Abstract

The first step in software engineering is to get information about the scope and requirements of the system to be built. However, there are several problems that can hinder the process of designing the elicitation of smart tourism needs, such as a misunderstanding in the definition of system requirements that have been determined by one party, resulting in great potential for change. The purpose of designing the elicitation of smart tourism needs is to minimize the occurrence of change. The design of elicitation of smart tourism needs uses the scrum method which emphasizes team collaboration and is adaptive. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the elicitation of smart tourism needs are a feature for designing smart tourism with a system design that focuses on use case diagrams using Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Abstract

Mental disorders are disorders of behavior, moods and thoughts that can change a person's behavior differently than usual. Cases of mental disorders obtained from medical record data at the Naimata Mental Hospital (RSJ) in 2019 were 6,157 patients with 2 mental specialists. The lack of a number of mental specialists has caused some mental health programs not to run properly, resulting in a longer recovery rate for mental disorders. In this study, a case-based reasoning system was created to overcome the problem of the lack of mental health workers at Naimata Hospital. The system uses the dempster shafer method for the indexing process and cosine similarity to calculate the similarity value. This system diagnoses 9 types of mental disorders based on 125 symptoms. The output of the system is a diagnosis of the type of mental disorder suffered by the patient. Based on the test results on 90 data on a case basis by dividing the data into 10 folds, the system accuracy for similarity is 49.83% and indexing is 81.01%. The test was carried out another way, by dividing the data randomly into 3 groups, namely 9:1, 8:2 and 7:3 20 times. The first group got an average indexing of 85.21% and similarity 49.22%, the second group got an average indexing of 82.01% and similarity 48.84%, the third group got an average indexing of 78.82% and similarity 48.09%. The average accuracy is low due to the unbalanced case data for each type of disturbance.

Abstract

Students who do thesis generally feel anxious. Lack of motivation and creativity, and there are still many students who find it difficult to write scientific papers are the main causes of anxiety. This anxiety needs to be addressed immediately so as not to have an impact on the writing time of the thesis which will be longer. Students can consult with a psychiatrist or psychologist to deal with anxiety. However, the inefficient consulting service becomes a problem due to the unbalanced comparison between the population in East Nusa Tenggara and clinical psychologists. Therefore, we need a system that has the experience and knowledge of an expert to determine the level of anxiety of students who are writing a thesis using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and forward chaining inference. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that forward chaining inference is proven to be able to be applied and accurate in diagnosing anxiety levels in students who are writing thesis with 100% accuracy.

Abstract

The C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm for classifying, grouping and predicting. The calculation of the RapidMiner C4.5 algorithm produces the same results according to the decision tree in the case of online learning success. Manual calculations using RapidMiner produce 23 successful online learning rules. Decision trees make it easier to understand the attribute that is prioritized as the most important attribute, root class and leaf class. The C4.5 algorithm as the application of data mining can result in successful online learning decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The decision tree in the case of the success of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is said to be successful.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) made the corona virus a pandemic in 2020. This virus has hit the whole world, including Indonesia. East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) as of June 2021 recorded 18,741 positive cases of Covid-19 and the City of Kupang was the area that contributed the most positive cases. The daily increase in Covid-19 cases in Kupang City shows a fairly high increase. The purpose of this study is to build a classification system to determine the status of the Covid-19 zone in the city of Kupang. The system design using the waterfall model is used to design and build the system while the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is used for classification. The criteria as input in the system for the classification process are positive confirmed data, recovered patient data and death data. The results of the classification process consist of 2 classes, namely the Green Zone and Red Zone. Kupang City's daily Covid-19 case data for January-June 2021 with a total of 181 as training data. 31 test data entered into the system were analysed using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method and succeeded in obtaining classification results as system output. Tests in the study were carried out on systems built using Blackbox testing to test the functionality of the system with the expected results. The confusion matrix is ​​used to test the performance of the classification method and the results have an accuracy rate of 77.91% and a precision value of 73.91%.

Abstract

Smart tourism is a tourism platform that has the functionality to assist tourists in providing information on existing tourist destinations. One of the tourist destinations, especially in the area of ​​West Sulawesi. Therefore, the application of smart tourism in Majene district will certainly help tourists. However, tourist destinations in Majene do not necessarily have good access. As a result, many of the managers of tourist destinations with poor access prefer to go out of business due to the lack of tourists visiting. The purpose of this research is to design additional features in smart tourism, so that tourists can use the help of the existing community to more easily visit tourist destinations that are difficult to reach, which is called adventure tourism. The system development method used is the prototype method. The prototype method used includes the analysis, design, and implementation stages. The analysis stage performs problem analysis using the piece method and obtains comparison results that show the advantages of using the provided system and manual. The functional requirements analysis stage using use cases, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and business process modeling notations creates a clearer process flow in development. The design stage produces additional menus in feature development. The implementation stage gives the results of the system display in the form of a final design adventure tourism features.

