Abstract

SMEs and cooperative which is a reflection of the form of a populist economy experienced tidal dynamics. There is also a pessimistic view that the cooperative as a pillar of the national economy increasingly become limited jargon. The accumulation of wealth and economic power in some business entities becomes a challenge for SMEs and Cooperatives in general whether able to compete against private domination. Cooperative is one of the economic actors in addition to state-owned and private, although the contribution of cooperatives to GDP is still relatively small compared to the contribution of state-owned and private. Large number of cooperatives can not be considered one perspective because it holds great potential if managed optimally. In East Java, especially in the city of Malang, Cooperatives activities especially Women cooperative holds potency of power to regional economy. Women have distinctive characteristics and are able to play a role in managing the household and developing a family economy. This qualitative research which aims to describe and identify the implementation of womens cooperative programs by the Government and its implications on the empowerment of women and the populist economy in Malang. Processed data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used were interviews of key informants, documentation and field observation. From the result of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a key role of womens cooperative management in Malang to the successful implementation of Government programs in the empowerment of its members, especially in developing the peoples economy

Abstract

Era disruption menjadi tantangan semua organisasi bisnis tak terkecuali koperasi wanita. Era dimana segala sesuatu berubah sangat cepat sehingga inovasi baru akan cepat usang. Prakarsa Pemprov Jatim mendorong pembentukan kopwan merupakan bagian dari program pemerintah yang memperhatikan masalah gender. Bagaimana agar kopwan yang sudah terbentuk khususnya di Kota Malang ini dapat membangun keunggulan kompetitif dalam menyongsong era disruption dan pasar global. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi komponen-komponen pendukung pembentukan keunggulan kompetitif, implementasi strategi dan hambatan-hambatan pengembangan kopwan di Kota Malang. Data yang diolah merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara terhadap informan kunci, dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif kopwan membutuhkan strategi dan kolektifitas tidak bisa dilakukan secara individu. Untuk itu kebutuhan pembentukan primer koperasi menjadi suatu hal yang urgen.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large fishery resource, since most of the area covered by oceans. Therefore, the availability of national fish is enough to support the needs of the fish processing industry. The fishery potential can be a challenge for the people of the coastal area to convert it into a product that has economic value added. The potential of fishery resources in the coastal south, Village Sitiarjo, District Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang district has not received empowerment program well. The majority of people in the region still lags behind economically. The Community Service Program was aimed to make economic empowerment of the target society of SME-based on fish meatballs production and drinking water depots. The implementation methods were carried out in several stages: data collection, planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and final evaluation. The model implemented was intensive training and assistance to obtain the maximum output corresponding to the objectives of the community service program. The results of this community service are to encourage the fish processing industry in the area to improve people's welfare and to overcome the problem of the water crisis in the target communities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the competitive advantage analysis through the Porter’s diamond model in Agrotourism Ngringinrejo Bojonegoro. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed important determinant in the competitive advantage of Agrotourism Ngringinrejo Bojonegoro, in accordance with the diamond porter model, consist of factor conditions; demand conditions; firms structure, strategy and competition; related and supporting industries; and government roles. The difference of each determinant of competitive advantage has implications for sustainability advantages which based on four main dichotomies, consist of government involvement, ownership structure, market (which is entered by the industry), and expansion of other areas that are not controlled (urban sprawl). The generic strategy formulation that is suitable for Agrotourism Ngringinrejo is a focus strategy, by building capacity to carry out innovations and research beyond increasing agricultural productivity, as well as building artificial tourism facilities to support competitiveness.Keywords:  Tourism Competitive Advantage Models, Sustainable Competitive Advantage, Generic Strategies

Abstract

From the GEM report (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) small and mediumenterprises can contribute 57% to GDP Indonesia, including entrepreneurship. While thephenomenon is still visible weak competitiveness capabilities in which the data fromGlobal Competitiveness Report 2016-2017 rank Indonesia decreased. The number ofentrepreneurs is also relatively small compared to neighboring countries. From theperspective of entrepreneurship spirit is interesting to examine the values of individualentrepreneurs who have an important role to competitiveness. How the role of individualvalues of entrepreneurs in the process of forming competitive advantage that has highcompetitiveness. From the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion thatthere are 5 individual values of entrepreneurs are important based on the intensity ofentrepreneurial activity. Individual values are integrated in such a way in corporatestrategy that proved to be an important capital that plays a strategic role for the processof achieving competitive advantage and competitiveness of business organizations.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Customer Satisfaktion, and Halal Certification on Customer Loyalty in Wardah Cosmetics (At Unisma Faculty of Economics and Business Students). This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Slovin formula with the Snowball Sampling technique obtained 81 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaktion has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Halal certification has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisma. Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Satisfaktion, Halal Certification and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Organizational Leadership and Culture on Organizational Management Performance During the 2020-2021 COVID-19 Pandemic (Case Study of PMII Rayon Al-Farabi UNISMA Commissariat), both simultaneously and partially. This type of research is using proportionate stratified random sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was PMII Rayon Al-Farabi UNISMA Commissariat 233 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, F test, t test. coefficient of determination.The results showed that leadership (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the management, organizational culture (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the management (Y). Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at a branch company of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, Pasuruan Regency, East Java 67156. The population in this study were all employees of the branch of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, totaling 65 employees. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. And the analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing.         The results showed that the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment did not have a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency, while the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Dinoyo Pesenkopi Kedai in Dinoyo Village. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, price and menu diversity on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are location, price and menu variety, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were customers of Kedai Pesenkopi Dinoyo in Dinoyo Village. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that location affects purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions and menu diversity affects purchasing decisions. location, price and variety of menus simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Location, Price and Menu Diversity and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, resilience and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 84 students with notes who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of a partial research analysis, entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. While partially resilience has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, partially motivation has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Resilience, Motivation and Interest in   Entrepreneurship
