherent that has been passed down from generation to generation in the Soamaetek Village community.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy in Minahasa Regency for the 2014-2018 period. This research was conducted from March to May 2020. The data collection method used secondary data, which was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Minahasa Regency, and other sources such as mass media, journals, and other literature that related to this research topic. The variable measured in this study is the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Minahasa Regency at Constant Prices (ADHK) in 2014-2018. Data analysis used descriptive analysis method by making tables and percentages to explain the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy in Minahasa Regency for the 2014-2018 period. The results showed that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy of Minahasa Regency from 2014 to 2018 continued to decline, with an average decline of 0.60% per year. However, the agricultural sector is still the largest contributor to the economy of Minahasa District.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of agricultural commodities on inflation in the city of Manado and what agricultural commodities have a significant effect on inflation in the city of Manado. This research was conducted in December 2019 until February 2020. Data collection was obtained through secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province which was taken through the official website of BPS North Sulawesi Province. Sampling uses a time series data source. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. This analysis will produce a pattern and closeness of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, estimate the effect of the independent variable on inflation in the city of Manado, and be able to predict inflation in the city of Manado if the magnitude of the independent variable is known. The results showed that the Manado City Inflation was influenced by agricultural commodities, namely vegetables, legume inflation, fruit inflation and seasoning inflation. Grain groups have no effect on inflation in the City of Manado.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the plant spacing of salak-pangu on sloping land which gives high yields. This study held on January until June 2020 with survey method and data collection techniques using structured interviews with 28 salak-pangu farmers in Pangu Raya village and field observations. The samples of this study were purposively. The variables in this study were the plant spacing of salak-pangu (X) and the plant production of salak pangu per hectare (Y). The collected data were analyzed descriptively followed by the t-test to determine the plant spacing that gave high production. The result shows that plant spacing affects the production of salak-pangu per ha. The production response forms a production function curve with the plant spacing of salak-pangu that gives the highest yields production is 1x3 meter spacing.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine changes in local wisdom of Mapalus Tani in Rurukan Satu Subdistrict, East Tomohon District. This research was conducted from February 2019 to April 2019. This research was obtained through in-depth interviews with several sources, informants / respondents using interview guides and being interviewed directly. The sampling method was carried out by snowball. The results showed that there had been changes in the values, norms and organizational structure of Mapalus Tani as stated by all the informants, informants / respondents interviewed while on the equipment some respondents said there had been no changes. Among other values, there are changes where there are no longer customs such as ma'tambor, pontuong, rituals before leaving for the garden, as well as changes in habits when going to the garden. In the norm, among others, there was a change where there was no longer a rule for labor to change energy but changing energy could be replaced by money. I doubt too is no longer as strict as it used to be. The organizational structure of Mapalus Tani changed, among others, the leader of the Mapalus Tani was no longer a tumutuuz who became the leader of the customs and rituals in Mapalus Tani. There was also a change in the equipment where the rope commonly used in Mapalus Tani, which is usually made of forest ropes that spread across the trees, was replaced with plastic ropes. Nevertheless Mapalus Tani still exists and exists and carries out Mapalus activities despite the various changes that have occurred. People who are members of Mapalus Tani are assisted in overcoming / reducing the burden of financing their land management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of development inequality and economic growth between districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province in 2014-2018. This research was conducted from November 2019 to March 2020. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data were obtained from the North Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency (BPS Sulut) and other literatures according to this study. The results showed that the higher income between regions would affect economic growth and inequality that occurred in North Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of the development inequality analysis, it shows low inequality with an average Williamson Index number of 0.49 (<0.5). Classification of districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province using a regional approach. Typology Klassen is divided into four classifications. Regions are developed and growing fast, regions are developed but are depressed, regions are developing fast but are not developed, and regions are relatively underdeveloped. Based on these results, this study concludes that along with the occurrence of economic growth there will also be population growth. Thus, the rate of economic growth must exceed the rate of population growth. If in the long run the economic growth equals population growth, the regional economy will not experience development and the population's level of prosperity will not progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural instructors in Kopi Village, Bintauna Subdistrict, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study was conducted from January 2020 to April 2020. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 29 respondents using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the Village Village government office. The sampling method is done by using the purposive sampling method, which is intentional sampling. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the satisfaction of farmers to the performance of agricultural extension workers in the whole Coffee Village is satisfied. This is evidenced by the results of the farmer satisfaction index value obtained by 91.35 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much difference the income of lowland rice farming with the Moving Planting Method (Tapin) and Direct Seed Planting (Tabela) in Mekaruo Village, Dumoga Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted from March to May 2019. The data sources in this study used primary and secondary data. Primary data is through direct interviews with respondent farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data obtained through the agencies involved in this study. Respondents in this study were lowland rice farmers in the village of Mekaruo. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis through the calculation of gross income, total costs, and fixed costs incurred during one growing season. The results showed that the income of lowland rice farming with direct seed planting method was greater than the income of transplanted lowland rice. Comparison of farm income that applies the transplanting method (Tapin) with the average value. Rp. 7,851,083 and farmers who applied the direct seed planting method (Tablea) with an average value. Rp. 11,083,767 in Mekaruo Village, seen from the comparison of the average farm income cultivated.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumer assessment of the 7P component of the Chatime Manado Town Square product. This research was conducted from January to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from books and journals related to this research topic. The results showed that the 7P component elements of the consumer products assessed, it's just that the products were always available, consumers considered disagreeing because according to consumers, Chatime Manado Town Square still often ran out of stock of certain drinks. At price and place, consumers agree. Promotion and consumer people judge neutral. In the process section, consumers agree that they agree, it's just that in the process section to get a fast product, consumers think they don't agree because according to consumers, the process to get the product has to wait in a queue and still takes quite a long time to get the product. Then on physical evidence, consumers assess agree, but in the complete room facilities section, consumers consider that they strongly disagree because according to consumers there is no wifi and consumers feel that tables and seats are still lacking.
