Abstract

: Kota Besi Subdistrict is a District with moderate population growth, where the demand for clean water is also growing and also increasing. And most of the residents in the sub-district use river water directly or use wells for their daily needs because most of these areas have not been served by PDAM clean water because the distance between villages is very far. The purpose of writing this research is to find out the magnitude of the demand for clean water in Kota Besi Subdistrict in the next 10 years and also to determine the capacity of the reservoir to meet the demand for clean water in the next 10 years. In this study, the calculation of population projections for the last 10 years and the projected addition of PDAM subscribers for the last 10 years are analyzed using 3 methods, namely the arithmetic method, the geometric method and also the linear regression method. The data used in this study are population data for the last 5 years and also data on the number of PDAM customers for the last 5 years. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis of water needs. The results of this study obtained a prediction of the population in the next 10 years, namely 26,155 people. Meanwhile, the number of subscribers is around 888 people with a total connection of 895 connections. Keywords: clean water needs, population, PDAM, number of customers, reservoirs

Abstract

Based on its function, a bridge is a structure that is made as an intermediary or link to cross /cross ravinesor obstacles such as rivers, railroads or roads, so to connect the city of Ampah which is splitby the Karau river, a bridge is needed. The object of research is a wooden bridge made by the Dutchcolonial in 1929 which still stands firmly and can be usedtoday, so to find out the method ofimplementation at the time of building the bridge, as well as to see the development of currentimplementation methods and resources, research was conducted to know the implementation methodspecifically for the installation of the foundation to find out the implementation technique and theequipment used.The research method used includes: (1) preliminary survey, (2) data collection and data analysis, (3)reconstruction of implementation methods, (4) delineation of reconstructed results.The results of the research study show that all stages of implementation use simple methods using simplemechanical equipment as well. In the case of the installation of the foundation, the executor takes intoaccount the placement of thepoint where the foundation is laid. Abstract

: The public force is a means of transportation needed by most urban/regional people, it is impossible for a city/region to live without public transportation. Taxi public transportation is one of the alternative public transportation in the district area, which provides other services and is not the same as other transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) for public transportation from Palangka Raya City to Tumbang Hiran Village, as well as to find out the amount of passenger fares in accordance with the Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) issued. Based on the results of the analysis of Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK), the total basic costs per day for general passengers for the City of Palangka Raya Towards Tumbang Hiran Village are: Innova cars of Rp. Hiran is Rp. 150,305.28/person/trip. The basic fare for public transportation heading from Palangka Raya City to Tumbang Hiran Village is IDR 165,335.66/org/rit. While the tariff at the time this research was conducted was Rp. 350,000 total revenue per day at a rate of Rp. 350,000 x the number of trips per day was Rp. 1,400,000 / person / person. The two transportation vehicles above provide a decent opinion for the manager / owner For passengers, the price is reasonable, feasible and affordable because it is in accordance with the time and distance traveled. Abstract

The highway is a land transportation infrastructure that plays a very important role very important in the transportation sector, especially for the continuity of distribution goods and services. The condition of the road that is often traversed often causes dense currents traffic so that it can cause vulnerabilities in the form of congestion and even accidents vehicles passing through the road. The number of movements on a road segment can be associated with the density of traffic flow on the road that is believed correlated with the speed of the vehicle and the volume of vehicles that occur per kilometers of roads. One of the problems that also exacerbate traffic conditions, is the problem of side friction on roads with heavy traffic flow. Obstacle Sideways is the impact on traffic performance from road segment side activities, including the lack of parking facilities in an area that will result in new parking activities, vehicles in and out of the side of the road, pedestrians and vehicles slow. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of obstacles side and road performance. The results of the analysis carried out on the RTA road sections. km 9 use MKJI 1997 method obtained the highest traffic flow on Saturday of 867 smp/hour, the free flow speed of the vehicle is 41.21 km/hour, the side resistance weight of 493.8 with a class of medium / medium side barriers, the capacity of 2202 roads pcu/hour, the degree of saturation is 0.40 and the service level for the road (los) C is current speed is still stable, speed and movement are determined more by volume tall Keywords: Volume, Free Flow Speed, Side Barriers, Road Section Capacity, Service Level

