Abstract

This study aims to identify the Tunan Waterfall Ecotourism Development Strategy in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted during July 2023. The selection of respondents was done deliberately and determined. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct interviews with respondents, completing questionnaires, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and secondary data was obtained from previous research related to this research. The total respondents were 25 people. Secondary data was also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles, and theses related to the topic of this research, namely Waterfall Ecotourism Development Strategy. The results of the study show that the analysis on the SWOT matrix is obtained at the coordinates of 0.67: 1.08, which means that the position is in quadrant I (aggressive), namely supporting growth strategies (Growth), by maintaining the beauty of nature, not only the waterfall but the beauty along the way, as well as taking advantage of the strengths of tourist objects, such as the beauty of nature, the existence of river water that can be used as a place to swim, good accessibility, proximity, and others. Keywords: development strategy, ecotourism, waterfall, tourism factors Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Strategi Pengembangan Ekowisata Air Terjun Tunan di Desa Talawaan Kecamatan Talawaan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama bulan Juli 2023. Pemilihan responden dilakukan secara sengaja dan ditentukan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan responden, pengisian kuesioner dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) dan data sekunder diperoleh dari penelitian yang sudah ada sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Total responden sebanyak 25 orang. Data sekunder juga diperoleh melalui buku yang diperoleh dari toko buku lokal serta internet melalui google scholar berupa buku, artikel jurnal dan skripsi yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian ini yaitu Strategi Pengembangan Ekowisata Air Terjun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis pada matriks SWOT diperoleh pada titik koordinat 0,67 : 1,08 yang artinya posisi tersebut berada pada kuadran I (agresif) yaitu mendukung strategi pertumbuhan (Growth), dengan mempertahankan keasrian alam bukan hanya air terjunnya tetapi keasrian sepanjang perjalanan, serta memanfaatkan kekuatan dari objek wisata, seperti keasrian alam, adanya aliran air sungai yang bisa dibuat sebagai tempat berenang, aksesibilitas yang baik, jarak yang dekat, dan lainnya.   Kata kunci: strategi pengembangan, ekowisata, air terjun, faktor faktor pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of paddy rice farming in Mogoyunggung Satu (I) Village, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 15 farmer respondents from a total of 198 heads of farming families, determined by purposive sampling, namely sampling on purpose or based on need. The criteria for farmers taken are representatives from each environment, namely those who are still running their farming businesses amidst the large number of farming communities who are currently turning into miners. other people's land then pays rent and 5 sharecroppers work on other people's land with a profit-sharing system. The results of research conducted in the Village of Mogoyunggung Satu (I) average revenue of Rp. 25,500,000, with an average cost of Rp. 5,708,917, the cost of renting land per hectare is IDR 2,000,000/harvest. And the profit sharing cost is 70:30 where the land owner gets 30% of the agricultural produce. Fewer expenses are from those who use family labor so that it reduces labor costs more.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1). Knowing the internal factors and external factors agricultural field extension, 2). Knowing the performance of field agricultural extension in Kotabunan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This research used primary data obtained through interviews and observation and secondary data obtained from books, previous research and BPS of Kotabunan District. The data obtained is presented in tabular form and then analyzed descriptively. Category determination is obtained based an assessment or score with the measurement method used is the Likert scale. The results of the study show that the internal factors that support are the extension workers are still in the productive age, some extension workers have a formal undergraduate education indicating that the human resources of the extension workers are quite good, most of the extension workers have enough years of work/work experience and all extension workers have attended training. The external factors that support the availability of sufficient facilities, infrastructure and information to make it easier for extension agents to carry out extension activities, good extension intensity can increase cooperative relations between farmers and a supportive reward system can increase enthusiasm and motivation for extension workers to work. The performance of field agricultural extension in Kotabunan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency is in the very good category. Performance indicators that show very good results include the preparation of extension programs, the availability of regional map data according to commodity zoning, the preparation of agricultural extension work plans in each work area, the dissemination of agricultural technology information evenly, and the growth and development of farmer empowerment and independence. The performance of extension agents that showed poor results was the realization of business partnerships between farmers and entrepreneurs and the realization of farmers' access to financial institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program and the impact of the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program on the regional economy (access to income) in Girian Indah Village, Bitung City, North Sulawesi. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who participated in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The sample determination was based on data from the Girian Indah urban village office which recorded PTSL certificate recipients who pledged certificates as business capital. Data collection methods used are observation, interview. The research method used is the survey method. The data used is divided into two, namely primary data obtained from respondents who use their certificates in banks while secondary data obtained from agencies related to this research, namely BPN Bitung, literature both reference books and journals. The data was analyzed using quantitative analysis with paired t test data analysis, namely seeing the difference in income before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The results showed that the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program had gone well and met the indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In addition, the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has had a positive impact on local revenue in the form of additional income from PPB tax due to the issuance of land certificates but has not had a real effect on community income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of cut flowers at Ilomata Florist, Kakaskasen II Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this research was 10 respondents. This study uses questionnaires and interviews to determine variable indicators on internal factors and external factors then determines weights and ratings using questionnaires and then determines the marketing strategy at Ilomata Florist. Data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that Ilomata Florist has a SO strategy, namely Ilomata Florist utilizes the Tomohon area as a city with the title of flower city which can easily reach consumers. Good product quality is also always maintained by Ilomata florists in an effort to retain old customers at reasonable prices. Ilomata Florist is also in quadrant I, namely being able to take advantage of strengths and opportunities as well as minimize weaknesses and prevent threats.