Abstract

This article analyzes whether there is an influence of the Academic Administration Information System and Service Quality on Student Satisfaction. The article comes from quantitative, the population is 3,356, a sample of 44 students, the sample is simple random sampling, data collection, documentation, instrument testing, product moment correlation questionnaire validity test, Cronbach's alpha questionnaire reliability test, percentage data analysis techniques, normality test, hypothesis, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination test results show that: (1) Academic Administration Information Systems are generally in the medium category, namely (45%), (2) Service Quality is generally in the high category (48%), (3) the influence of X1 on Y 0.000 < 0.05, t 4,185 > 2,020 there is an influence, the influence of 23 it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is an influence (4) of 86.3%. Atikel ini menganalisis apakah terdapat Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Tata Usaha Akademik dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Artikel berasal dari kuantitatif, populasinya 3.356 sampel 44 mahasiswa, sampel simple random sampling, pengumpulan data, dokumentasi, uji coba instrument uji validitas angket korelasi product moment, uji reliabilitas angket alpha cronbach, teknik analisis data presentase, uji normalitas, hipotesis, uji t, uji F, uji koefesien determinasi hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sistem Informasi Tata Usaha Akademik secara umum kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak (45%), (2) Kualitas Pelayanan  secara umum berada pada kategori tinggi (48%), (3) pengaruh X1 terhadap Y 0,000 < 0,05, t 4.185 > 2.020 terdapat pengaruh, pengaruh X2 terhadap Y sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 nilai t 4.080 >2.020 terdapat pengaruh, secara simulta sebesar 0,000<0,05 nilai F hitung 129.662 > F tabel 3,23 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh (4) sebesar 86,3%.

Abstract

This article discusses the personality competency of Islamic religious education teachers in the formation of student character, and the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as how Islamic religious education teachers' efforts in the formation of student discipline character at SMP Negeri Ahmad Dahlan, Jambi City. This article comes from qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that there are indicators of personality competency possessed by teachers, including; acting in accordance with religious, legal, social and cultural norms, having noble morals, a stable personality, being mature and wise. Other indicators include; being authoritative, showing work ethic, and upholding the teacher's code of ethics. Artikel ini membahas tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat sekaligus bagaimana upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa di SMP Negeri Ahmad Dahlan Kota Jambi. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta analisis data yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya indikator tentang kompetensi kepribadian yang dimiliki guru antara lain; bertindak sesuai norma agama, hukum, sosial dan kebudayaan, berakhlak mulia, kepribadian yang stabil, dewasa dan arif. Indikator lainnya antara lain; beribawa, menunjukkan etos kerja, dan menjunjung tinggi kode etik guru.

Abstract

This article analyzes the leadership of Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools in the development of Islamic boarding school culture in Jambi Province. This article comes from a qualitative descriptive study with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the stages of data analysis are carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Kiai leadership is very much needed in the current era related to the competition between Islamic Boarding Schools in terms of recruiting new genius students. In addition, the Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools in Jambi Province are able to achieve local, national, and international achievements in the fields of religion, academics and sports from both teachers and students. All of this happened because the Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools had a spirit of trust and determination in managing the potential of Islamic Boarding Schools to become Islamic Boarding Schools. The development of Islamic Boarding School culture in the form of physical can be seen from the complete facilities and infrastructure by the Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools. Artikel ini menganalisis kepemimpinan Kiai Pondok Pesantren dalam pengembangan budaya pesantren di Provinsi Jambi. artikel ini berasal dari penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kiai sangat diperlukan pada era sekarang berkaitan dengan adanya persaingan antar Pondok Pesantren dalam hal perekrutan calon santri baru yang jenius. Di samping itu, para Kiai Pondok Pesantren yang berada di Provinsi Jambi mampu meraih prestasi lokal, nasional, serta internasional dibidang agama, akademik serta olahraga baik dari guru maupun dari santrinya. Semua itu terjadi karena Kiai Pondok Pesantren telah memiliki jiwa amanah dan keteguhan dalam mengelola potensi Pondok Pesantren menjadi Pondok. Adapun pembinaan budaya Pondok Pesantren berupa fisik dapat dilihat dari perlengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap oleh Kiai Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

This article reveals the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance at State Senior High School 26, Batam City District. This article comes from quantitative research by using 57 teachers as its population. Sampling using a simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with data analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah principal on teacher performance. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on teacher performance. In the end, there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah principal and motivation together on teacher performance. Artikel ini mengungkap pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 26 Kecamatan Batam Kota. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kuantitatif dengan menjadikan guru yang berjumlah 57 sebagai populasinya. Penarikan sampel memakai metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert dengan analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Pada akhirnya,  terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru.
