Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of secondary reserves on the reliability of Bank Jatim. The secondary reserve in this study consists of demand deposits, placements in other banks, and securities, while bank reliability is measured based on total liabilities. The data used is secondary data from Bank Jatim's financial statements. The research method employed is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that the variable loans and sharia payments (X4) significantly affects the reliability of Bank Jatim, with a significance value of 0.029 (<0.05). Meanwhile, the variables demand deposits (X1), placements in other banks (X2), and securities (X3) do not significantly influence bank reliability. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.229 indicates that 22.9% of the variation in Bank Jatim's reliability can be explained by secondary reserves, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of tax assets on the performance of tax burden at Bank BRI. Overall, this research shows that although Bank BRI's profitability has increased in several respects, liquidity must be improved and risks related to solvency reduced. These findings provide valuable insights for bank management in evaluating financial performance and taking strategic steps for future improvement. In addition, this research shows how important effective financial management is to maintain investor and customer confidence and to ensure bank financial sustainability and stability amidst increasing economic challenges. The data used is secondary data from the financial reports of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The research method used is multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software.

Abstract

The Desa Cinta Statistik Program (Desa Cantik) is an initiative by the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) aimed at enhancing village capacity in statistical data management to support evidence-based development planning. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Desa Cantik program in Kendal Regency, focusing on the satisfaction levels of village statistical agents and village officials regarding program implementation, village participation, BPS involvement, as well as the roles of relevant agencies and students in this program. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with a saturated sampling technique, involving 25 respondents from five selected villages in the program. The study results indicate that more than 75% of respondents are satisfied with the program's implementation, village participation, and BPS support. However, some challenges remain in coordination and community engagement. Therefore, optimizing socialization and strengthening coordination among stakeholders is necessary to improve the program’s effectiveness in the future

Abstract

This study aims to identify the variables that most influence employee performance at PT. XYZ using ordinal logistic regression. Data was collected through an employee performance evaluation questionnaire covering variables such as professionalism, openness, integrity, kinship, and occupational health and safety (K3L). The research sample consisted of 36 employees selected using the random sampling method based on Slovin's formula. Data analysis was conducted through simultaneous tests, partial tests, and model fit tests to ensure the suitability of the ordinal logistic regression model used. The results showed that out of the five tested variables, only the kinship variable had a significant effect on employee performance (p-value < 0.05). The resulting model met the goodness-of-fit test (p-value = 0.801), making it applicable for human resource management decision-making. These findings indicate that enhancing the culture of kinship in the workplace can be a key strategy for improving employee performance at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and predict operational expenditure patterns at PT. Tri Tunas Unggul using the Simple Moving Average (SMA) method. The research data consists of daily operational expenditure records from July to October 2024. The analysis employs two SMA periods, 7-day and 30-day intervals, to identify both short-term and long-term expenditure trends. The results show that the 7-day SMA provides more responsive tracking of changes in daily expenditures, while the 30-day SMA reveals more stable long-term trends. The analysis identifies three significant peaks in the 7-day SMA in early August, late September, and mid-October, indicating cyclical spending patterns. This research demonstrates that the SMA method can be effectively utilized as a financial analysis tool to support decision-making in managing operational costs and investment strategies at PT. Tri Tunas Unggul.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between manhours (working time) and manpower (labor) in the Aircraft Structure Repair Division at Batam Aero Technic Hangar, specifically for aircraft maintenance work on PK-LJQ 2024 with lightning strike damage. Using a quantitative approach with correlational analysis, secondary data in the form of historical operational records from 2024 were analyzed to measure the interdependence between these two variables. Pearson correlation test results showed a very strong positive relationship (r = 0,980; p < 0,05), with a coefficient of determination (r²) of 96,04%, indicating that 96.04% of manhour variation can be explained by manpower variation. Descriptive analysis revealed a proportional resource allocation pattern, where 180-minute jobs required 1 technician, 360–480-minute jobs required 2 technicians, and 720-minute jobs required 3 technicians. These findings prove that repair time efficiency is highly influenced by optimal labor allocation. This research provides practical implications for the aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry in enhancing productivity by adjusting personnel numbers based on job complexity. The results can also serve as a basis for managerial decision-making in more efficient resource planning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop eco-friendly bioplastics from banana peel (Musa paradisiaca) waste with natural binder agar. The research employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor and three treatment levels of banana peel extract: 15 ml, 30 ml, and 45 ml. Each treatment was replicated three times, with three observed variables: tensile strength, maximum load, and water absorption. The analysis of variance showed that banana peel concentration significantly affected tensile strength and maximum load (p < 0.05), but not water absorption (p > 0.05). Further Duncan’s test indicated that the 30 ml treatment resulted in the best mechanical performance. These findings suggest that a formulation using 30 ml banana peel extract, 1 gram of agar, and 1 ml of glycerol can produce bioplastics with strong mechanical properties. This formulation holds potential as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastics

Abstract

This study tested the True or False Active Learning strategy in improving the learning outcomes of ninth-grade students at MTs. Al-Qalam Teppo. The objectives of this study were: 1) analyzing learning outcomes before implementing the True or False Active Learning strategy, 2) analyzing learning outcomes after implementing the True or False Active Learning strategy, and 3) examining whether there were differences in learning outcomes before and after implementing the True or False Active Learning strategy. The research method used a quantitative pre-experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects consisted of 23 ninth-grade B students selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument used a pre-test and post-test, with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed an increase in the average score from 46.04 (pre-test) to 72.39 (post-test). Based on the results of the paired-sample t-test, the significance level was 0.001 (<0.05), thus H1 was accepted and H2 was rejected. In conclusion, the True or False type Active Learning strategy can improve learning outcomes in the Aqidah Morals subject.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the progress of fabrication work at PT. DIP Engineering based on time parameters and component weight. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by analyzing secondary data of daily production output and inter-stage durations. The results show that peak activity occurred at the end of May, followed by a decline in early June due to design revisions and stage transitions. Duration analysis identified the waiting time from fit-up to welding as the main bottleneck, with an average of 5.42 days (73% of the total 7.42-day cycle). Pearson correlation test showed a strong and significant positive relationship between weight and quantity of item in the welding and visual inspection stages, although the coefficient of determination indicates that other factors such as item complexity also have a major influence. The study concludes that monitoring based on weight and time data provides objective insights for production planning, and optimization efforts should be focused on reducing queues at the welding stage to accelerate the overall production cycle.
