Abstract

The education developed in Indonesia aims to make learning citizens (students) have four main characters, namely religious humans, individual humans, social humans, and citizens. Currently, a very serious social problem occurring around us is the destruction of the order of moral values or noble character (moral decadence). Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah is one of the three main components of education (tri-educational centers), namely the community, which operates in the religious sector and is organized by the community for the community (self-help community) which is concerned with the importance of character education. So this research aims to describe the implementation of Strengthening Character Education at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah Kanoman Karangnongko Klaten. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of strengthening character education at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah includes learning planning which refers to the philosophical basis to the empirical basis. Then the implementation of the process is manifested through a class-based approach, a culture-based approach at Madrasah Diniyah, and a community-based approach. Lastly is habituation which includes aspects of worship, behavior (character), and example.

Abstract

There should be no spelling, grammar, and expression errors in the language used. Most educators at the evaluation stage use the classical method, namely by practicing questions or written exams. However, this concept causes boredom for students so it reduces interest in learning and even affects their learning outcomes. In addition, the development of learning evaluation methods is irrelevant (stagnant). The purpose of this study was to find the effectiveness of the educandy application for evaluating Arabic language learning in terms of learning interest and learning outcomes of class VII students at Islamic Special Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Gondangrejo Karanganyar in 2021. This research included quantitative research using experimental methods. The Pre-Experimental research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design and used purposive sampling in sampling. Then a analyzed the data using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16. The results of this study stated that the use of the Educandy application was less effective on student learning outcomes. However, the use of the Educandy application in increasing student interest in learning is considered effective. This is evidenced by the results of the Independent Sample T-Test with a value of 0.72358 0.05 so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected.

Abstract

When the Prophet Muhammad was still alive, there were rarely any divisions among Muslims because he was a source of solutions in knowledge and charity when a problem occurred. However, when he died, little by little problems began to emerge that could not be resolved and the culmination occurred in the Siffin War, resulting in the emergence of various theological schools, one of which was the Khawarij. So this research aims to describe the flashbacks of the Khawarij sect in historical history. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach and then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the Khawarij sect emerged since there was a political conflict between Ali's ranks and Mu'awiyah's troops who held abstruse (tahkim) in the siffin war. Apart from that, in its development, the main doctrines of the Khawarij sect covered the ideological and social fields. From there, several prominent figures were born, including 'Abd al-Karim bin 'Ajrad the founder of the Al-'Ajaridah sect, Nafi'bin Al-Azraq the founder of Al-Azariqah, Ziad ibn Al-Ashfar the founder of Al-Shafariyah, Najdah bin Amir as the founder of Al-Najadat, and Abdullah bin Ibadh as the founder of Al –Ibadhiyyah. The most striking deviant teaching of the Khawarij sect is that it is easy to consider someone who is outside their group as an infidel, even though one creed condemns that person as having committed a major sin so that they deserves to be put in hell.

Abstract

Abstract: Transforming Islamic education to face the challenges of the 21st century is an important innovation to equip students to compete in the modern market. However, in its implementation, no clear steps have been found. This literature study aims to obtain information about what and how the demands of the 21st century have implications for the development of the Islamic Education curriculum, as well as alternatives to the transformation of Islamic education. Data were collected through a literature study and then analyzed using the content analysis method. The results showed that there are several alternatives to the reform of Islamic Education to welcome 21st-century skills, including adjusting the facilities and roles of teachers, developing 21st-century skills in teacher training, ICT literacy, and integrating PBL curriculum. These all need to be integrated with the development of ethical values to produce individuals who are academically competent and still maintain noble morals so that the objectives of Islamic education can be achieved as expected.

Abstract

Education aims to form a generation of faith and piety as mandated by the law. And realizing this goal is not easy so it requires a process and cooperation from various parties, including PAI teachers who have their homework related to moral degradation that is increasingly becoming. Especially in this era where technological sophistication has advanced so rapidly that social media has emerged. So it takes a more interesting packaging of material from PAI teachers to students in the learning process to hit the heart so that the hope can be applied in everyday life. So the purpose of this study is to describe the role of social media for PAI teachers in the student learning process at school. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collected from various relevant sources, and then concluded. The results showed that social media became a separate innovation for PAI teachers during the learning process with students, especially in the current era, and it acts as a means of learning from several sources, as a means of administrative documentation and integration, then as a means of planning both strategically and management and finally as a means of control that includes evaluation and measurement. And with all of that, learners will easily absorb information, develop their potential, and be able to learn.
