Abstract

Education will always proceed in human civilization because it really functions for the welfare of their lives. Westerners are no exception, who are also increasingly showing their existence as centers of civilization, so that Islamic thinkers emerged, one of whom is Hasan Albanna. And the purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of Hasan Al-Banna's thought to the concept of Islamic education. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that the contribution of Hasan Al-Banna's thoughts to the concept of Islamic education includes the basis of education consisting of the Qur'an, Assunnah and Amaliyah Friends. Then educational goals consist of permanent and contextual goals. Then educational material must be balanced between the world and the hereafter so that various aspects are needed, starting from aqidah to social. Then the educational method which consists of exemplary, punishment, story, habituation and experience. And finally, there is an evaluation of education with a muhasabah model so that the value of honesty arises in oneself.

Abstract

The sophistication of technology that continues to develop can have a positive and negative impact on children's development. Parents in facilitating the development of children have a very large influence and are responsible in providing guidance, asuhan and educating. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of parents in the emotional and social development of children in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative with the type of literature review research. The results of the research show that the role of parents in the emotional and social development of children is needed. There are several tasks of parents in the emotional and social development of children. First, understands that parenting is an obligation and need. Secondly, well-established communication between parents and children. Third, parents play a role in socializing and providing social skills to children. Fourth, parents can provide non-formal education to the child conducted in the family before the child enters a formal institution. The application of democratic parenting patterns can be used to educate children in the digital era. This is in line with his form of parenting that does not coerce, punish, or curb the child.

Abstract

Literacy aims to hone one's abilities and insights, besides that it is also a milestone in the rise of civilization in the western and Islamic world, especially in the current era known as modernity, and provides opportunities and challenges in everyday life as a form of technological development and digitalization. Therefore the purpose of this study is to describe the role of digital literacy in learning media according to Islam. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive approach, followed by collecting data, then analyzing the contents, then finally concluding. The results of the study show that the role of digital literacy in learning media according to Islam includes counteracting hoaxes circulating on social media, preventing bullying both verbally and non-verbally, counteracting online gambling that is rife around society, and minimizing internet addiction for everyone. people who cannot be separated from cyberspace and prevent pornography which can lead to sexual crimes commonly referred to as cybersex. The hope is that knowing the important role of digital literacy in the current era can increase the awareness of parents, educators, participants, and readers in general so that they can avoid the various evils above and can be wiser in using and utilizing technology that is growing rapidly at all times.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic law provides many methods for deciding a case, starting from the lafdziyah method to the makawiyah method carried out by four madzhab imams, one of whom is famous is Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal. This research aims to describe the history of the life and thoughts of Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal. The method used is qualitative with literature study techniques then descriptive analysis is carried out. The research results show that Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal is a Sunni Islamic cleric from Baghdad, Iraq. His thinking tends towards literalism and conservatism in the interpretation of religion. This is because the legal istinbath method used by him is based on Nash (Al-Quran and Sunnah), Fatwa of the Companions, Mursal hadith, dha'if hadith, and Qiyas. One example of the application of legal istinbath in fiqh carried out by Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal is regarding the law on female judges in Islam where he believes that women should not be judges based on Nash Al-Quran surah An-Nnisa verse 34. However, in the current era, it is less relevant if it continues to be implemented because the ability to become a leader, judge, or any other profession should not be based on gender. This is also in line with the thoughts of Yusuf Al-Qardawi and several contemporary scholars who have gender-friendly thoughts. Keywords: History of the Life; Thoughts; Imam; Ahmad bin Hanbal.

Abstract

In the context of the modern era which is characterized by technological advances and the phenomenon of globalization, the ability to communicate in various foreign languages is becoming increasingly crucial. Parallel to the period in the life of Rasulullah SAW, where the importance of understanding foreign languages was expressed through the central role of Zaid bin Thabit as a translator. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the significance of studying foreign languages in the modern era according to the hadith of the Prophet. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach model and then concluded descriptively. The research results show that learning foreign languages in the modern era according to the hadith of the Prophet is very important because it is used to interact with anyone without borders, even in different countries. Apart from that, learning foreign languages in this modern era is very easy and affordable due to the emergence of various platforms such as mobile learning applications, online video conversation platforms, and online resources. So with that, a person can fulfill their need to interact without limits, however, there needs to be something called supervision so that undesirable things don't happen, such as accessing foreign language content that is not age-appropriate, the displacement of Indonesian or regional languages and the loss of local cultural values.

