Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explain entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, motivation, and interest in entrepreneurship and to find out partially explain entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and motivation to interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 83 FEB students class 2017 at the Islamic University of Malang. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and motivation affect the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang.  Keywords: entrepreneurship knowledge, family environment, motivation, dan interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decisions. The research was conducted online by distributing questionnaires via google forms to 85 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that simultaneously the independent variables (Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). Meanwhile, based on the partial test results, the Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness variables have a significant effect on the Dettol Hand Sanitizer Purchase Decision.Dettol descriptively, respondents know the brand image of Dettol hand sanitizer well, respondents also know Dettol brand hand sanitizer well, and respondents know Dettol hand sanitizer brand awareness well, and respondents also know the decision to purchase Dettol brand hand sanitizer products well Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between the variables of marketing channels, distribution channels, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The location of the research is in UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis that the variables of marketing strategy, distribution channels, and promotions have a positive simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata. Partially, marketing strategies have a positive effect on purchasing decisions that are oriented to the formation of product innovation, service innovation, place innovation, promotional innovation used by UMKM’s managers/owners. Partially, distribution channel variables also positively influence purchasing decisions, with the orientation of the formation of product availability, ease of obtaining products, and fast food. Partially, the promotion variable has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with the orientation of introducing products, techniques to attract consumers, offering product advantages, promotional content carried out by UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata in Pakis District, Malang Regency.Keyword: Marketing Channels, Disributions Channels, Promotion, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the impact of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, ROA and Company Size on CSR disclosure in Property & Real Estate manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study is the property & real estate manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019, which are 65 companies. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 14 companies that matched the criteria in the property & real estate manufacturing sub-sector companies. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously institutional ownership, managerial ownership, return on assets (ROA) and firm size have no effect on CSR disclosure. Partially shows that (1) Institutional Ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (2) Managerial Ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (3) Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (4) Firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure. Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Return On Assets (ROA), Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to describe the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI), to determine the influence of the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI) with a sample size of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that employees of PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI) agreed on all research variables, namely Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to test the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Profit Growth in Banking Companies in 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population used is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the research period. The selection of samples is determined by purposive sampling to obtain as many as 12 companies. The results showed that ROA had a positive and significant effect on profit growth, ROE had a negative and insignificant effect on NPM profit growth had a positive and insignificant effect on profit growth, and DPR had a negative and insignificant effect on profit growth. The results of this study using the t test showed that ROA, ROE, NPM, and DPR partially affected profit growth. The coefficient of determination show that the variables ROA, ROE, NPM, and DPR partially affect the 32.1% Profit Growth. Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Profit Growth.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the potential of Instagram and relationship marketing on consumer buying interest in the industrial era 4.0. The development of science and technology to date can provide convenience and assistance for humans to become entrepreneurs. In order for the business to run according to plan, the company must utilize technology well and always develop innovative ways to achieve the expected goals.This study uses a sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 90 respondents from using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the Instagram variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Together, Instagram and relationship marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.. Keywords: social media instagram, relationship marketing, custoner buying interest
