Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of service quality, promotion and brand image on Geprek customer loyalty, Sis Rose on Pmii Cadre Rayon Alfarabi, Islamic University Malang Commissariat. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods. the population in this study amounted to 200 respondents and the sample amounted to 67 respondents using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between service quality variables and brand image except promotion variable  with , simultaneously the variable service quality promotion and brand image has a significant effect and partially only promotions that have no significant effect dont signifcant effect.Keywords: service quality promtional creafity and brand image on employed customer servies

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the cooperative village unit of the fern, partially or jointly. The population and sample are all administrators, amounting to 35 people. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 17. Sampling technique using questionnaire dissemination methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity, reliability, normality, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testing . The analysis shows that the performance of employees in KUD Pakis is less than the maximum. resulting in inefficient work.Keywords: work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance

Abstract

Abstract  The objective of this research is to influence of lifestyle and Social groups on purchasing decisions services Go – Jek  at Universty of Islam Malang. This research is quantitative aiming for partial significant influence and simultaneously. The respondents number who used a total of 100 respondents who are all students of Unisma  Malang. This research method is tested with validity and reliability test. The classical assumption used normality assumption test, multicollinearity assumption test, heteroscedasticity assumption test, and linearity assumption test. It is also used multiple linear regression, and test the hypothesis that F test, t test, and test the dominant. The results showed significant effect simultaneously between lifestyle variables and Social group on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Social groups, Lifestyle, on purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT         This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, asset structure and firm size on the capital structure of a banking sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is the 2015-2017 go public banking company of 43 companies, and the sample is 31 companies. Data collection through financial report data available on the IDX. Data analysis in this study uses the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The sampling method with purposive sampling. The researcher used several tests including descriptive test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially the asset structure does not significantly influence the capital structure because it is caused by the type of assets that can be guaranteed, and the fixed assets owned by the company are not so many multipurpose assets that are not so guaranteed while the profitability and size of the company significantly influence the capital structure. Together, it shows that profitability, asset structure and company size have a significant effect on capital structure.Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size and Capital Structure

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted for knowing how much the effect of leadership style, communication, and work environment to the performance of PT. PP. Properti, Tbk Project Begawan Malang Employees. In order to know how much the effect of independent variables toward dependent variable either partially or stimultaneously, this research was conducted with several methods in data examining. The result was that leadership style, communication, and work environment had stimultaneously a directly proportional and gave positive effect and the most significant effect of those three variables toward employees performance was communication. It can be showed from the value of two other variables which were lower. While independent variable showed a directly proportional and gave positive and significant effects, except leadership style (X1).  Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe work commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction, and employee performance at the Batu City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency and to investigate whether work commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially affect employee performance Batu City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency or not. This study involved 51 of 51 employees as a sample. The sampling technique is saturated sample, which considers all elements or categories in the population to be selected as a sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire and document analysis. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) work commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance, (2) work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: work commitment, work motivation, job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Current economic developments encourage competition in various sectors, especially in the same type of business, namely retail. The tight of competition make businesses compete in increasing sales to obtain the expected profitability. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the purchasing decisions of consumers. The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence of independent variables of word of mouth, the quality of service, product quality, and location through the dependent variable is a purchase decision.This research used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The technique of sampling in this study using accidental sampling method. The number of samples obtained by 7.600 consumers Bandung Super Model stores located in Dinoyo Malang. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques.The results of this study indicate that the variable word of mouth, the quality of service, product quality, and the location has a positive influence and significant on purchasing decisions to Bandung Super Model  stores in Dinoyo Malang, either partially or simultaneously.Keyword : Word of mouth, service quality, product quality, location, purchasing decision
