Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the effect and differences of Organizational Commitment in terms of Gender on Turnover Labor at UD. Clinic Laptop Paiton. This research uses associative research and quantitative methods. With all  the population are employees of UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton. With a sample size of 30 respondents using a saturated sampling technique or census. The analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and different test. The collecting method of data uses a questionnaire with the research result shows that organizational commitment in terms of gender has an effect on Turnover Labor at UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton. And there is no difference in organizational commitment in terms of gender at UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Gender, Turnover Labor

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of promotion on employee performance, the influence of position on employee performance, and the influence of tenure on employee performance. This research is a type of explanatory research. The research subjects were carried out on employees of the Cooperative Office. Industry and Trade in Malang City with 56 employees as respondents. With the Criteria Respondents are Employees with TPOK (Supporting Operational Activities) and PTT (Non-permanent Employees) status. Data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the promotion had an effect on employee performance, education had an influence on employee performance, and tenure had an effect on employee performance. Likewise with the variable promotion of position, education, and years of service simultaneously affect the performance of employees.Keywords : promotion, education, tenure, employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of trust, convenience, and quality of information on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. This research is an explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique based on certain considerations that are considered suitable with the characteristics of the specified sample to be sampled and obtained 85 respondents as a sample of 1014 respondents as a population.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between trust in purchasing decisions, convenience has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and information quality has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at the online shopee. While the simultaneous test results show that trust, convenience and quality of information affect online purchasing decisions at online shopee shops. Keywords: Trust, convenience, and quality of information and purchase decisions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to describe financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction, and the employees performance Pt Pei hai International Wiratama Indonesia know financial compensation influence,  leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction and the employees performance of PT pei hai international wiratama Indonesia. The tool used to know the financial by 78 samples of respondents.As for the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis the results of descriptive analysis show that the employees of PT Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia agree on all research variables namely financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction. The results showed that financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the workload, work stress, salary satisfaction and employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya, knowing the effect of workload, work stress, salary satisfaction on employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya with a sample size of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that the employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara perceives agreeing on all research variables namely workload, work stress, salary satisfaction and turnover intention. Workload has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Job stress has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Salary satisfaction has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Workload, work stress, and salary satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Guna Karya Malang. In this study the sample is Malang City CV. Guna Karya employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire, data analysis, which used the validity of the test, reliability test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, statistical test f, statistical test t. The results of this study have a significant positive effect on democratic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Guna Karya Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACK             This study aims to determine how corporate turnaround is assessed in Indonesian stock exchange manufacturing companies in 2014-2018. In this study, the variables used to measure corporate turnaround are logistic regression analysis consisting of downsizing, free assets, and company size. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are 15 manufacturing companies in the automotive sector. And of that total, there are only 13 manufacturing companies that match the criteria or qualify as the research sample. In determining this sample, researchers used a purpose sampling method, namely determining the sample with certain criteria. The results of this study prove that downsizing (DZ), free assets (FA), and company size simultaneously affect corporate turnaround. Downsizing (DZ) has a significant positive effect on corporate turnaround. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, and Skills on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Acting UP Brantas Karangkates. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PJB UP Brantas Malang in 2020, amounting to 107. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique Samples and obtained 84 employees based on criteria. This research uses multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that the Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, and Skill affect Employee Productivity. Physical environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity, non-physical environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity, and skills have a positive effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, Work Skills, and Employee Productivity.
