Abstract

AbstractDigital advertising is currently a trend in society, one of which is advertising through social media such as Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsers and advertisements on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products in Malang City. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of Malang City residents who buy skin care products who are active followers of Ms Glow's Instagram account (Have interacted with Ms Glow's account such as; Like, Comment, Share, Save, and Repost) and purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data were then analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser partially had no significant effect on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products. While advertising partially has a significant effect on the product of interest in buying MS Glow treatment. Celebrity Endorser and Advertisement variables simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products., Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Advertising, MS Glow

Abstract

Abstract This researcher aims to find out (1) the influence of Brand Ambassador on consumer buying interest, (2) the influence Discount on consumer buying interest, the population in this research is Unisma students of the Faculty of Economics and Business 2018 who are consumers at Tokopedia, the number of samples is 90 respondents, the selection technique The sample used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, namely multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and assumption test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador variable Discount has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest which is 0.000 <0.05.  Keyword : Brand ambassador, discount, and consumer buying interest.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze financial literacy, access to capital and the use of Fintech on the performance of MSMEs in Batu City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study was 93 MSME actors in Batu City, the culinary sub-sector based on data from the Batu City PLUT in 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was Non-probability sampling with a census/total sampling technique. So that all the population in this study becomes the sample that will be used. The results of this study indicate that partially the financial literacy variable affects the performance of MSMEs, the access to capital variable does not affect the performance of MSMEs, and the variable use of FinTech affects the performance of MSMEs. Keyword : Access to Capital, Financial Literacy, MSME Performance, Use of Fintech

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, ability and work experience on performance in the batik industry of Gedog H.M Sholeh Kerek Kab. Tuban. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. Non Probability Sampling technique to take samples, which is a sampling method when all members of the population are used as a sample of 40. To solve the problem in this study, use validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, distribution and promotion on sales volume. The sample used in this study was 73 respondents who were UD consumers. Sari Bumi while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the product has a positive and significant effect on sales volume as well as prices, promotions and distribution to UD consumers. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of influencers, promotions and prices on purchasing decisions for Avoskin skincare products. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study was 96 respondents from the 2017-2019 FEB students. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that: (1) Influencers have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Avoskin skincare products for 2017-2019 FEB UNISMA students. (2) Promotion has a negative effect on purchasing decisions for Avoskin skincare products for 2017-2019 FEB UNISMA students. (3) Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Avoskin skincare products for 2017-2019 FEB UNISMA students. Keywords: Influencer, Promotion, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study to find out the effect of owner’s equity and foreign equity on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at Desa Candirengo, Kecamatan Singosari, Malang. The population of this study were rooster breeders in Desa Singosari totally 31 breeders and with a sample totally 15 breeders. The research was quantitative research using secondary data to collect the data, namely the financial report of the breeders. The financial report used are six times on harvests and in one harvest for two months. The data analysis method in this study used the normality test and the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that intern equality and extern equality have a positive influence on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at Desa Candirengo, Kecamatan Singosari, Malang. Keyword: Owner’s Equality, Foreign Equality, profitabilty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources and the use of information technology on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The population in this study were all employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a total sample of 48 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach (Explanatory Research). Based on testing using the analysis of the simultaneous F test, the results of the study show that there is a significant effect between the X variable (quality of human resources and the use of technology) simultaneously on the Y variable (employee performance) in employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan, and the partial t test results. The research shows that the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan and the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media TelematikaLamongan. Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Utilization Of Information Technology, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes and Islamic Ethics in Financial Management on Financial Management Behavior. The population used in this study is the Entrepreneur of RPMR Malang Raya. The technique used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. The variables in this study are Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Islamic Ethics in Financial Management and Financial Management Behavior. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire given to customers and the library, namely from journals and articles. The analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study explain that the financial knowledge variable has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the Financial Attitude variable has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the Islamic Ethics variable in Financial Management has an effect on Financial Management Behavior. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Financial Distress