Abstract

In the current digital era, technology is developing very rapidly where the role of internet technology is increasingly influential because all activities can be carried out on the internet. Many universities use the website as an information medium to provide the information needed for students in their academic needs. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of quality of the academic information system at the Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI) at the level of quality of use using the WebQual 4.0 approach. WebQual is a framework with techniques for measuring website quality by compiling user perceptions based on four existing dimensions, namely usability, information quality, services interaction quality and overall impression. The population in this study were students at UNAI who used the unai module. Samples were taken as many as 94 respondents. This research was conducted using a WebQual 4.0 dimension approach by distributing to respondents based on four WebQual 4.0 dimensions and conducting an analysis with importance performance analysis (IPA) with the aim of getting the level of user satisfaction then the results of the analysis of the academic information system at UNAI are still not suitable for user satisfaction where there are 4 items in the A quadrant, namely items U5, IntQ19, Int21, and OI22. Suggestions that can be given to website owners are to be able to add chat forum features, chat boxes and live chat.

Abstract

YoY Manajemen Internasional (YMI) is a development and management company for Sharia-based hotels with its address at Komp. BTN Paropo, Blk. B No.1, Paropo, Kec. Panakkukang, Makassar City, South Sulawesi 90233. In order for company management to be aligned with technology, a good IT governance is required. In this rese arch, a COBIT 2019 IT-related goal mapping of enterprise goals will be carried out. COBIT is a system for data administration and innovation and board, focused on the whole effort. The purpose of governance and management (“jobs”) is primarily as an educational resource for corporate IT governance, assurance, risk, and security professionals [1]. The stages carried out will refer to the stages of identifying IT governance, namely enterprise governance of IT, business / IT alignment, and value creation [2].

Abstract

Pharmacies are decisive places in providing, distributing, and dispensing drugs need by the community. The high demand for drugs at the Crystal Farma Pharmacy Oebobo makes it difficult for pharmacists to choose more than one drug supplier. This study aims to build a decision support system for drug supplier selection. This system provides results in the form of recommendations for the best suppliers, which are taken into consideration by pharmacy managers. Application elimination et choix radiant la reality (ELECTR) method, using the criteria of price, discount, expiration date, stock, distance, and payment system for four drug suppliers. ELECTRE method resulted in the drug rating of Amoxicillin 500 Mg, namely PT. Indofarma Global Medika and PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. In an experiment testing the calculation on the system using case data on as many as four types of generic drugs, namely Allopurnol, Amlodipine, Mefenamic Acid, and Paracetamol, the results of PT. Sapta Sari Tama a recommended for drugs Allopurinol and Amlodipine. At PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution a recommended for Mefenamic Acid and PT. Marga Nusantara Jaya is recommended for Paracetamol medicine. In black-box testing, getting the results of the overall functional percentage of the system using nine testing techniques is 100% successful. In user acceptance testing (UAT) testing, the user satisfaction level of the questionnaire method is 94% of the total respondents, four people and two pharmacies, namely Apotek Crystal Farma Oebobo and Apotek Crystal Farma Kuanino

Abstract

Imbalanced class problem (machine learning) is a problem that arises because of the significant difference in the number of instances between the minority class and the majority class. Imbalanced class ratio makes the classifier do the wrong decision when classifying, which tends to prefer the majority class and ignore the minority class. To tackle this problem, we use a data resampling approach that use 6 types of popular data resampling techniques, such as: (i) random oversampling (ROS), (ii) random undersampling (RUS), (iii) synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE), (iv) adaptive synthetic sampling (ADASYN), (v) SMOTETomek, and (vi) SMOTEENN to balance the ratio of the number of instances of 15 types of datasets. Furthermore, this balanced dataset is classified using a random forest classifier. The metric used as a performance measurement tool is the geometric mean (G-Mean). To compare the performance of the 6 types of data resampling techniques, these G-Mean values were tested using Friedman's nonparametric statistical test, and if the null hypothesis was rejected, it was continued with Nemenyi's Post Hoc statistical test. Based on mean of ranks values, the best resampling technique is SMOTEENN (1.700), ADASYN (2.767), RUS (3.333), SMOTETomek (3.867), SMOTE (4.000), ROS (5.333).
