Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance, and Burnout, on Employee Job Satisfaction of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang.The variables used are Work-Life Balance and Burnout as independent variables, while the Employee Job Satisfaction variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 53 employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang uses the proportional stratification random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.The results showed that the Work-Life Balance variable significantly affected the Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang, while the Burnout variable does not significantly influence the Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital and Employee Engagemet on Employee Work Productivity (case study on employees of Customs and Excise Regional Office of East Java II). The number of samples 70 in this study. In analyzing the data this study was assisted with SPSS version 25. The analysis used was the instrument test, multiple linear analysis test, class assumption test, hypothesis test.The results of this study partially concluded that there was a negative effect between Human Capital variables on Employee Work Productivity while positive effects between Employee Employee variables on Employee work Productivity and simultaneously concluded there was an influence between Human Capital variables and Employee Engagemets on Employee Work Productivity.Keywords: Human Capital, Employee Engagement, Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in customers centigrade Malang City. The population uses Celsius consumers who have bought Celsius products, which are known to be 502 people. Determination of the research sample using accidental sampling technique that has been calculated using the Slovin formula totaling 84 respondents. The analysis uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a direct effect on loyalty, brand image has a direct effect on loyalty, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty, service quality has a direct effect on loyalty. Indirectly towards loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable and brand image indirectly influences loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Celcius customers in Malang. It can be concluded that service quality and brand image have a direct effect on loyalty. Meanwhile, service quality and brand image have an indirect effect on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality of UNISMA's academic information system (SISFO) on student satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study amounted to 875 students (at FEB Malang Islamic University Students, Class of 2016) and the sample in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula with a total of 90 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires online using google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of service simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction while the partial quality of the system and the quality of information are not significant on student satisfaction, while the quality of service has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.Keywords: system quality, information quality, service quality, student satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence, firm size, corporate governance of profit management partially. Population and samples in this research in the food and beverage sector companies were listed in IDX in 2016-2018 which amounted to 26 companies and which corresponds to the criteria of the criteria of 15 company known. The data retrieval technique uses the Purposive sampling method. The data retrieval technique with document data obtained from the company document is www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used SPSS version 20. The analysis tools used in this study are test normality, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test.            Based on the results of this study concluded that the variable firm size of profit management does not affect the profit management and the corporate governance variables on the profit management negatively affect the negative and the impact on profit management. The company implements corporate governance strategy due to success or failure that can occur depending on the strategy. Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, audit committee, BOC members, board members, social responsibility, corporate ethics are some of the characteristics included in corporate governance, from research can be said that corporate governance of the company has a strong influence, corporate governance facilitates about the future company.Keywords: Firm size, corporate governance and profit management

Abstract

AbstractThe development of retail business in Indonesia which is rapidly developing makes competition increasing, every business person will compete to make his product a product that is in great demand by consumers. The rise of culinary business and the mushrooming of cafes in Malang and the huge potential that exists has made businesses create creativity to make their businesses appear different in terms of the quality of the food provided, the atmosphere of the cafe served and the reasonableness of the prices offered. This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, atmosphere and fairness of prices on customer satisfaction at Joyogrand Coklat Klasik Cafe Malang. The population in this study were Malang Islamic University Students who had visited the Coklat Klasik Cafe Joyogrand Malang with a total sample of 85 respondents. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of food quality, atmosphere and fairness of prices simultaneously affected customer satisfaction. food quality and price reasonableness variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while price reasonableness variables have no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTARCTThis study aims to determine the effect of changes in operating cash flow and accounting profit partially and simultaneously on stock returns in LQ-45 companies listed on the stock exchange in 2071-2019. The method used is purposive sampling with a population of 45 companies and the sample used is 15 company data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that partally operating cash flow has a positive and not significant effect on stock return on LQ-45 companies on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 and accounting profit have a positive and not significant effect on Stock Exchange in 20117-2019. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of skills, experience and ability of human resources on employee performance in furniture SMEs in Nung Tenga Hamlet, Asemjaran Village, Banyuates District, Sampang Regency. The population in this study were employees of five furniture SMEs in Nung Tenga Hamlet, Asemjaran Village, Banyuates District, Sampang District as many as 36 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous skills, experience and ability of human resources significantly influence employee performance. Partially the skills, experience and ability of human resources have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: skills, experience, abilities and employee performance.
