Abstract

AbstractThis study presents the importance of the role of alumni in self-development efforts towards the independence of santripreneur. Even though extensive studies on the role of Pesantren alumni have been discussed, few discussions on the areas of self-development efforts towar ds santripreneurs have been paid. For this reason, this study aims to explore the role of alumni of the Gontor Islamic boarding school in an effort to develop themselves towards the independence of santripreneurs. This study employs a qualitative reseach design using a case study approach. Four participants the Gontor Islamic Bording School alumni who are members of the Business Forum (FORBIS) of the Gontor Modern Pondok Families Association (IKPM) who are involved in various business fields were recruited. The result shows that the role of alumni who involved in the FORBIS forum gives significant contributions to the independence of santripreneur that involves business development, business enterpreneurship, business finance, and business marketing. It also gives a significant contribution in the society, goverment, boarding school, and self-development.    Keywords : Self-Development Towards Santripreneur Independence

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, advertising attractiveness and product quality on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow's beauty products. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach . by using the Malhotra theory to take a sample, namely the number of items X 5 so that the total sample was found to be 70. To complete this study using validity test, normality test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, and classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study are celebrity endorser variables, advertising attractiveness, and product quality simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. And partially the celebrity endorser variable has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on Ms Glow products. Keywords: Celebrity endorser, advertising appeal, product quality

Abstract

Abstract The retail industry is a growing industry in Indonesia, one of the retail industries in Indonesia is the Distribution Outlet or commonly known as Distro. In this increasingly competitive market condition, the retail industry needs to implement a strategy that must be properly designed, so that it will become a competitive advantage for retailers in winning the competition. One of the strategies used today is that the seller is the owner of the brand (brand) meaning the store sells and distributes its own brand of products. It is intended that consumers can only buy the store's brand. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price, store image, on perceived value and purchase intention of consumers of Persebaya Store Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used the Malhotra formula by purposive sampling. The sample used as many as 85 respondents who live in Sidoarjo. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Survey Program. The results of this study show the results directly and indirectly, namely Store Image has a direct effect on Perceived Value, while indirectly or through the Moderation variable Purchase Intention has no effect on Perceived Value. Keywords: Price, Store Image, Perceived Value, Purchase Intention

Abstract With the rapid development of technology and human lifestyles, they also experience developments or lifestyle improvements that ultimately have an impact on people's behavior that is too extravagant and always keeps up with the times, especially among students who always follow their ego in making decisions in considering their needs and needs. his desire to live a hedonistic life that makes students unable to manage their financial resources and manage their finances well, most students have not been able to control the expenses they make, leading to dependence on quality of life on individual capacity to manage financial affairs, the computerized economy in Indonesia is encountering extremely quick turn of events. particularly in monetary innovation (fintech). The improvement of fintech is supposed to affect financial development, both embracing ordinary and sharia frameworks, particularly during the monetary recuperation time frame during the Coronavirus pandemic. During the current pandemic, many companies are experiencing a financial decline where MSME owners must think in order to keep their finances stable, because The researcher wants to know the effect of financial management behavior in Rembang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is using explanatory research. According to this type, this research is included in the category of quantitative research. The reason for this study was to decide the impact of Monetary Information, Monetary Mentality and Locus Of Control on Monetary Administration Conduct. Abstract

Abstract A school is an educational organization that aims to frame the school's mission, manage teaching and learning, and train teachers as well as students to achieve the same goals. Nowadays, many schools identify the problem of "Human" because it plays a significant role in the organization. With policies that focus on human resources, the executives who are responsible for certain jobs and the recruitment system for human resource development will be determined. The purpose of this research is to describe the Attitude, Work Culture and Motivation, to know and analyze the effects of Attitude, Work Culture and Motivation, to know and analyze the effects attitude on teacher competence, To know and analyze the effects of work culture on teacher competence, to know and analyze the effects of motivation on teacher competence. Abstract

Abstract Student organizations are a vehicle and a means of fostering students to increase knowledge and improve their intellectual and personal well-being in order to achieve university goals. One of the most important aspects of organizational life is the quality of leadership. Leadership has the responsibility to motivate members to achieve organizational goals, whereas leading an organization shows the relationship between leaders and members and how leaders lead their goals. This study aims to determine and measure the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of BEM FEB UNISMA administrators. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive casual research. The population in this study is the administrators/members of the Student Executive Board of FEB UNISMA. In taking this sample using saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, the sample was the entire management of the BEM FEB Islamic University of Malang for the 2020-2021 period consisting of the Daily Management Board, Internal Division, External Division, Talent Interest Division, Media Division, and Education Division, totaling 50 administrators. The results showed that leadership style, motivation and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of the BEM FEM UNISMA management. Keywords: Management Performance, Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for fragrant shoots (a case study on economics and business students in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study revealed 70 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, statistical test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable on purchasing decisions, and the independent variables are brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect. Partially, it is shown that the variables of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable for the case study of fragrant shoots tea products for students of the economics and business faculty in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and organizational structure on the performance of HimaProdi Unisma Management. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents with the technique used in this study purposive sampling. The results showed that the results of the f test of communication and organizational structure simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. From the results of the t-test analysis, it is known that the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on performance and the organizational structure variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.  Keywords: communication, organizational structure, performance

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of entrepreneurship education, family support and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a population of 2018 management students who have taken entrepreneurship education courses totaling 518 students while the number of samples used in this study amounted to 83 students. The methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, family support affects interest in entrepreneurship, achievement motivation does not affect interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that entrepreneurship education, family support and achievement motivation have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Family Support, Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest.