Abstract

Early marriage among adolescents is a significant social issue that is often linked to unintended pregnancies resulting from premarital sexual activity. This cross-sectional study aimed to identify the factors associated with early marriage among teenagers in Kelurahan Sari Rejo, Medan Polonia, Indonesia, from October 2023 to May 2024. A total of 65 early married adolescents aged 15-18 years were included in this study. The findings revealed that parental education, socioeconomic status, and parenting style were not significantly associated with early marriage. However, information source and peer influence were significant predictors. Adolescents who engaged in unhealthy peer relationships were 2.20 times more likely to marry early than those with healthy peer associations. These results underscore the importance of peer influence and the need for comprehensive sex education programs to address early marriages among teenagers.

Abstract

Banyak sekali tokoh-tokoh yang berkontribusi dalam menanamkan konsep pendidikan di Indonesia salah satunya adalah Muhammad Natsir yang dikenal dengan Pembaharu dalam pendidikan. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan terkait Kontribusi Pemikiran Mohammad Natsir Dalam Lembaga Pendidikan Di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka, setelah data terkumpul dilakukan analisis yang relevan lalu terakhir disimpulkan dengan cermat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi Pemikiran Mohammad Natsir Dalam Lembaga Pendidikan Di Indonesia adalah menggabungkan antara pendidikan yang bercorak umum dan bercorak keislaman sehingga dapat mengatur secara menyeluruh tata hubungan antara manusia dengan Tuhannya (hablumminallah), antar sesama manusia (hablumminannas) dan antara manusia dengan alam sebagai pandangan hidup sekaligus jalan hidup hakiki manusia.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam memberdayakan jati diri bangsa. Selain itu, ajaran islam meletakkan proses pendidikan sebagai dasar pembentukan insan kamil sehingga untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan kajian-kajian yang mendalam pada setiap ruang lingkupnya, terutama mengenai konsep pendidik dan peserta didik. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan terkait Konsep Pendidik Dan Peserta Didik Dalam Filsafat Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filosofis, teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi, lalu dilakukan pengolahan serta analisis, dan terakhir disimpulkan dengan penyajian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsep Pendidik Dalam Filsafat Islam adalah ia harus meneladani sifat-sifat Allah Swt, lalu Nabi-Nabi dan Rasul hingga para ulama. Sementara itu, konsep peserta didiknya adalah seluruh manusia yang sedang menuju al-insan al-kamil, baik secara jismiyah maupun ruhiyah.

Abstract

Egypt is a very patriarchal country both structurally and culturally, in general, society still places women second in aspects of life so that Islamic reformers emerged there, one of whom was Nawal El Sadawi who fought for the values of justice and equality. So the purpose of this research is to describe Nawal El Sadawi's thoughts and their relevance to Islamic values in the Koran. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study techniques, then the data is collected after that the contents are analyzed and the last is the conclusion. The results of the study show that Nawal El Sadawi's thoughts are justice and equality between men and women. These narratives are often considered sarcastic, sharp, to the point of being out of line with Islam, even though in essence these values are so Islamic because they are relevant to what is contained in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the Morality of Abortion Due to Teenage Pregnancy. Research methodology: The method used is literature study with a feminism and science approach, then the data is collected and a descriptive analysis is carried out and finally conclusions are drawn. Results: The results of the study show that the Morality of Abortion Due to Teenage Pregnancy when viewed from a feminist perspective tends to be in the pro choice group which gives full rights to women to terminate their pregnancies because they are worried about their future. their children and also physically which are still unstable and immature or stable. Meanwhile, if viewed from a scientific perspective, abortion can be carried out with certain conditions, such as a place for a license to practice, professional staff, condition of the fetus, counseling for women and affordable rates. Conclusions: The morality of abortion due to teenage pregnancy, from a feminist perspective, tends towards the pro-choice group, which gives women full rights to terminate their pregnancies due to concerns about their future, their children's future, and their physical condition, which is still unstable and immature/unstable. Limitations: The limitation of this study is that it only discusses the permissibility of abortion, there is no detailed explanation regarding the dangers of abortion Contribution: This research contributes to groups that allow abortion, even so the hope is that in the next study it can explain the dangers of abortion so that it is balanced in the spread of knowledge.
