Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to implement the Hadith of Prayer Education for Children at SIT Al -Biruni Mandiri, Kec.Rappocini, Makassar City, South Sulawesi?. The main problem is divided into several sub-problems: 1) What is the content of the hadith regarding prayer education for children? 2) What are the obstacles to the hadith regarding prayer education for children? 3) How to apply the hadith on prayer education to children at SIT Al -Biruni Mandiri, Kec.Rappocini, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative (qualitative field research) with a hadith and psychology approach. The data collection methods used are data sources (primary and secondary), observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are 13 hadith paths as a whole to pray for children. The researcher limits the nine books, namely seven narrations, through 2 companions and tabiin from 4 mukharrij. The quality of the hadith regarding the command to pray for children is considered valid because it meets the criteria for valid hadith, sanad, and matan. Based on research analysis of the results of interviews, educators who teach their students to pray have, based on what is in the hadith, to familiarize or provide lessons related to prayer to their students, especially grades one through three. In grade four, students are approaching ten years old, so students who break the rules will be punished, including memorizing short surahs and picking up trash. Through this thesis, it is hoped that parents and teachers will provide more intensive and continuous guidance and supervision to the children they are responsible. The presence of children in the school environment, which is only a few hours a day, only partially allows teachers to provide valuable education, including religious education. Therefore, an educational collaboration between parents and schools is needed so that children are expected to be serious about applying it to everyday life.

Abstract

The main problem which is the focus point of this study is focused on the criticism of sanad, the purpose of which is to find out the truth of hadith from the point of view of authenticity and originality. Then the hadith scholars have attempted to classify and distinguish the hadiths that really come from the Prophet from human words that speak on behalf of the Prophet under the guise of false hadiths. Therefore, the presence of various terms or methods such as takhrij al-hadith greatly facilitates hadith reviewers in determining the status of hadith whether the hadith really originates from the Prophet or not. With this, it can be seen that the perfection of a hadith is if it fulfills the conditions, namely the sanad is continuous, narrated by a just person, narrated by a dhabit person, does not contain syadz or illat. The research method used is (library research) focused on books, books, journals, and applications such as Maktabah Syamilah, Hadis Shoft, Lidwa Pustaka, Tahzīb al-Kamāl fi al-Asmā' Rijāl, Tahzīb at-Tahzīb, Al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfādzi al-Hadīs al-Nabawī, and Mausu'ah al-Atrāf al-Hadīs al-Nabawī al-Syarīf. And the steps taken are using two takhrij methods 1) Takhrij by using the first pronunciation of the hadith matan, 2) Takhrij by using one of the pronunciations of the hadith matan.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to explore the correlation between the methodologies of fiqh al-Hadith and Sharh with the practical application of Hadith. The research utilized qualitative literature review methods to investigate how the methodologies of fiqh al-Hadith and Sharh relate to the application of Hadith. The findings revealed that the methodology of fiqh al-Hadith involves four key steps: linguistic analysis, critical evaluation, Hadith analysis, and selection of authentic or weak Hadiths. For instance, the Hadith about buying and selling narrated by Muslim no. 2786 and Bukhari no. 2020 is considered authentic due to the consistency in its chain of narrators and its relevance to the topic. The benefits of fiqh al-Hadith and Sharh methodologies include their ability to apply Hadiths such as those related to buying and selling as outlined in Muslim no. 2786 and Bukhari no. 2020.

Abstract

The sayings of the Prophet play a highly significant role as one of the two primary sources of Islam, crucial in constructing the foundation of the Islamic religion. Understanding the asbabul wurud (occasions of revelation) in hadith studies is considered equally important to comprehending the asbab an-nuzul (occasions of revelation) in the Quran, as both serve as the contextual core of an event. The study of asbabul wurud is critical in the discussion of hadiths, aiming to prevent misinterpretations of the intended meaning of a hadith. Unawareness of asbabul wurud can lead to misunderstandings, focusing solely on the textual meaning of the hadith and potentially resulting in incorrect interpretations. The research methodology employed is qualitative analysis with a library research approach. The focus of this study is on the analysis of writings discussing the asbabul wurud of a hadith. The research findings indicate that understanding the asbabul wurud of a hadith plays a crucial role in avoiding interpretative errors. The classification of asbabul wurud encompasses Quranic verses, hadiths, and related factors, such as events involving the companions. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of understanding asbabul wurud in the context of education, emphasizing that this knowledge can contribute positively to the accurate understanding of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

As the development of era, experts in hadith offer various interpretation techniques, for example intertextual techniques, that is studying the meaning of the editorial aspect of hadith by looking at munāsabah with the text of Qur’an and other meaningful hadiths. In this article, this technique was applied to the hadith regarding the prohibition of asking for a position, starting with searching and discussion about authenticity followed by studying the intertextuality of its meaning. The method used is qualitative with the type of literature study presented in an analytical descriptive method. The results of this study lead to the conclusion that the hadith regarding the prohibition of asking for this position is accepted as blasphemy. The study of the intertextuality of the hadith shows that in Islam, it is forbidden to have ambitions to get a position if it is not supported by force. The strong meaning does not only mean physically but also leadership skills, firmness, fairness and wisdom. The importance of strength in carrying out this task or mandate, is also implied in QS. Al-Qaṣaṣ verse 26. In this verse, it is told that the two daughters of Prophet Shu'aib as. asked their father to give certain tasks to the Prophet Mūsā as., because he was a young man who was "al-qawiy" which means strong or competent and "al-amīn" which means trustworthy or capable. Competence and capability in leading or assuming public affairs are necessary because if an affair is handed over to someone who is incapable and incompetent to take care of it, then failure and destruction will happen.

Abstract

In marriage, one of the individuals entitled to represent and administer the rights of a person is the Wali. In the case of a widow's marriage, the role of the guardian is crucial to ensure that the widow's rights are recognized and fulfilled. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with a sociological approach to examine the guardianship rights of widows. The field data is compared with the findings of hadiths that discuss the widow's guardianship using the tahlily method to analyze the hadith maānil. The research concludes that the traditions that explain the guardianship of a widow allow widows to choose their partners, but do not deny their guardianship rights. The relevant traditions clarify that widows have the authority to choose their partners even if their guardians do not approve of it, but the Prophet advised widows to respect the existence of their guardians even though they have been granted full rights
