Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on organizational performance. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population is the management of the Student Activity Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business (UAM), while the sample used is the Student Association of the Management, Accounting and Banking Studies Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 18.977 + 0.758X1 + 0.845X2 + 0.439X3 + e, and the test of this study used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture influences organizational performance, motivation influences organizational performance, and commitment influences organizational commitment. While simultaneously organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment affect organizational performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTStudents are confronted with many choices of qualified organizations also have their respective advantages. No exception on the Malang Islamic University Campus, Malang Islamic University does have three extra-campus organizations, namely PMII, HMI and GMNI. However, Malang Islamic University is the largest PMII regeneration barn in Malang. Reasons for Malang Islamic University to become the largest PMII regeneration barn in Malang because this campus is an NU campus and of course PMII is an organization based on Ahlusunnah wal Jama'ah and PMII is one of the student organizations formed to supply young intellectuals In this study there are two functions variable is the dependent variable (independent) and the independent variable (dependent). Dependent variables are variables that are influenced or explained by independent variables, while independent variables are variables that can affect other variables. Where this research is a study of primary data through a questionnaire. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression by conducting classical assumption tests, correlation coefficients and determination coefficients and testing hypotheses namely f test and t test.The results of the research conducted that the advertisement variables influence the decision making of students choosing the PMII organization (Rayon Al-Farabi FEB Unisma) and the personal selling variable influences the students' decision making in choosing the PMII organization (Rayon Al-Farabi FEB Unisma). The results of this study can provide information to rayon administrators about the influence of advertising and personal selling on the management of rayon AL-Farabi and also for further researchers so that they can add other variables that can influence student decision making that are not examined by researchers.Keywords: Advertising; Personal Selling

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe and analyze the effect of empowerment and work environment on the productivity of targeted households in BUMDesa Sejahtera Customs Village simultaneously or partially by statistical tests. The sample consisted of 59 target household members from a population of 142 target household members. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires and supporting data. In analyzing the data, this study was assisted by SPSS version 25. The analytical tools used in this study included the instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed that partially empowerment had a negative effect on the productivity of the target households, while the work environment had a positive effect on the productivity of the target households of BUMDesa Sejahtera Desa Pabean. A simultaneous ceremony showed that empowerment and the work environment had a positive effect on the productivity of target households in BUMDesa Sejahtera, Customs Village.Keywords: Empowerment, Work Environment, Productivity

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of merchandise, an atmosphere store and price discount against impulse buying. The population of this study is the entire consumer ramayana department store poor. The sample sampling could be taken using the acidentity al sampling method where sample taking is based on chance and total getting from the valuation is 100 samples of people. It uses multiple linear regression models. In this research suggests merchandise, sotre atmospher and price discount influence impulse buying. Merchandise bears a significant positive impact on impulse playing. Atmosphere store has a significant positive effect on impulse buying. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Trust and Service Quality on purchasing decisions, the sample of this study are students from Banyuwangi who are studying at UNISMA. For data collection using a questionnaire, to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistical test and t statistical test, the coefficient of determination test in the IBM Social Sciences Statistics Package (SPSS) Version 16.0.From the results of calculations with SPSS that are promotion variables, trust and service quality simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions. While partially the promotion variables, trust and service quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion; Trust; Quality of Service; Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstrak This research was aimed to analyze the effect of profitability (NPM) and Leverage (DER) variables on dividend policy (DPR) partially. The population used of this study is manufacturing commodity sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. In addition, the sample used of this study was purposive sampling technique. In another side, the population that contribute of this study consist of 54 data from 18 companies over 3 years period. The data collection used of this study is the documentation of the financial reports of the manufacturing companies in the consumer commodity sector listed on the IDX while the analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the T test.The results of the study explain that the variable Profitability by using a Net Profit Margin (NPM) proxy has a significant positive effect on dividend policy using a Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Leverage proxy using a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy that does not have a significant effect on dividend policy utilizing the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) proxy.  Keyword : profitabilitas, Leverage, dan kebijakan dividen
