Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of existing factors, the role of individuals, career development and job relations partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction in the Food Security Department of Bojonegoro Regency. This research method is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was in the Food Security Department of Bojonegoro Regency, which lived 31 people. The sampling technique uses a sampling census, that is, all members of the population are used as sample research, namely 30 independent researchers. The results showed partially the variables that significantly influence job satisfaction are individual individuals, career development, and relationships, while the intrinsic factor variable is not significant to job satisfaction at the Bojonegoro Regency Food Security Department. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, work, and job satisfaction of teachers and employees at SDN 005 Penajam and to find out the contents of work for teacher job satisfaction, the influence of the work environment on teacher satisfaction, and the effect of work on teacher performance. teacher work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN 005 Penajam. The research sample was played by 30 teachers. The results of this study indicate that work and work environment are significant towards teacher job satisfaction at SDN 005 Penajam. Work motivation and work environment are significant towards teacher performance at SDN 005 Penajam. Performance has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN 005 Penajam. Work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on job satisfaction through teachers at SDN 005 Penajam. Keywords: work, work environment, performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the most important elements that can support the running of a company is human resources (employees). Making a company that is the choice for employees and job seekers can be said to answer a question whether it motivates employees to remain full and engage with the company. One of the steps that the company can take is through a program engagement program. This must be managed and measured to ensure that employees are not only effective in their roles and in meeting organizational goals, but also that they are involved and motivated to play a role in the company's progress. This can be done by using several tools to measure and manage employee effectiveness PT Agel Langgeng, has made major changes in the organization's strategy through human resource development, as well as organizational change, based on the results of the 2016 and 2017 Employe Engangement Survey (EES), which revealed an increase in engagement rates from 56% to 87%. This research is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that PT Agel Langgeng Pasuruan has implemented a strategy to create employee effectiveness. This is indicated by the opinions of employees on the company both in terms of dimensions of engagement and dimensions of enablement. Keywords: employee effectiveness, company strategy

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat with total sample of 64 respondents. The purpose of this study is: 1) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment simultaneously have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 2) To know the style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment partially have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 3) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment which has a dominant influence Employee Work Achievement. The results showed: 1) simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a very significant influence on the performance of members, 2) Partially, Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Employee Work Achievement in General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan, 3) job commitment variables have a dominant influence in affecting Employee Work Achievement In General Section Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the teacher's commitment, interpersonal communication, and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo; second, to know a significant influence on the commitment of teachers to teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo city. Third, to know a significant influence on interpersonal communication on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo. Fourth, to know simultaneous influence of commitment and interpersonal communication on the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo. The population in this study are all teachers who teach at SMPN 3 Probolinggo. While the sample taken is the entire teacher population except researchers, amounting to 40 people. The data in this study were analyzed by multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneous commitment and interpersonal communication had a significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMPN 3 Probolinggo. Partially Interpersonal commitment and communication also have a significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMPN 3 Kota Probolinggo. And between the two variables that are more dominant in influencing the performance of Probolinggo SMPN 3 teachers is the Interpersonal communication variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about how the human resources in the use of data and Geospatial Information in Probolinggo District Department of Transportation. This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, data collection techniques using the technique of the interview, observation and documentation study, primary data and secondary that was obtained in this research are collected through qualitative procedures that include reduction, and data verification or conclusion. The conclusion of this study is data about the equipment needs of a given path is not optimal due to the limited human resources and facilities are not optimal, such as the lack of application of the equipment needs of the road is used as a reference design of existing activity in Probolinggo District Department of Transportation. In addition, signs equipment on the road needs should be met as needed road because it is a very important instrument in planning towards road safety. Keywords: quality, data geospatial information

Abstract

This study aims to describe the professionalism of teachers in SMAN 1 Gaung, Indragiri Hilir Regency and to describe the impact of Teacher Certification in Supporting Professionalism of Teachers at SMAN 1 Gaung, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study the informants were the School Committee, Deputy Principal and teacher representatives. At SMAN 1 Gaung, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the results of observations, documentation and informants' answers, it is known that the implementation of certification has a major influence on teacher competencies, especially in making lesson plans, preparing instructional media, and planning learning methods. This has a significant impact on teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities in schools. Keywords: Certification, professionalism

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the implementation of service quality testing of motor vehicles in UPUBKB Probolinggo District Department of Transportation. This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, data collection techniques using the technique of the interview, conducted to the Chief UPUBKB, Testers Technical and business vehicles, observation, documentation, primary data and sekuder that was obtained is processed through qualitative procedures include data reduction, presentation Data and data verification or conclusion. The results showed that the Quality of Service Testing Vehicle in UPUB not provide optimum service. It is seen from the quantity of human resources limited, competency testing, facilities and infrastructures are inadequate and the limited understanding of the community about vehicle testing service procedures. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of human resource and infrastructure competencies on the SKCK service quantity through the performance of SKCK officers at the Bojonegoro Regional Police Station. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were with sampling technique was by accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents as SKCK Service users. To conduct data analysis, it is carried out using path analysis. The results showed that competency, infrastructure, staff performance and service quality were in good condition. Competence has a significant influence on employee performance. Infrastructure has a significant influence on the performance of officers. Competence directly has a significant effect on service quality. Infrastructure directly has a significant influence on the quality of service. The performance of officers directly has a significant influence on the quality of service. Competence has a significant influence on service quality through the performance of officers. Infrastructure facilities have a significant influence on the quality of service through the performance of officers.Keywords: competence, infrastructure, performance, service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the distribution of KUR Tani which consists of five aspects, namely aspects of program targets accuracy, aspects of timeliness, aspects of the accuracy of the amount of money received by customers, aspects of credit load accuracy and aspects of procedure accuracy and farmer productivity and Collection performance Agent (CA). This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all customers who used the KUR Tani program at BNI Bojonegoro Branch, which were recorded accumulatively until September 2019, amounting to 4085 people. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method with the calculation of the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 98 customers. Data analysis uses path analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of KUR Tani distribution consisting of 5 aspects above directly affected the performance of Collection Agent (CA) in Bojonegoro Regency. Only aspects of the accuracy of the program's objectives do not significantly influence the Performance Collection Agent (CA).Keywords: effectiveness, performance, productivity
