Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and time management on employee performance. The independent variables used are leadership style, work motivation and time management, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 49 respondents who were employees of CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, time management affects purchasing decisions. Leadership style, work motivation and time management simultaneously affect employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Time Management And Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the effect of Village Original Income (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Revenue Sharing Taxes and Retribution (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector (Case Study in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency). The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR on village spending on education in Bringin village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The independent variables in this study were PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR, while the dependent variable was village spending on education. The object of this research is the village income and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2015-2021 period. The data for this research are from the Bringin village office, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. In the interpretation of this research, it is shown that PADes, DD, and BHPR have a positive and significant influence on village spending on education. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (a case study on Clodia Outfit customers). The population in this study were customers who had made a purchase at Clodia Outfit. The sample used the Malhotra theory so that 90 respondents were obtained according to the criteria, the research method used purposive sampling with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results showed that simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. And partially the product quality variable has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer bonding variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the customer satisfaction variable has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Bonding, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Educational Background and Selection on Employee Performance Study on KUD Pakis Malang employees. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study were 33 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The variables used in this study are the performance variable (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Recruitment, Education Background, and Selection of Employee performance. The results of this study conclude that the variables of recruitment, educational background and selection have an effect both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Recruitment, Educational Background, and Selection.

Abstract

Abstract    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and quality of information systems on Grab customer satisfaction. The population in this study are Grab customers at the Unisma Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample used is some students with the respondents being Grab customers. The technique used in sampling is a technique by using the selected sample is 67 respondents. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used are simultaneous hypothesis testing (f), coefficient of determination (R2), and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the Adjusted R value was obtained at 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the partial test results, three variables affect customer satisfaction, service quality (sig = 0.045), price (sig = 0.005) and information system quality (sig = 0.030) affect customer satisfaction.          Keywords: the effect of service quality and price on custumer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The development of the music industry (Sound System) in the East Java area is currently progressing very busy, especially in the Pasuruan Regency area. The increasing number of events and celebrations in Pasuruan district has led to an increasing demand and interest in the sound system. This can lift the sound system rental business into a fairly large business opportunity and is popular with many people, both young and old. Based on several advantages of Facebook social media, many marketers are optimizing the role of Facebook to influence consumer behavior in intending to rent a sound system, because the operation is very easy and many use Facebook social media to upload news or get news regarding a celebration event or do sound checks with order model that is skyrocketing or much-loved at this time. In Si Doel's sound system, apart from doing direct marketing or putting up banners in front of his house, they also use Facebook social media to post some activities or create stories on Facebook, so that it becomes a place to market their sound system business. This research uses an explanatory type of research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that social media marketing facebook has a positive and significant effect on consumer rental interest, social media marketing facebook has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior on consumers, there is no influence of consumer behavior on consumer rental interest, there is a negative influence of social media marketing facebook on consumers. consumer rental interest through consumer behavior on the sound system consumer of Si Doel Pasuruan.Keywords : Sosial Media Marketing Facebook, Minat Sewa Konsumen, Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the training, motivation, compensation and performance of employees and to analyze the effect of training, motivation, compensation on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank XXX Malang City Service, Operations and Support section totaling 61 people and the sample used is a saturated sample, namely all employees of PT. Bank XXX Malang City Service, Operations and Support. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training, motivation and compensation had a significant effect on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Compensation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of the system of recruitment, selection, and placement of work positions on the quality of employee performance which focuses on improving the quality of performance. This research was conducted at the company PT. Indra Karya Persero Division Engineer 1, Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research used a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Human resource planning consists of, recruitment, selection, and placement of work positions. The strategy carried out by PT. Indra Karya Persero Division Engineer 1 Malang observes the effectiveness of recruitment, selection, and job placement in order to provide quality human resources to the company. Abstract

Abtsract This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, the data sample is 37 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously work environment, work motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation also has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, career development, and maintenance of human resources on employee performance at PT Rajawali 1 PG Krebet Baru, either simultaneously or partially. The analytical method used in this research is explanatory research and uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire from a population of 51 employees and the sample used is 51 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study state that the variables of organizational culture, career development, and maintenance of human resources simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, meaning that if the organizational culture is getting better, the performance will increase. Career development has no effect on employee performance, meaning that career development has no effect on employee performance. HR maintenance affects employee performance, meaning that if HR maintenance is getting better, performance will increase. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Career Development, Maintenance Of Human Resources, Employee Performance.
