Abstract

Sprite is a widely recognised beverage brand renowned for its popular carbonated soft drinks worldwide. Among the various marketing models available, there exists a multitude of models that include diverse data. However, Sprite is demonstrating a distinct approach. While the consumption of soda is not widely prevalent in Indonesia, Sprite has implemented extensive promotional strategies to target and captivate the market, particularly the younger demographic. This study employed the Krippendorf Content Analysis approach to examine the Sprite Digital marketing Communication operations on Social media. According to the official Instagram account of the corporation in question, there appears to be a singular focus on promoting sustainability, with a particular emphasis on the efforts undertaken by the Sprite brand. Therefore, Sprite's commitment to a specific marketing strategy aimed at a significant objective demonstrates their capacity for sustainable development. The intricacy of Sprite's operational processes is once again demonstrated through the utilisation of digital content analysis

Abstract

Education has goals that must be achieved by students, one of which plays an important role to achieve these goals is the teacher. And in this era of disruption full of global concerns, as it is today, PAI teachers play the most important role, especially in instilling the character values of caring for the environment in their students. Not only teachers, but several schools have also promoted their program as Adiwiyata schools and have even received awards, including SMP Alam Lampung. And the purpose of this study is to describe the role of PAI teachers in educating the character of caring for the environment in students at SMP Alam Lampung. The method used is qualitative with a field study approach, collecting data using observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. After the data has been collected, an analysis is carried out by checking the validity of the data by triangulating the sources and methods, and finally concluding. The results of the study show that the role of PAI teachers includes teaching, educators, trainers, mentors, and also role models for students to instill a caring character in the environment. This can work well because it is supported by the school's vision, activities, policies, appeals, and an adequate budget

Abstract

Through a survey of numerous articles connected to bulletin media in learning, this study intends to provide information on the utilization and development of bulletins as a learning medium. This study is classified as a literature review. The information data used was collected from scientific journals accredited by the Science and Technology Index (SINTA). The information was gathered by analyzing published data from 2016 through 2022. Researchers examined, analyzed, and collaborated to evaluate, assemble, and review the results. Choosing nine journal papers that investigate the use and development of bulletins as learning media. 9 articles were picked at random to represent the chosen theme research, namely the use and development of bulletin media. The literature review includes information on the title of the scientific article, the author, the source of the journal publication, the methods used, the findings, and the review's recommendations in describing specific concepts and explanations that are still missing from the essence of the scientific article. This scientific article review is meant to serve as a source of inspiration for educational progress through the use of various media in molding excellent education in accordance with national goals

Abstract

This study aims to test and explain the Effect of Internal Control and Compensation for the Performance of Temporary employees. The independent variable in this study is Internal Control and Compensation, while the dependent variable in this study is the Performance of Temporary employees. Data collection method used aquestionnaire. The data analysis used the descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regressionanalysis. This research also uses factor analysis to show the most influential indicators in one variable. The result of this study indicate that (1) the internal control variabel has t-count > t-tabel and significance value < significance level (2) compensation variable has t-count > t-table and significant value< signivicance level (3) internal control variable and compensation for the performance of Temporary employees has a value of t-count > f-table and a significant value of significance level.

Abstract

The mathematical abilities of students with reasoning are closely interrelated. The HOTS-type problem is an effort to improve reasoning ability. The ability of students to solve HOTS questions is still relatively low. Through a differentiated learning model, it is expected to help students in the learning process that suits their needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of differentiated learning models and describe the mathematical reasoning ability of students who have low, medium, and high abilities. This type of research is qualitatively descriptive with instruments in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires, test questions and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study show that differentiated learning can improve students' ability to reason. Four indicators of mathematical reasoning are, students' ability to present mathematical problems in the form of written statements, students' ability to make conjectures, students' ability to manipulate mathematics, and students' ability to draw conclusions from problems. Subjects with a high level of reasoning meet two indicators. Whereas subjects with moderate levels of reasoning met only three indicators and subjects with low levels of reasoning met only two indicators. Mathematics teachers should provide learning that is in accordance with the learning style of students and students should also do HOTS type questions more often.

Abstract

Strategic orientation refers to how organizations should interact with customers, competitors, technology, and other external factors to make optimal strategic choices. Research using four orientations simultaneously is still rarely done and given the importance of social capital in social enterprises, this study will analyze the effect of social capital as an intervening variable on the performance of KPRI. Based on this, this study aims to determine the effect of strategic orientation on KPRI performance with social capital as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative methods with path analysis and data analysis using the PLS Smart application. The results of the study resulted in the following findings; Entrepreneurial orientation. Market orientation Technology orientation has no effect, learning orientation has no effect on KPRI performance. Social capital has a significant influence on the performance of KPRI in Tulungagung Regency. Social capital is proven as an intervening variable affecting entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, technology orientation, learning orientation on KPRI performance. KPRI management is more risk averse to maintain financial balance so that the social mission of the cooperative is maintained. The majority of KPRI's business is savings and loans, KPRI members to meet urgent financial needs prefer to borrow from KPRI. The use of technology and learning orientation is still limited due to constraints on KPRI's resources. Improving cooperative performance can be done by the management by strengthening social capital in KPRI.
