Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at a branch company of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, Pasuruan Regency, East Java 67156. The population in this study were all employees of the branch of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, totaling 65 employees. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. And the analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing.         The results showed that the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment did not have a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency, while the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of store atmosphere and in store promotion simultaneously on impulse buying, how does the influence of store atmosphere on impulse buying and to find out how the effect of in store promotion on impulse buying studies on the Bandung Super Model Distro, Dinoyo, Malang. In this study there are 2 (two) independent variables namely store atmosphere and in store promotion and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely impulse buying. The population in this study were people who had shopped at the Bandung Super Model Distro, Dinoyo, Malang City, and the sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique that is sample selection based on certain criteria and obtained a sample size of 60 respondents. Data sources used are primary data and data collection methods used are using questionnaire techniques (Questionnaire). The results of this study state that store atmosphere and in store promotion variables simultaneously influence the impulse buying variable, store atmosphere variables partially have a significant positive effect on impulse buying variables, and in store promotion variables partially have a significant positive effect on impulse buying variables.Keywords: store atmosphere, in store promotion, impulse buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research was conducted at the SAMSAT Karangploso Office in Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of tax understanding and service quality on customer satisfaction. The independent variables used are the level of understanding of tax and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents who made tax payments at the SAMSAT Karangploso Office. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the variable level of tax understanding and service quality partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: customer satisfaction, level of tax understanding, service quality

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality, price, and product safety on purchasing decisions at Madyopuro Traditional Market Malang. The sample in this study were 70 consumers with established criteria. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and F test. From this study provides result and shows that there is partial and simultaneously a relationship or influence between product quality, product price, and product safety on purchasing decisions.Keywords : product quality,product price, and product safety.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, word of mouth, and brand community on customer loyalty. The independent variables used are brand image, word of mouth, and brand community, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who are members of the Malang City Mi Fans community. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS computer data processing software. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study entitled the effect of location, product and price on consumer buying interest in UD. Sumber Rejo Malang. This research raises the problem of how location, product and price influence buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of location, product and price on purchase intention. The population of this study were all customers of Sumber Rejo Building Depo, with the number of correspondents in June 2020 as many as 1800 respondents. Sampling using the Acidental Sampling method and a total sample of 95 people. This study uses multiple linear regression models. In this study, it shows that location, product and price simultaneously influence buying interest. Location has a significant positive effect on buying interest. Products have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. price has a significant positive effect on interest. Keywords: Location, Products and Prices and Buying Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Climate Salary, and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Malang City Meteor Cell employees. The sample used was all employees of the Central Malang Meteor Cell. The Sampling Technique which if it is less than 100 is better taken all then this study is a census study. Based on the results of the study note that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, the value is known with a sig value below 0.05, then H1 is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Climate and Work Stress variables simultaneously influence the Job Satisfaction. Like the Organizational Climate variable, which is known with a sig value below 0.05, it means that the Organization Climate has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. Salary variable is known with a sig value below 0.05, meaning that the Salary variable has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. While the Work Stress Variable is known by the value of sig. above 0.05, it means that the Job Stress variable has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction.Keywords: Orgaizational Climate, Salary, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims at finding out: 1)the effect of TPP (additional income for civil servant) on performance of Civil Servant in Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu, 2) the effect of work satisfaction on performance of civil servant of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu. This study employs quantitative explanatory method by using descriptive approach. The writer selects Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu as location of study where there are 110 civil servants. Data gathered by using questionnaire of likert scale. Data analysis consists of  requirements test such as validity, reliability and normality test and t test as well as multiple linear regression test. This findings of this study shows that: 1) TPP has significant effect on performance of civil servant of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu, 2) work satisfaction has significant effect on performance of civil servant of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu, 3) simultaneously, TPP and work satisfaction has significant effect on performance of civil servant of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu.  Keywords: Performance of civil servant, TPP and work satisfaction
