Abstract

Branding is an important factor in building the image of a tourism destination as a marketing strategy. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the branding of tourism destinations using social media, which plays a very important role in branding tourism destinations. Social media can be used to introduce sustainable tourism practices as a unique green destination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the similarities and differences betweenservice and trading companies' green accounting practices. PT BankMandiri (Persero) Tbk is used as a sample for service companies andPT Matahari Department Store Tbk is a sample for tradingcompanies. The method used descriptive comparative by comparingthe green accounting practices of the two companies disclosed in theirannual reports and sustainability reports. These two companies donot carry out production activities, but both provide quitecomprehensive environmental responsibilities. The two companiesrecycle waste, offer environmentally friendly products, reduce the useof plastic and paper, and work to reduce the negative effects ofgreenhouse gas emissions. The difference between the two lies inwhether or not a special team handles the environment and thedifferent components included in the details of environmentalmanagement costs.

Abstract

Companies in their management require capital as financing thatcan affect business sustainability. For this reason, consideration isneeded in choosing the source of capital funds. The purpose of thisstudy is to describe the determinants of optimal capital structure.Funding and fulfilling investment needs can be done from internalsources and external sources so that funding and equity decisionswithin a company are influenced by internal and external factorswithin the company's environment. The optimal proportion andbalance between the two sources of funds, both sources of owncapital funds and sources of foreign capital funds, is expected toprovide an optimum capital structure for the company. Thedecision to finance with debt can be made as needed by consideringthe risks.

Abstract

This study aims to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) forthe Procurement and Payment of Materials for PT XYZ, aconstruction services provider. The research method is qualitative anddescriptive, with data collected via interviews and observation.Interviews were conducted with the leadership (CEO) and employeesin five departments, namely: field (project), procurement(procurement), finance, cashier, and accounting. Then theobservation is done through direct observation. This researchproduced SOPs for material procurement and payment that weresuitable for PT XYZ.

Abstract

Traffic on the Internet. This suggests the presence of community or drivers ofconsumer choice for online products. This way we can get interesting researchon price, service quality, corporate image and word of mouth. This stujdy try todetermine the influence of factors influencing consumers' online choices. Thesampling in this research adopts intentional sampling technique, that is, thetechnique of determining samples according to certain standards. Criteria aremales and females aged 19-50 who are college students, students and employeesof Mataram City and have used Gojek or Grab app services. The Datacollection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is IBMSPSS Statistics 24. Result show that price, service quality, corporate image,and word of mouth components significantly effects consumers' onlinedecision-making.

Abstract

Education helps improve skills and knowledge, opens up employmentopportunities, improves quality of life, increases social awareness,and increases participation in society. The purpose of this study is tocritically analyse the contribution of educational background inimproving family economic growth. In this study using qualitativeresearch using a literature review approach with critical analysis. Inthis study found four things 1). The relationship between educationalbackground and economy in the eyes of the community, 2). Theweakness of education for underprivileged families. 3). Economicproblems for people who do not have education 4). The extent towhich education can improve the economic development of the family.5). The need for education and economy for financial progress. Thisresearch can be used as preliminary research so that furtherresearchers get more accurate results.
