Abstract

Dalam hal memahami hadis Nabi, ada beberapa buku yang membahasnya salah satunya adalah buku Paradigma Baru Memahami Hadis Nabi karya Arifuddin Ahmad. Buku yang lahir dari disertasi Arifuddin Ahmad ini adalah penelitian yang menyoroti pembaruan pemikiran Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail dalam membicarakan persoalan hadis. Arifuddin Ahmad dalam menulis buku ini, bahwa ia memfokuskan diri untuk mengangkat corak pemikiran Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail tentang hadis Nabi saw. dalam menyikapi perkembangan zaman, khususnya di Indonesia. Untuk mengetahui corak pemikiran Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail, maka kajian diarahkan kepada pemikirannya yang berkaitan dengan kaidah kesahihan sanad dan matan hadis, serta kecenderungan pendekatan yang digunakannya dalam memahami hadis Nabi saw.

Abstract

Abstract

This article discusses the history and rules or theoretical basis of al-jarh} wa al-ta'di>l as a branch of science that has an important role in the science of hadith. In this article, there are two important topics that will be the subject of discussion, namely, those related to the history of the science of al-jarh} wa al-ta``di>l and the rules of al-jarh} wa al-ta'di>l. Therefore, it is necessary to explain this so as not to cause a mistake in understanding it by conducting a historical study based on a literature review. So the conclusion is that al-jarh} wa al-ta'di>l started at the time of the Prophet. and continues to grow until the generation of tabi' al-ta>bi'i>n, even after. The rule of al-jarh} wa al-ta'di>l is a method or analytical knife used for problem solving in criticizing the sanad of hadith which is the object of research. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of tasamuh hadith in Maradekaya Village. This type of research is qualitative which is presented descriptively. The research took place from April to September 2021. The primary data sources in this study were religious leaders, religious instructors, and the community, both Muslim and non-Muslim. Secondary data include books, magazines, newspapers, television, radio, and other relevant written works—methods of collecting data through observation and interviews. The research instruments used were cameras, voice recorders, pens, and notebooks. Data analysis was carried out by means of data condensation, data presentation, data triangulation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that even though people do not understand and have not memorized the tasamuh hadith, it can be concluded that the tasamuh hadiths have been implemented well in Maradekaya Village, Makassar City because people understand each other between religious adherents, give each other the right and freedom to worship according to their beliefs. each. Also, live side by side safely and peacefully. The implication of this research is that many terms related to Islamic fiqh are not yet known in the community, such as tasamuh. There has also been no massive movement to promote the hadith about tasamuh. It is recommended that hadith as a second legal basis must be adequately socialized, not primarily in social relations only in universities but also in the general public.

