Abstract

This study tested the True or False Active Learning strategy in improving the learning outcomes of ninth-grade students at MTs. Al-Qalam Teppo. The objectives of this study were: 1) analyzing learning outcomes before implementing the True or False Active Learning strategy, 2) analyzing learning outcomes after implementing the True or False Active Learning strategy, and 3) examining whether there were differences in learning outcomes before and after implementing the True or False Active Learning strategy. The research method used a quantitative pre-experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects consisted of 23 ninth-grade B students selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument used a pre-test and post-test, with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed an increase in the average score from 46.04 (pre-test) to 72.39 (post-test). Based on the results of the paired-sample t-test, the significance level was 0.001 (<0.05), thus H1 was accepted and H2 was rejected. In conclusion, the True or False type Active Learning strategy can improve learning outcomes in the Aqidah Morals subject.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Indonesian language errors contained in the 2023 STAIN Majene New Student Admission Socialization Letter and the factors that cause or influence Indonesian language errors in the letter. This research uses a qualitative paradigm by paying attention to syntax, and spelling of writing official letters. The results of this study are, (1) Indonesian language errors in the Technical Socialization Letter for New Student Admissions STAIN Majene there are errors in the level of syntax and spelling, and (2) The factors that cause or influence these errors are the lack of adequate mastery of Indonesian (according to EBI), the understanding of the letter writer does not attach importance to writing according to spelling (which is important the intention is conveyed) or there is no motivation to respond to the advice of the Dinas  Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan in 2015 on languages (Preserving Regional Languages, Prioritizing Indonesian, and Mastering Foreign Languages), there has never been an official letter writing training/workshop at STAIN Majene, and the language of letter writers is also influenced by the mother tongue (regional language). The suggestion in this study is that it is hoped that soon official letter writing training and socialization of the use of Indonesian Spelling (EBI) is valid in 2015-present.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep dakwah menurut Islam dan peran media sosial dalam berdakwah. Secara mendasar dakwah meliputi isi (esensi) dan cara (metode). Isi (materi) memang harus disampaikan sesuai dengan sumber normativitas agama, namun juga dituntut adanya kontekstualisasi. Apalagi metode penyampaiannya, harus senantiasa seiring dan selaras dengan perkembangan zaman. Dari hasil kajian yang penulis lakukan sampai pada kesimpulan bahwa; dakwah merupakan sebuah kewajiban bagi setiap muslim. Dakwah juga harus dilakukan dengan cara-cara yang arif dan bijaksana, tidak konfrontatif, diskriminatif dan provokatif. Media sosial dinilai efektif sebagai sarana berdakwah. Namun, berdakwah melalui media sosial harus memerhatikan etika dan norma-norma ber-medsos. Sehingga benar-benar mendatangkan kemanfaatan bukan sebaliknya menimbulkan permasalahan. Artikel ini ditulis dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the value of local wisdom "malaqbi" in shaping the characteristics and uncovering the factors underlying the existence of the Mandar ethnic group. The study employs a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach (phenomenology, sociocultural, and critical literacy). The research locations are in Napo Village, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency, and Adolang Village, Pamboang District, Majene Regency. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and documentary studies.The findings indicate the value of local wisdom "malaqbi" in shaping the character of the Mandar Ethnicity, namely: (1) The malaqbi value is used as the basic concept of self-awareness in interpreting the philosophy of Mandar Ethnic life; (2) The malaqbi value is used as the foundation of discourse;    (3) The local wisdom value of malaqbi is used as the foundation of attitude; and (4) The malaqbi value is used as the foundation of social behavior. The factors underlying the existence of the local wisdom value of malaqbi in the Mandar Ethnicity are: (1) Awareness of mutual respect and respect for fellow human beings; (2) Awareness of clarifying identity as Mandar people; (3) Awareness of historical events; and (4) Awareness of "siri'" as the consequence of behavior that is not in accordance with malaqbi.The implication of this research is that the value of malaqbi, which is very wise and full of teachings about life, especially social life, should always be applied by the Mandar Ethnic community in all fields. The malaqbi value has existed before Islamic teachings spread to the Mandar region. Understanding of the malaqbi value even applies to several designations for the Mandar Ethnic community, such as "to I Mandar" (original Mandar people), "to Mandar" (people who come and reside in Mandar), and "pammandar" (people who come to Mandar for specific purposes but do not reside there or only temporarily).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas metode outdoor learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas 2 SD Inpres No. 55 Deteng-Deteng. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pre-experimental dengan model one group pretest-posttest design, yang melibatkan satu kelompok siswa tanpa kelompok kontrol. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar siswa, serta secara inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Uji normalitas dilakukan untuk memeriksa distribusi data, sementara uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney untuk mengetahui perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode outdoor learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode outdoor learning memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Sebelum penerapan metode ini, nilai rata-rata pre-test siswa berada pada kategori sangat rendah, yaitu 48,39. Namun, setelah metode outdoor learning diterapkan, nilai rata-rata post-test meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 63,80, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang jelas dalam pemahaman materi. Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode outdoor learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dengan sebagian besar siswa bergerak ke kategori yang lebih tinggi seperti cukup, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi. Meskipun masih ada sebagian kecil siswa yang berada dalam kategori sangat rendah, mayoritas siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan.
