Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of the Samapta Unit of the Probolinggo Police. The aims of this study are to describe the discipline, motivation and performance of the Samapta Police of the Probolinggo Police. Testing and analyzing the effect of work discipline on the performance of the Police Unit Samapta Probolinggo Police. Testing and analyzing the effect of motivation on the performance of the Samapta Police Unit of the Probolinggo Police. The research method used was quantitative methods and took a sample of 39 respondents, the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis using several variables, namely discipline, work motivation and performance. The results showed that discipline had a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This research is to analysis the education, training and HR competence variables on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable (study on the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sumenep Regency). This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, and the data analysis technique uses Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA). The research sample was 86 people. The results showed education variable has a good internal reliability consistency because it is greater than 0.6. The results of data analysis using the GeSCA method show that the alpha value obtained is 0.7909, which means that the training variable has a good internal reliability consistency because it is greater than 0.6. The results of data analysis using the GeSCA method show that the alpha value obtained is 0.695, which means that the HR competency variable has a good internal reliability consistency because it is greater than 0.6. The results of data analysis using the GeSCA method show that the alpha value obtained is 0.9071, which means that the motivation variable has a good internal reliability consistency because it is greater than 0.6. The results of data analysis using the GeSCA method show that the alpha value obtained is 0.9082, which means that the employee performance variable has a good internal reliability consistency because it is greater than 0.6.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Experience and Education Level on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency Mediated by Work Ability. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) equation model. The results showed that work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.244. Work experience has a significant positive effect on work ability with an original sample value of 0.570. The level of education has a significant positive effect on work ability with an original sample value of 0.335. The level of education has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.326. Work ability has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.417. Work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.238. The level of education has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.140.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance with work ability as a mediating variable at PT BPD Jawa Timur Tbk Pamekasan branch. This type of research is associative with quantitative approach. Organizational culture has a significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk Pamekasan Branch. Compensation has a significant effect in helping improve employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of training, motivation and teacher competence on teacher performance at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 69 respondents. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the training, motivation and competence of teachers partially affected the performance of teachers in the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 44 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze the simultaneous influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2). To test and analyze the partial influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3.) To test and analyze the variables between education, training and teaching experience that have a dominant influence on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. The results showed that 1.) Education, training and teaching experience simultaneously had a significant influence on teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2.) Education, training and teaching experience partially have a significant influence on teacher professionalism in SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3.). Teaching experience has a dominant influence on teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency.

Abstract

The type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach, the research sample is 35 respondents (the sampling technique uses the saturated sample method), the data analysis uses GeSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To examine and analyze the effect of motivation on managerial ability in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze the effect of managerial ability on the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency. 3) To examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency. 4).To examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency which is mediated by managerial ability. The results showed that: 1) Motivation had a significant negative effect on managerial ability in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sampang Regency with a CR value of -0.38; 2) Managerial ability has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency with a CR value of 2.33; 3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sampang Regency with a CR value of 4.87; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by managerial ability with a CR value of 11.40.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the work environment, incentives finacial, non financial incentives simultaneously or partially to the employee job satisfaction, knowing the dominant variables affecting employee satisfaction as well as to know the conditions work environment, financial incentives, non financial incentives and job satisfaction employees from Departement of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries. In this research, the data collected comes from the sample data so that the data studied is the data from the sample. The method used is the survey method with the aim to find the relationship and influence between the free variable with dependent variable, and describe the variables- variables studied. The population in this study is all employees that exist in Departement of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Bojonegoro. Sampling technique using census technique that is from whole population taken as sample, leader and researcher not included in sample. The results of this research are simultaneous work environment, financial incentives, non financial incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially work environment, financial incentives and non financial Incentives have an effect on the significance of job satisfaction. Among the working environment, financial incentives and non-financial incentives, non-financial incentives have a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find and describe the condition of the 2013 curriculum, educator's ability, educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. To test and analyze curriculum variables, educators and facilities either partially or simultaneously to the quality of education in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. The number of population in this research is all teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro which guilty 37 people. In this research the analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of tool using SPSS program. The results of the 2013 curriculum data analysis, the ability of educators and practical facilities in general and simultaneously for education at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. ABSTRACT The problem of corruption has reached its peak, the establishment of institutions that handle this case has carried out its functions well but the trend of corruption cases does not decrease every day but instead jumps sharply. vision, mission, goals become measurable and directed, political parties have a reconciliation process that can produce good politicians who are able to make political decisions or actions.