Abstract

Asphalt is a binding material in flexible pavement construction which is very influential. To get good quality asphalt, it can be done by modifying the asphalt mixture with an additional material. With this planning, this study specifically aims to determine the properties of asphalt to the asphalt mixture Pertamina Penetration 60/70 with Buton Buton Asphalt Type 5/20, to test the mixture with Marshall tools and to find the optimum bitumen content. The research method starts from material testing using the SNI test method by testing the physical properties of the aggregate with a combination of mixing Pertamina Asphalt and Buton Asphalt as a binding material with the Marshall Test test method. The research was conducted at the Jalan Raya Laboratory owned by PT. Sampaga Raya on Jl. H.M. Arsyad Km. 24 Bagendang, Sampit - Central Kalimantan. Based on the results of research on the examination of the physical properties of aggregates in the form of inspection of grading, specific gravity, sand equivalent, and wear (abrasion), they have met the specifications set for the Laston Lapis Aus (AC-WC) mixed material with a mixed combination using Asphalt Pertamina Penetration 60 / 70 and the combination of Asphalt Buton Butir Type 5/20 mixture obtained the physical properties and Marshall parameters in the form of stability, flow, and Marshall quotient values which are quite good in meeting the specification standards set for the pavement layer. Abstract

Parking is basically a way to arrange vehicles according to the available places or areas. At a time when people used vehicles in large numbers, parking spaces could be found in almost all public places such as malls, offices, open park areas, development centers, and so on. When we talk about public parking, the main problem that is often faced is the lack of area of the parking lot itself, from the available parking space for two-wheeled vehicles, or land for four-wheeled vehicles. This study aims to determine the characteristics of parking and the capacity of parking needs at Kahayan Market, Palangka Raya City. From the results of the study, it can be obtained an overview of parking and the capacity of parking needs in the area so that it can provide input as evaluation material in the future for the creation of a safe and well-organized parking area. Based on the analysis, the number of Parking Space Units (SRP) in the Kahayan market, Palangka Raya City for two-wheeled vehicles is 79 parking lots and for four-wheeled vehicles 16 parking lots. For twowheeled vehicle parking index, the highest value is 25.32% 100% (parking demand can still be fulfilled) and for four-wheeled vehicles the highest is 18.75% 100% (parking demand can still be fulfilled). The highest accumulation value for two-wheeled vehicles occurred on Sunday with a total of 20 units and for four-wheeled vehicles it occurred on Wednesday with a total of 3 units. Abstract

: The government of the Regional Development Planning Agency in Palangka Raya City is planning the construction of a railway system that connects the city of Palangka Raya with Banjarmasin along 138 km. With this planning, this study specifically aims to determine what factors might later influence travelers in determining the type of mode and to find out the mode choice opportunities between trains and passenger cars. The research method starts from the literature review stage, the selected variables, data collection, variable identification, and modeling. The type of survey conducted is the Stated preference method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables that significantly influence the community in choosing the mode of transportation between trains and passenger cars are the type of student work, lifestyle, income and train time. From some of these variables, it can be suggested that the opportunity to use trains will increase if the Government in this case pays attention to the travel time of trains. Abstrak : Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah bermaksud untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan jalan Bangkal - Telaga Pulang – Kuala Pembuang (DAK) Kabupaten Seruyan yang akan dilaksanakan oleh penyedia Jasa Pekerjaan Konstruksi.Tujuan pekerjaan pembangunan Bangkal - Telaga Pulang – Kuala Pembuang (DAK) adalah agar ruas jalan yang ada bisa meningkatkan pelayanan lalu lintas secara maksimal dan juga dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.Metode Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu Survey Pendahuluan, Pengumpulan Data, Analisa Data, Tahap Perencanaan dan Penggambaran Ulang Analisa metode pelaksanaan Lapis Pondasi Semen Agregat Kelas A Ruas Jalan Simpang Bangkal - Telaga Pulang – Kuala Pembuang (DAK) Kabupaten Seruyan, dilaksanakan berdasarkan dengan Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK).Analisa metode pelaksanaan Lapis Pondasi Semen Agregat Kelas A Ruas Jalan Simpang Bangkal - Telaga Pulang – Kuala Pembuang (DAK) Kabupaten Seruyan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Tahun Anggaran 2021 dapat diselesaikan sesuai Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK). Kata Kunci : Tidak lepas dari Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK) dan Spesifikasi Teknis.

