Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy implementation of waste management current (while do) in the City of Manado, namely the R`egulation of the Mayor of the City of Manado, the Number 33 in 2018, about the Reduction and Handling of Waste-Based District of the City of Manado. This research uses a qualitative method. The results showed that the Implementation of the Policy Rule Mayor of the City of Manado, the Number 33 in 2018, about the Reduction and Handling of Waste-Based District of the City of Manado has not been well can be seen the delivery of socialization is not a row as well as explain the procedure and stages of waste management to the community and is still limited to ceremonial activities that could not yet reach out to the community as a whole furthermore resource in the implementation of policies for handling and waste reduction already exist however between the amount of the janitor and the available infrastructure is still not enough when compared with the work load this is also related to the lack of the number of the budget for waste management in the City of Manado. In conclusion the process of handling and waste reduction should not be limited by the time of the bureaucratic work, need to be revised Regulations Mayor of the City of Manado NO.The 33-Year 2018 on the reduction and handling of waste-based district, relating to the authority or delegation of tasks that has been given to the district should have pulled back and formed a special body responsible for waste management in the City of Manado also including human resources, budget and infrastructure needed to be managed a specialized agency of the.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of profit and analyze the financial feasibility of pig farming. The research was conducted using a case study method on pig farmers in Kalasey Satu Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency from May 2021 to July 2021. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from respondents through direct interviews with one pig farmer respondent. Secondary data were obtained from various sources, namely the Village Office, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Minahasa Regency Agriculture Office. The results showed that with an investment of Rp 62.035.000,00, and the production cost is Rp 1.028.555.563,00 the proceeds from the sale of pigs amounted to Rp 1,227,440,000,00 and a profit of Rp 136,849,437,00. The results of the analysis show the value of Net Present Value (NPV) = 36.010.033, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B//C) = 1.51, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 29.79%, Payback Period (PP) = 1.48. Based on the results of the financial feasibility analysis, the pig farming business in Kalasey Satu Village earns a profitable income and is feasible to continue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of state civil servants in obtaining land certificates through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) at the Minahasa Regency Land Office. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, with research indicators consisting of quality, quantity, use of time and work commitment. Data analysis uses steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, levers or withdrawals, and data conclusions. The results showed that the performance of the state civil apparatus who took care of the land through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) at the Minahasa Regency Land Office, in carrying out their duties and functions on the number of employees where employees who run PTSL were the same employees in carrying out management work. with independent and cross-sector categories, so that it can be said to be included in the unfavorable criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine consumer perceptions of typical Manado at Miens Souvenir during the pandemic Covid-19. The study was conducted from September 2020 to May 2021. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data collection through media online with a google form to respondents who have shopped for souvenirs typical of Manado with 30 samples of respondents. Secondary data were obtained owners from Miens Souvenir and literature related to this research. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis based on the Likert Scale. The results showed that from the attributes of shopping convenience, product, price, physical place of business, and service quality to the five factors that tended to influence it, they were included in the category of strongly agree (41.1%), agree (47.0%), neutral (10.2%), disagree (0.5%), while strongly disagree (1.0%). From the category of strongly agree, the ease of shopping attribute ranks first (46.7%), followed by service attributes (43.2%), price attributes (41.0%), product attributes (38.4%), and final position attributes physical place of business (36.2%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of mobile vegetable traders during the Covid-19 pandemic era in Sea Dua Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out from October to December 2021, which was located in Sea Dua Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. Sampling used accidental sampling and determined as many as 10 mobile vegetable traders who use motorbikes and the purpose of trading locations is in the Village of Sea Dua. The data obtained in this study are primary data by looking at the behavior of mobile vegetable traders in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique that will be carried out in this study is to conduct direct questions and answers to respondents based on a questionnaire (question list) that has been prepared according to research needs. The study used a qualitative descriptive method in the form of a Likert scale. In this study, the highest and lowest scores were determined. The results showed that the behavior of mobile vegetable traders during the Covid-19 pandemic era in Sea Dua Village based on the knowledge of traders about the existence of a pandemic scored (68.75%) in the good category, based on the attitude of traders during the pandemic scored (75%) in the good category, and based on the actions of the trader got a score (55%) in the bad category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Yu Chia yellow rice stall Business Profits in Banjer Village, Tikala District, Manado City. This research was carried out from July to September 2021. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews, giving questionnaires, and direct observation to the owner of the Yu Chia Kiosk business. While secondary data was taken from previous research that took data before the pandemic. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic had slightly changed the recipe used, the decrease in profit per unit decreased by 73.29% compared to before the covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic had no effect on the recipe used in making yellow rice because Yu Chia yellow rice stall wanted to maintain quality and characteristics of yellow rice.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the perception and role of visitors to management in the Patriot Bina Bangsa City Forest (PBBCF) of Bekasi city. The study was conducted from October to November 2021. The selection of respondents was conducted by a simple random sampling method of 97 respondents. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected through questionnaires that have been filled out by visitors who deliberately make visits and visits in 2021. Secondary data was obtained through the Service Technical Execution Unit (STEU) of the PBBCF Bekasi City. Secondary data is also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet through google scholars in the form of books, journal articles, and thesis related to this research topic, namely the perception and role of visitors to the management of PBBCF Bekasi City. The results of this study showed that the perception of visitors to the management of PBBCF Bekasi City belonged to the category of good (69.62%). This is supported by good activity comfort (73.4%) as well as hard element facilities (66.45%) and soft elements (75.05%) which are good. Visitors already take roles in maintenance roles (81.76%), planning roles (31.6%) as well as roles in development (27.8%).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in farmer groups in Tember Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from July to October 2021. The research was located in Tember Village, Tompaso Lama District, Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Sampling was done intentionally (purposive sampling), as many as 20 farmers from 50 farmers who are members of the Maesa farmer group. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively using a Likert scale. The results showed that the role of the extension worker in the farmer group obtained from the respondents stated that the average respondent's assessment was in the role category, where the variable role of the extension worker was as a guide (76.66%), the variable of the role of the instructor as organizer and dynamist (80%) and the variable role extension workers as technical trainers (85.55%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the location of land availability and the direction of land availability from the aspect of Spatial Designation Plans and land issues. The research was carried out from November 2021 to January 2022 which is located in the Likupang tourism area. The method used in this research is Overlay Analysis with GIS software and descriptive analysis obtained through Indepth Interview. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research analysis obtained that the availability of land at the location was classified into available and unavailable. The area of available land is 829.47 Ha (17.97%) while the area of land that is not available is 3,716.55 Ha (80.54%). The available land locations consist of available non-agricultural cultivation covering an area of 664.86 Ha (14.41%) and agricultural cultivation covering an area of 164.61 Ha (3.57%). The location of land that is not available is limited to protected activities covering an area of 1,030.06 Ha (22.32%), optimal use of non-agricultural land of 217.33 Ha (4.71 %), optimal use of agricultural land covering an area of 2,145.78 Ha ( 46.5%) and land use adjustment of 323.38 Ha (7.01%). The direction of land availability, namely the location of the available land is directed based on the allotment of space so that it is obtained for investment activities covering an area of 664.86 hectares and commodity activities covering an area of 164.61 hectares. At the location of the available land, there is a potential land dispute of 2 hectares. So that the availability of clean and clear land (no dispute) is (827.47%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of coconut farmers in Beo Timur Sub district, Beo District, Talaud Regency. The research was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022, The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the coconut farmers in Beo Timur Sub District had an average age of 47 years (81.48 percent). Most coconut farmers have an education level of highscool and Bachelor's as many as 11 people or 40.74 percent. With 5 years of farming experience (59 percent). Coconut farmers have other jobs, namely as fishermen, carpenters and coolies (48 percent), civil servants, shop entrepreneurs, credit counters, motorcycle taxis. Coconut plantations are mostly planted with other crops, namely cloves and nutmeg (67 percent). Some coconut farmers plant rambutan and durian trees as well as seasonal crops such as cassava and chilies.
