Abstract

AbstractBy using the brand ambassador Cristiano Ronaldo aims to influence the interests, attitudes,and emotions of consumers. By cooperating with Cristiano Ronaldo as a brand ambassador,he is expected to be able to change the interests of his fans to shop at online shopee shops.This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of attractiveness, trust and expertiseon purchasing decisions.In this study the method of collecting data using the questionnaire method (questionnaire).The type of data used in this study is primary data. The analytical method used in this study ismultiple linear regression. This study uses the results of the questionnaire data distributed tostudents of Unisma who live in the Merjosari area and the samples were taken usingpurposive sampling. The number of samples taken was 70 respondents.The results of this study are that attractiveness and trust do not affect purchasing decisionswhile expertise influences purchasing decisions.Keywords: Attractiveness, Trust, Expertise, purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict on the Job Stress of Female Lecturers at Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study were 152 female lecturers at the university. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling wherein this technique is for selecting samples based on class. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. From this study produced answers that have been previously processed that Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict simultaneously affect Work Stress, Work Family Conflict affects Work Stress and Family Work Conflict Against Work Stress.Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Family Work Conflict and Work Stress

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analiyze the direct influence andi ndirect influence of the three variables, namely Word of Mouth, Destination Image, Destination Branding on the interest of visiting the east java Park 3 Batu Malang. This type of research uses the type survey research. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA Force 2019-2020 with a total of 90 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted showed the value of t arithmetic(6,112)> t table (1,987) and with a significance level of 0,000<0.005 so that word of mouth has a positive effect on interest in visiting. Based on the result of the analysis carried out shows that the value of t arithmetic(5,774)>table (1,987) and with a significant level of 0.000<0.005 so the destination image has a positive effect on interest in visiting the 3 stone city of east java. Based on the result of the analysis carried out shows that the value of t arithmetic(5,774)>table (1,987) and with a significant level of 0.000<0.005 so the destination branding has a positive effect on interest in visiting the 3 stone city of east java. Keyword: Word Of Mouth, Destination Image and Dation Branding

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The aims of atudy are to portray the motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance of the Maudiza Group Convection and to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of the Maudiza Group Convection Employee. The sample of this study were all employees, amounting to 40 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling that is using all members of the population into the sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive and multiple regression analysis.            The results of this study indicate that (1) motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction And Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and customer trust on customer loyalty Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang, the sample of this study is consumers of Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang. For data collection using a questionnaire to consumers in Ijo ireng coffee Malang, to analyze data using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear analyze test F and statistical tests t, coefficient determination test in IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 version..From the results of calculations with SPSS that are quality product, quality service and trust customers variables simultaneously and significantly affect customer loyalty. While partially the product quality variable has no effect on customer loyalty. Whereas the variable service quality and customer trust partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractBased on research carried out with the aim of analyzing the effect of compensation, work environment, and corporate culture on employee job satisfaction in Malang Municipal Water Supply Company. The population used in this study were all employees of the Municipal Water Supply Company of Malang City, amounting to 338 employees from December 2019 to January 2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the technique to ensure the research sample with certain assessments intended to make the data generated can be used as an example or representative. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. From this study produced answers that have been previously processed that simultaneous compensation, work environment and company culture influence employee job satisfaction which justifies H4. Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially and justifies H1. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially and justifies H2. Corporate culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially and justifies H3. Key Words :(Compensation, Work Environment, Corporate Culture, Employee Job Satisfaction).

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location towards customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variabel. This research used quantitative methods by collecting the data through questionnaires. The populations in this study were Kedai Singgah coffee shop customers which located at Bendungan Sutami Road, Sumbersari, Lowokwaru, Malang. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The sample were 93 respondents with a questionnaire collection technique. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis techniques, tracking analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis tested service quality; product quality, price and location which directly affect customers’ satisfaction based on the results of the tests that have been carried out that service quality, product quality, price and location affect customers’ satisfaction. The second hypothesis examines the relationship of service quality, product quality, price and location directly affect customers’ loyalty. The third hypothesis examines the relationship of customer satisfaction directly affecting customers’ loyalty. The fourth hypothesis examines the relationship of service quality, product quality, price and location indirectly affect customers’ loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior on MSMEs actor creative economy culinary sub-sector in Malang Regency. This research is a type of replication research. This research subjects were 41 MSME ctreative economy culinary sub-sector in Malang Regency. Data colleection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result showed that financial knowledge influences financial management behavior, financial attitude does not affect financial management behavior, and personality does not affect financial management behavior. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Ability, Work Involvement and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. The work of Delta Permai Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, simultaneously and partially. The population in this study amounted to 160 and a sample of 62 employees. Sampling needs to be done considering that the population is too large to determine the number of samples in this study using probability sampling that is proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis using SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The analytical tool used in this study is the instrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that the variable Work Ability does not have an effect on employee performance partially while the work engagement variable has an influence on employee performance partially and motivation has an influence on employee performance partially. Work ability, work involvement and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.Keywords: Work Ability, Work Involvement and Work Motivation on Performance