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Sema Karya Farmer Group in Corn Farming in the Kima Atas Village, Mapanget District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from May to July 2023. The data used in this study were Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data is data taken by researchers in the field from the management and members of the Sema Karya Farmer Group with a total of 14 respondents, while secondary data is data obtained from related institutions or agencies. The location of the research was carried out in Kelurahan Kima Atas in the Sema Karya Farmers Group. Data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The role of the Sema Karya Farming Group is less involved with the research results of 76.72%, this shows that the Sema Karya Farmer Group is still active although there are still indicators that need to be improved such as in evaluating farming activities so that they can obtain more information to support and expand knowledge about farming corn. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Peran Kelompok Tani Sema Karya Dalam Usahatani Jagung di Kelurahan Kima Atas Kecamatan Mapanget Kota Manado. Penelitian Ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan di mulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli tahun 2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Data Primer yaitu data yang diambil oleh peneliti di lapangan kepada pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Tani Sema Karya dengan total responden 14 orang, sedangkan Data Sekunder data yang diperoleh dari lembaga atau instansi terkait. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kima Atas pada Kelompok Tani Sema Karya. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Skala Likert Sebagai alat ukur. Peran Kelompok Tani Sema Karya Kurang Berperan dengan hasil penelitian 76,72%, ini menunjukkan Kelompok Tani Sema Karya masih aktif walaupun masih ada indikator yang harus di tingkatkan lagi seperti dalam mengevaluasi kegiatan berusahatani agar dapat lebih banyak memperoleh informasi untuk menunjang dan memperluas pengetahuan tentang berusahatani jagung.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the relationship between the leadership of the farmer group leader and the effectiveness of the “Tekad Bersama” farmer group in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from September to November 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with members of farmer groups using a list of questions that had been developed directly using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Minanga Satu village office, as well as literature studies from the results of previous studies related to research and articles from print media and the internet. The method used in sampling is done by census, where all members of the population are used as samples with the number of members of the farmer group is 15 people. While the analytical method used is the Spearman Rank Coefficient Correlation Test (rs). The results showed that the leadership of the collective determination farmer group in Minanga Satu village was in the high category. The effectiveness of the Tekad Bersama farmer group in Minanga Satu Village is in the high category. From the results of the Spearman Rank test and the significance test at the 95% confidence level, it was found that the relationship between the leadership of the head of the farmer group and the effectiveness of the farmer group had a significant relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in farmer groups in Tember Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from July to October 2021. The research was located in Tember Village, Tompaso Lama District, Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Sampling was done intentionally (purposive sampling), as many as 20 farmers from 50 farmers who are members of the Maesa farmer group. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively using a Likert scale. The results showed that the role of the extension worker in the farmer group obtained from the respondents stated that the average respondent's assessment was in the role category, where the variable role of the extension worker was as a guide (76.66%), the variable of the role of the instructor as organizer and dynamist (80%) and the variable role extension workers as technical trainers (85.55%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction at Bakso Campur Surabaya in terms of product, price, promotion, location, and service. The study was conducted from August to October 2023. The selection of respondents was done by accident. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct observation in the field to make observations and conduct interviews with managers and consumers, as well as provide questionnaires to consumers to fill out. Secondary data were obtained from other information data related to this study. Secondary data obtained by researchers from internet sites, books, articles, research journals and various other documents related to research. The results showed that the results of the consumer satisfaction index of Bakso Campur Surabaya at Bahu Mall Manado City in terms of products, prices, locations, promotions and service quality were at 74.20%. This shows that overall the management of Bakso Campur Surabaya at Bahu Mall Manado City has achieved a level of consumer satisfaction although there are still several indicators that need attention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction at Bungkoez Cafe Manado City seen from the aspects of product, price, promotion, place and service. This research was conducted for 4 months, from October 2023 to February 2024, at Bungkoez Cafe Manado City. The data collection method was collected using primary data obtained through direct observation in the field, by conducting observations and interviews with cafe owners, employees and consumers, as well as giving questionnaires to consumers to fill out. Secondary data is obtained from internet sites, books, articles, research journals and various other documents related to the research. The sampling method for Bungkoez Cafe consumers used accidental sampling method, the number of samples obtained was 45 consumers based on a time limit of 5 days consisting of 3 working days and 2 holidays with respondents around 7-9 people per day. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, analyzing the answers obtained from the questionnaire, calculating the Likert Scale method, and analyzing the characteristics of each research variable using the index formula in each aspect of the marketing mix. The results showed that the results of the index number of customer satisfaction levels at Bungkoez Cafe Manado City in terms of product, price, location, promotion and service were at 80.86%, this shows that overall the manager of Bungkoez Cafe Manado City has reached the level of customer satisfaction even though there are still several indicators that need attention.
