Abstract

ABSTRAKThe development of financial institution of both bank anda non-bank based onsharia service trhives in Indonesia.In this case of course required he existence ofresearch to analyze the influence of implemetation shaia marketing, customersatisfaction and customer trust on loyalty.the number of respondents in this studywas 99 by using saccidental samplinh technique and using statistica anilysis toolSPSS. the result of the analysis show that partially have a negative relathionthipand not significant but in general respondents agree with the indicator on thevariable. Abstract

ABSTRACTAn Analysis of SWOT as the Basic Formulation of Marketing Strategy ofMale laying hens business at UD. Jaya Abadi in Robyong Village of Pakis ofMalang The research aimed at formulating the marketing strategy on the male laying hens business of UD. Jaya Abadi In Robyong Village of Pakis of Malang by using SWOT Analysis. SWOT analysis was used to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of UD. Jaya Abadi. The data collection used the technique of interview and documentation. The method used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results of the SWOT analysis can be known that internal factors that become the main strength is the widest marketing area, the main weakness is the production capacity which has not been able to meet market demand. The external factors that become the main opportunity is the increasing demand, the main threat is the price fluctuations, both the price of DOC / chicks and chick prices. Based on the IE matrix, the the male laying hens business is in the IV squared. The marketing strategy that can be used by UD Jaya Abadi is a strategy of future integration, the strategy can be done by maintaining good relationship with the consumers, and the backward integration strategy can be done by strengthening the relationship with suppliers, the horizontal strategy can be done by increasing the supervision of competitors, and market development strategy can be done by increasing market share of the male laying hensKeywords: SWOT analysis, the marketing strategy

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the Consumer PsychologicalFactors on the Purchasing Decision of Samsung Mobile Brand (Case Study onMeteor Cell Malang). The formulation of the problem in this research is a declinein sales of products Hanphone Samsung for 3 months in a row. The independentvariable consists of motivation (X1), perception (X2), knowledge (X3), andattitude X4) dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). Sample amounted to100 respondents taken using explanatory research technique (explanatoryresearch). Analysts use SPSS 16.0 which includes, reliability test, validity test,Normality Test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesistesting through F test and t test.Attitude variable shows the largest regression coefficient. Attitude is themost important factor affecting Samsung Mobile Brand Buying Decision (CaseStudy In Meteor Cell Malang). The third important factor is Knowledge, thenPerception as the fourth factor that affect the Purchase Decision.Keywords: motivation, perception, knowledge, and attitude, PurchaseDecision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel independen dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen pada konsumen Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Dinoyo Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Dinoyo Malang, Sehingga dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan ( Mei-Juli ) adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 93 orang yang memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakanaccidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel lokasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel harga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci : lokasi, harga, kualitas pelayanan, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT"Analysis Of Effect Of Return On Assets (Roa), Earning Per Share (Eps),And Debt To Equity Ratio (Der) On Company Value”(empirical study on companies listed in LQ45 index IDX period 2013-2016) The purpose of this research is to know and analyze how influence on partial and simultaneous Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Debt ToEquity Ratio (DER) to firm value on companies listed on LQ45 BEI period 2013- 2016. Type of this research is quantitative research by using secondary data of company financial report on LQ45 index. The sample are having 23 companies from 64 companies on the index LQ 45. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The result of this research is that Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant and positive influence on firm value, Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect and positive influence on firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) the value of the company. Simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant and positive effect on firm value.Keyword : Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Debt ToEquity Ratio (DER), and firm value

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Profitability, Leverage, Company Size To Company Value. The sample in this research is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia 2012-2015 purposive sampling. Technique of data analysis in this research use multiple regression analysis. Dependent variable in this research is firm value and independent variable is profitability, leverage, and company size The result of research show that profitability and leverage have an effect on company value, while firm size does not have an effect on company value. For further research is expected to add to the category of the company used as sample research, and add other variables that may affect the value of the company. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of performance area,disciplinary performance, and performance motivation toward the performance ofDPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency.This research includes of Explanatory Research. The research data ofperformance area, disciplinary performance, and performance motivation towardthe performance of DPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency acquired formDPRD secretariat of Tuban Regency. The populations of this research are thewhole of DPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency. The data collection usedquestionnaire and documentation. Then, the data analysis used instrument test,normatitas test, bifilar linear regression, classis assumption, and hypothesis test.Based on the finding of this research, it can be concluded that the variableof performance areapartially gives significant influence toward officialperformance, whereas disciplinary performance does not significantly influenceofficial performance, while performance of motivation significantlyinfluenetoward official performance.Keywords: performance area, disciplinary performance, performance motivation

By using analysis tool that is doubled linearregression.Based on research and discussion in this research that can be drawn theconclusion that the retail marketing mix consisting of, product, price, place,promotion, store atmosphere and service to purchase decision at Resist WearTuren Malang Distribution, can influence simultaneously to decision purchase ofResist Wear Turen Malang Distribution. Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a earning management action on the acquirer before and after the company did mergers and acquisitions as well as to determine whether there are differences in financial performance of the acquirer merger and acquisitions. Earnings management is measured by proxy Discretionary Accruals (DA). Financial performance measured by financial ratios, that is NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return OnAsset), and TATO (Total Asset Turnover). The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) in 2014-2015. The samples was taken based on purposive sampling with total sample of 20 companies. The method of analysis in the study using paired sample T-test. Based on the result of this study in the know that the acquirer company proven to perform actions practice earnings management with profit decreasing action pattern (income decreasing). And Discretionary Accruals (DA) there are significant differences. Furthermore, the company’s financial performance as measured by the ratio NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return On Asset), and TATO (Total Asset Turnover) there is no significant difference in the acquirer’s financial performance before and after merger and acquisition.Keyword: Mergers, Acquisitions, Earnings Management, Financial Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja dan Gaji, Mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan serta Mengetahui pengaruh Gaji terhadap Kinerja Karyawan penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT King Stone Malang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa deskripsi variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai rata-rata yang cukup baik selanjutnya deskripsi gaji memiliki nilai rata-rata yang baik. Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Gaji memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.     Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, gaji dan kinerja karyawan