Abstract

Abstrak : Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen Eka Sinta pada Tahun 1987 mendirikan sebuah Universitas dengan nama Universitas Kristen Palangka Raya (UNKRIP) yang berlokasi di Jalan R.T.A. Milono Kilometer 8,5 di Kota Palangka Raya. Dalam rangka mencapai Visi dan Misi UNKRIP yaitu mewujudkan UNKRIP menjadi Universitas unggulan, bereputasi nasional, berbasis moralitas dan spiritual serta kemandirian di-era revolusi industri 4.0 maka UNKRIP berusaha untuk menyediakan daya tampung dan kesempatan kepada semua lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas atau pun yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikannya di UNKRIP. Peningkatan daya tampung hendaknya dibarengi dengan penyediaan  gedung dan ruang kuliah dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya yang memadai yang dapat digunakan dengan aman dan nyaman.Lapangan luas adalah arti dari kampus yang diambil dari Bahasa Latin Campus . Dalam pengertian modern, kampus adalah sebuah komplek atau daerah tertutup yang merupakan kumpulan gedung-gedung pada Universitas atau Perguruan Tinggi atau dapat pula disebutkan bahwa kampus adalah sebuah lembaga yang didalamnya terdapat gedung – gedung dan orang-orang yang mempunyai pola pikir yang disatukan yaitu Dosen, Mahasiswa dan Sumber Daya Manusia lainnya.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Luas Kampus Universitas Kristen Palangka Raya sebesar 30 Hektar sangat menunjang untuk perkembangan kampus kedepannya. Luasan lahan yang ada dapat menampung  8 (delapan) Fakultas  yang memiliki kantor, gedung kuliah dan lahan parkir, 2 (dua) Gedung Pertemuan, 1 (satu) Gereja,  1 (satu)  Rumah Sakit, 38 Rumah Dosen, 10 Kolam ikan, 1 (satu)  lapangan sepakbola, 2 (dua) lapangan volley ball, 2 lapangan tennis, 1(satu)  lapangan basket, 1 (satu)  Gedung Perpustakaan, Pertokoan, Taman dan Kolam, Kebun dan Kandang Ternak serta asrama Mahasiswa. Kata kunci       :           Peta Situasi, Kampus, Ruang Kuliah, Parkir, Gedung, Universitas Kristen Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Abstak : Parkir pada dasarnya merupakan suatu cara untuk menata kendaraan sesuai pada tempat atau area yang telah tersedia. Pada masa dimana masyarakat telah menggunakan kendaraan dalam jumlah yang banyak, lahan parkir dapat ditemukan hampir disegala tempat publik sepeti mall, kantor, area taman terbuka, pusat perbelanjaan, dan lain sebagainya. Bila kita membahas tentang lahan parkir public, permasalahan utama yang sering dihadapi adalah kurangnya luas dari lahan parkir itu sendiri, dari lahan parkir yang dimaksudkan  untuk kendaraan roda dua, ataupun lahan yang dikhususkan  untuk kendaraan roda empat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan kapasitas kebutuhan parkir di Pasar Kahayan  Kota  Palangka  Raya.  Dari  hasil  penelitian  di  peroleh  gambaran  karakteristik  parkir  dan kapasitas kebutuhan parkir di Kawasan tersebut sehingga dapat memberi masukan sebagai bahan evaluasi di masa yang akan datang demi terciptanya Kawasan parkir yang aman dan tertata dengan baik.Berdasarkan  hasil  analisis,  diperoleh  jumlah  Satuan  Ruang  Parkir  (SRP)  pada  pasar  Kahayan  Kota Palangka Raya untuk kendaraan roda dua yaitu 79 petak parkir dan untuk kendaraan roda empat 16 petak parkir. Untuk nilai Indeks Parkir kendaraan roda dua yang tertinggi adalah 25,32%  100% (permintaan parkir masih dapat terpenuhi) dan untuk kendaraan roda empat yang tertinggi adalah 18,75%    100% (permintaan parkir masih terpenuhi). Untuk nilai akumulasi tertinggi kendaraan roda dua terjadi pada hari minggu dengan jumlah 20 unit dan untuk kendaraan roda empat terjadi pada hari rabu dengan jumlah 3 unit. Kata Kunci : Ruang Parkir, Lokasi Parkir, Kapasitas Parkir, Jumlah Kendaraan