Abstract

This study describes the thoughts of the Afghan-born Muhammad Hashim Kamali about mukhtalif al-hadith. The purpose of this study is to reveal in depth the thoughts of Kamali and to elaborate the study of mukhtalif al-hadith while comparing it with the thoughts of other scholars. Literature study became the main method of this research and resulted in the finding that Kamali's theory of mukhtalif al-hadith was colored by his educational background as a law graduate. Kamali traces the direct intersection between the theory of the study of the settlement of the arguments that intersect in the study of hadith by using the theoretical approach of ushul fiqh. Of course, these findings reveal that there is a close relationship between the study of ushul and the study of hadith.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salāfy merupakan gerakan pemurnian akidah yang terinspirasi dari pengikut-pengikut sahabat pad garis pertama. Mereka ini memiliki metodologi berfikir dan berargumentasi berlandaskan Alquran dan Hadis. Salāfy sebagai sebuah Gerakan pemurnian pertamakali disebarkan di Indonesia pada Abd ke-18 oleh Haji Sumanik dan Haji Piambang. Gerakan pemurnian ajaran Islam uyang mereka sebarkan, memiliki geneologi yang sama dengan kelompok pengikut Imam Bonjol. Tulisan ini mendalami eksistensi Salāfy dalam memaknai hadis sebagai sumber argumentasi kedua setelah Alquran dengan metode study wacana. Ditemukan bahwa akar argumentasi kelompok Salāfy mengikuti manhaj Imām Aḥmad bin Ḥanbal yang menganjurkan pemakaian hadis ḍaīf ketimbang akal fikiran. Hal tersebut berdampak pula pada pola pemahaman mereka terhadap hadis yang cenderung tekstual Kata Kunci : Aktualisasi, Salafy, Hadis.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kitab Sunan Ibn Majah sebagai sebuah literatur klasil yang memiliki peran penting dalam pelacakan terhadap hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. Artikel ini akan berfokus pada dua bahasan utama yaitu, Biografi Ibn Majah selaku penulis dan gambaran umum kitab Sunan Ibn Majah. Oleh karena itu, perlu kiranya memaparkan hal tersebut agar mendapatkan gambaran umum terkait dengan Sunan Ibn Majah dengan melakukan telaah historis berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sunan Ibn Majah yang ditulis oleh Ibn Majah al-Qazwaini adalah seorang ulama yang tekun dalam menuntut ilmu dengan melakukan lawatan ke berbagai wilayah. Karya momentalnya adalah Sunan Ibn Majah yang merupakan kitab yang menghimpun hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad saw., Perbedaan persepsi terjadi dikalangan ulama pada aspek kualitas hadis dan kuantitas hadis yang termuat dalam Sunan Ibn Majah.

Abstract

Ijon is a form of buying and selling transactions that are commonly carried out by the community and is a form of buying and selling which causes differences of opinion. This study attempts to analyze in depth the existence of bonded trading by examining hadith. It was found that the hadiths that talk about the practice of bondage are of valid quality and become a legal basis that is strong enough to abolish the practice of buying and selling debt bondage. By using the research method of takhrij hadith in lafzi and thematically, the related hadiths are of valid quality. Thus, the basic argument for declaring the invalidity of bonded trading is very strong

Abstract

The misunderstanding of the text "al-nikāḥ sunnatī, fa man ragiba 'an sunnatī fa laisa minnī" is the starting point of this research. This text is claimed by many to be a hadith text, whereas there is not a single hadith text that contains this text in the same wording. In terms of understanding, the word "sunnah" in the text is usually understood in the sense of fiqh, if done gets a reward, if abandoned is not sinful, the text "fa man ragiba" is understood as who does not marry, and the text "fa laisa minnī" is understood as who does not marry has left Islam. This research is descriptive qualitative which relies on its data sources from written data (library research). The collected data is analyzed using the theory of naqd al-ḥadīth to determine whether the text is a hadith or not and determine its quality, while to understand the text, the theory of fiqh al-ḥadīth is used. The question to be answered is how the misunderstanding of the text "al-nikāḥ sunnatī, fa man ragiba 'an sunnatī fa laisa minnī". This study found that the text under study is not a hadith text, but a riwāyat bi al-ma'nā of another hadith text. The understanding that the law of marriage is sunnatī in the fiqh sense is erroneous, because the word sunnatī in the Hadīth text means the actions performed by the Prophet; the text "fa man ragiba" should be interpreted as rejecting marriage, because what is prohibited is the notion of al-tabattul and gamophobia; while "fa laisa minnī" means that the person who does not marry does not perform the actions performed by the Prophet, not that the person leaves Islam.

Abstract

This paper discusses the practice that is most loved by Allah, by using the form of tahlili hadith to the hadits of ‘Aisyah. It can be understood that Rasulullah stipulates a middle attitude in doing good deeds to the extent of one’s ability that he can do continuously, because the practice is most loved by Allah is a practice tha is done continuously even if it’s a little. This is what the prophet Muhammad taught as narrated from other hadiths that his practice is always done continuously. This hadith also explains the prohibition of breaking someone from the practice he is doing, by him Rasulullah. Encourages his people to do a little practice so as not to burden someone and not make him feel bored so that he can continue to do it continuously.
