Abstract

Kota Besi Subdistrict is a District with moderate population growth, where the demand for clean water is also growing and also increasing. And most of the residents in the sub-district use river water directly or use wells for their daily needs because most of these areas have not been served by PDAM clean water because the distance between villages is very far. The purpose of writing this research is to find out the magnitude of the demand for clean water in Kota Besi Subdistrict in the next 10 years and also to determine the capacity of the reservoir to meet the demand for clean water in the next 10 years. In this study, the calculation of population projections for the last 10 years and the projected addition of PDAM subscribers for the last 10 years are analyzed using 3 methods, namely the arithmetic method, the geometric method and also the linear regression method. The data used in this study are population data for the last 5 years and also data on the number of PDAM customers for the last 5 years. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis of water needs. The results of this study obtained a prediction of the population in the next 10 years, namely 26,155 people. Meanwhile, the number of subscribers is around 888 people with a total connection of 895 connections. Keywords: clean water needs, population, PDAM, number of customers, reservoirs

Abstract

: Transportation needs will continue to increase with development urban area. If the need for transportation facilities is not matched with infrastructure (road network) then transportation problems arise. This condition occurs on the Road section at the Intersection around the Small Roundabout of the City of Palangka Raya, where the amount of volume is not balanced with the capacity of roads and intersections so that the accumulation of traffic flows and create very long queues causing traffic jams during rush hour.To support this study, a sample of traffic volume is needed, and queue with a field survey on existing conditions which was carried out on 3 the day starts on Friday, 8 July 2022, Saturday, 9 July 2022, and Sunday, 10 July 2022. This evaluation method uses the Road Capacity Manual guidelines Indonesia 1997.Characteristics on Jalan Imam Bonjol in an effort to overcome problems traffic by taking action to reset the light cycle time and increase the road space capacity or maximize the effective width of the road according to the capacity of the traffic flow by setting the intersection in order to level Accidents and delays can be minimized optimally and effectively. Performance the Small Roundabout intersection of Palangka Raya City on Friday 8 July 2022 ca seen from the capacity value of the north approach 852.2 pcu/hour, degree of saturation 1.00, queue length of 95 m (service level F). On the South approach value capacity 1436.3 pcu/hour, degree of saturation 0.46, queue length 90 m (level of service). In the Western approach, the capacity value is 825 pcu/hour, the degree of saturation is 0.46, queue length of 43 m (service level B). On the Eastern approach to the value of capacity 905.1 pcu/hour, degree of saturation 0.89, queue length 67 m (level of serviceE). Abstract

The Directorate General of Highways through the Directorate of Road Preservation has implemented a new policy, namely road preservation using the long segment method for Indonesia's national roads. The long segment method aims to ensure that road pavements, shoulders, drainage systems, road auxiliary buildings and road equipment are at all times in a stable service condition based on the performance required in the contract documents. This research will discuss the suitability between expectations and the performance of Long Segment road preservation in the field using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. From the analysis of the IPA method by calculating the suitability between the level of performance received and the level of expectation for road performance, it will be known the satisfaction level of organizers and road users with the performance of Long Segment road preservation. The sample in this study were 10 expert respondents, from the Indonesian Bridge Road Development Association Professional Organization (HPJI), Academics, Commitment Making Officers (PPK), Consultants and Contractors. Abstract

k General force is a means of transportation needed by the majority of urban/regional people, it is impossible for a city/region to live without public transportation. Taxi public transportation is one of the alternative public transportation in the district area, which provides other services and is not the same as other transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) for public transportation from Palangka Raya City to Sepang City Village, as well as to find out the amount of passenger fares that are in accordance with the Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) incurred. Based on the results of the analysis of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK), the total basic costs per day for general passengers from Palangka Raya City to Sepang City Village are: Avanza Veloz car of Rp. 297,848.75/vehicle/day, the basic fare for a general passenger from Palangka Raya City to Sepang City Village is Rp. 59,569,75/org/rit. The basic fare for public transportation heading from Palangka Raya City to Sepang City Village is IDR 65,526.72/org/rit. While the tariff at the time of this research was Rp. 150,000 total revenue per day at a rate of Rp. 150,000 x the number of trips per day was Rp. 750.000,-. /org/rit. From the first transportation vehicle above, it provides a proper opinion for the manager/owner, for passengers the price is reasonable, feasible and affordable because it is in accordance with the time and distance traveled. Abstract

Palangka Raya is a city that is developing and has the potential for population density, besides that it has the potential in the fields of education and government so that it attracts people from outside the region to come to the city. This will have an impact on traffic flow, especially on roads that have intersections. Especially at the intersection on the road Rajawali - Badak, a traffic light plan was held to be used as a final project research. Installation of traffic lights on intersection roads serves to facilitate orderly and safe traffic movement so as to increase road capacity at intersections, reduce the frequency of various types of accidents and cut off high traffic flows to allow for the spread of vehicles or pedestrians. To plan the traffic lights we use calculations with the Webster method. The calculations performed only determine the cycle time. The results obtained from the traffic light planning at the intersection of the Rajawali - Badak road are that the cycle times are obtained faster so that the queue of vehicles that stop at the intersection is not too long and does not cause congestion. Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis of Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK), the total basic costs per day for general passengers for the City of Palangka Raya Towards Tumbang Hiran Village are: Innova cars of Rp. Hiran is Rp. 150,305.28/person/trip. The basic fare for public transportation heading from Palangka Raya City to Tumbang Hiran Village is IDR 165,335.66/org/rit. While the tariff at the time this research was conducted was Rp. 350,000 total revenue per day at a rate of Rp. 350,000 x the number of trips per day was Rp. 1,400,000 / person / person. The two transportation vehicles above provide a decent opinion for the manager / owner For passengers, the price is reasonable, feasible and affordable because it is in accordance with the time and distance traveled. Abstract

Water has an important role in the life of humans and other creatures in nature. There is no life in this world that does not need water. Water is essential for human consumption and has become one of the most important wealth. Population growth must be followed by the availability of healthy and sufficient clean water. The water can come from above ground level, below or from ground water (eg river water, lake water and so on) which must be treated before being used. The Batang Kawa River is the source of raw water for the residents of the Kinipan village and the planning for the construction of this simple processing unit is so that it can meet the raw water for the residents of the Kinipan village and pay attention to a good distribution system so that the distribution of clean water can fully become an important reference. Abstract

Garbage has always been a serious problem, this problem arises because there is still a lack of awareness to participate and socialize in waste management. Waste management facilities are of course very much needed so that the waste management program can be carried out properly, especially at SMAN 1 Kapuas Barat. This study uses a quantitative method by discussing the generation and composition of waste at SMAN 1 Kapuas Barat as the basis for the proposed design of a Waste Treatment Site (TPS) in this area. The reference used is SNI 19-3964-1994 concerning Methods for Taking and Measuring Sample Generation and Composition of Municipal Solid Waste. The results of the study stated that the current amount of waste generation reached 0.453 kg/day. The composition of waste at SMAN 1 Kapuas Barat consists of 56.6% organic waste from food and yard waste, 20.8% paper, 17.9% plastic, 0.2% others.
