Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the store atmosphere and quality of service to customer loyality. The sample in this study was taken as much 75 respondents and the technique used Accidental Sampling. The data in this study using a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. The results of this study can be concluded that store atmosphere and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyality either partially or simultaneously. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Customer Loyality

Abstract

Abstract                                              The development of free markets in the world has made entrepreneurs to always update every product they produce. Starting from the quality, distribution to the price of the product. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, distribution channels, and price on consumer purchasing decisions in Bandung Super Model Malang simultaneously and partially, and look for dominant variables. The type of research used is explanatory research. This research was conducted on Consumers Bandung Super Model Jalan Raya Sengkaling Malang. The time of the research was carried out in October 2020 - January 2021. The population in this study was the consumers of the Bandung Super Model Malang with a total of 500 people. While the sample size in this study was 96 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variables of product quality, distribution channels, and marketing strategies simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Partially or individually the variables of product quality, distribution channels, and price affect consumer purchasing decisions in Bandung Super Model Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Distribution Channels, price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style, human relations, and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Sumenep Regency. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, there are 3 independents used, namely leadership style, human relations, and work discipline. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Sumenep Regency. The sample in this study was taken as a whole. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, human relations, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. While partially human relations have a significant effect on employee performance, but leadership style and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, human relations, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThe shift in consumer behavior in Indonesia is the main influence of increasing consumer demand. Consumer behavior tends to be impulsive, and this is especially true for consumers at toko UD pokok berkah Malang. This study aims to examine the relationship between impulse buying, price discounts, bonus packs, and store atmosphere. The sample consists of 100 respondents where they are selected by purposive sampling. Characteristics of respondents, for example, they live in the city of Malang, they have shopped at toko UD pokok berkah, respondents aged 15-45 years. Analysis using analisis regresi linear berganda on SPSS20. It was found that the discount price, bonus pack, and store atmosphere had a simultaneous effect on impulse buying, while for a partial effect only bonus packs had no effect on impulse buying. Keyword: price discount, bomus pack, store atmosphere, impulse buying

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance both in quality and quantity enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. This test aims to test the extent of the influence of resilience, career path and employee skills on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Simultaneously, the variable resilience, career path, and employee skill had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) partially, the resilience variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) the career path variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (4) employee skill variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the higher the employee performance. On the other hand, the lower the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the lower the employee performance. Keywords : Resiliensi, Career Path, Employee Skill, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image on purchasing decisions on shopping applications at shopee. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2017 Islamic University of Malang who have made purchases in the shopping application at shopee. The method of data collection used in this study was a questionnaire which was distributed to 80 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The independent variables consist of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image while the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision which is measured using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously show that viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, viral marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords : Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image, purchase decision.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation of the village fund policy on the effectiveness of the village budget in empowering the community's economy during the covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with village head informants and village officials. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village fund policy in the Tajinan village during the Covid-19 period went quite smoothly. And the effectiveness of the village fund budget in empowering the community's economy during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tajinan village is quite effective. The realization of the village budget in 2019 to 2020 has changed. Community empowerment funds in 2019 were used to improve health facilities and infrastructure in the Tajinan village. Community empowerment funds in 2020 were diverted for disaster management and emergency funds. In accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 8 of 2020 regarding Covid-19 response villages and the confirmation of the Village Cash Intensive Work. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness ratio, it appears that the village fund budget allocated for the handling and prevention of COVID-19 has been effective. The community in Tajinan Village was given socialization about the COVID-19 pandemic. And the village has also created a new program, namely a resilient village so that the community remains stable and awake despite the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: village fund policy, village budget effectiveness, community economic empowerment, covid-19

Abstract

AbstractOil and gas exploration and production activities are a strategic and potential industry for the Indonesian people. The availability of oil and gas as an energy source is one of the main factors in increasing a nation's income. In 2017, the cost recovery scheme was changed to gross split. The background for changing PSC cost recovery to gross split is because cost recovery is considered ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, a study was conducted which aims to determine the fiscal analysis used by the government in regulating oil and gas with the gross split regime approach and PSC cost recovery and to find out which is more profitable between the two methods used, namely PSC cost recovery and gross split. The fiscal analysis carried out by the government in oil and gas exploitation in Indonesia is to divide the fiscal terms for the two regimes, cost recovery and gross split, so that the take taken by the government and contractors is not mutually beneficial and fair. As well as comparing cashflow schemes between cost recovery and gross split, as well as conducting an economic analysis to obtain the results of which scheme is more feasible to be applied in Indonesia. Keywords: Production Sharing Contract, Gross Split, Cost Recovery, Fiscal Terms

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at UMKM NILAKANDI Catering in Sidoarjo Regency mediated by readiness to change. The population used is all employees, amounting to 169 people. While the sample used in this study because it uses a saturated sampling technique, the sample taken is all 169 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and using a questionnaire as a data collection technique.Through this research, it can be concluded that leadership and readiness to change have a direct and significant influence on employee performance, transformational leadership is able to provide a direct and significant influence on readiness to change, transformational leadership does not indirectly have a significant effect on employee performance of UMKM NILAKANDI Catering Sidoarjo Regency through readiness to change as a mediating variable.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Readiness to Change, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims the effect of capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure on the financial performance of case studies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables used to measure the capital adequacy ratio, namely capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure. And the dependent variable in this study is financial performance. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 193 manufacturing companies and the samples in this study were taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria and obtained a sample of 95 manufacturing companies. The data collection method used is the documentation method, namely by recording or documenting the data listed in the annual report at (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study state that simultaneously capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Partially, capital expenditure, profitability, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance.
